Purpose: Fundoplica.ion ha. been used successfully to trea. ga.troesopha.ea. reflux (GER) in the pedia.ric popula.ion. a.though successful in ma.y pa.ients, there is a.significa.t risk of complica.ions a.d fa.lure, especia.ly in high-risk pa.ients such a. those with certa.n types of a.socia.ed a.oma.ies, diffuse motility disorders, chronic pulmona.y disea.e, neurologica. impa.rment, a.d young infa.ts. However, the results a.e poorer with children with severe pa.hologic lesion a.socia.ed to reflux: tra.heoesopha.ea. cleft, esopha.ocolopla.ty, a.d esopha.ea. a.resia.(Ea. with severe dysmotricity. In neurologica.ly impa.red children with neuromuscula. incoordina.ion a.d GER, Bia.chi ha. proposed tota. esopha.oga.tric dissocia.ion (TED). The a.thors report the use of esopha.oga.tric or esocologa.tric dissocia.ion to control reflux in children with severe GER in other situa.ions, such a. Ea. burn esopha.ea. lesions ha.ing led to colopla.ty a.d severe esotra.hea. cleft. Methods: The a.thors reviewed the pa.ients opera.ed on for a. esoga.tric or cologa.tric disconnection between 1997 a.d 2002. It is a.single center retrospective study. The initia. dia.nosis, previous surgica. procedure, postopera.ive course, a.d follow-up results were studied. Results: Between September 1999 a.d June 2003, 13 TEDs were performed in 6 boys a.d 7 girls. The mea. a.e for TED procedure wa. 35 months (ra.ge 14 da.s to 218 months). Indica.ion for TED wa. severe persistent reflux in, respectively, 9 ca.es of Ea.(7 with colopla.ty a.d 2 with preserva.ion of the na.ive esopha.us a.ter a.resia.repa.r, a.socia.ed in 1 ca.e with a. esotra.hea. cleft), 2 ca.es of esotra.hea. cleft type III, a.d 2 ca.es of esopha.ocolopla.ty for ca.stic burns. We a.a.yzed our series of la.a.oscopic a.proa.h for the ma.a.ement of choledocholithia.is in children to determine if it is a. effective procedure. Pa.ients a.d Method: Between 1996 a.d 2001, 126 children were trea.ed for cholelithia.is in our institution; 13 children (10.3% ) were ma.a.ed for a.choledocholithia.is. Since its recent introduction into Europe, the yellow-legged hornet, Vespa.velutina. ha. become a.ma.or preda.or of the domestic honeybee, a.is mellifera. but little is known a.out its hunting beha.ior. We studied V. velutina.hunting beha.ior by a.ca.ture- ma.k-reca.ture procedure in a. experimenta. a.ia.y. a.tota. of 360 hornets were ca.tured a.d ta.ged, a.d we determined：（i） the number of hornets visiting the a.ia.y a.d the cha.ges in time, （ii） the a.era.e number of individua. visits per ha.f-da. a.d the time ela.sed between consecutive reca.tures, a.d （iii） the individua. a.d globa. distribution of the hornets in the a.ia.y. More tha. 50% of the ma.ked hornets were reca.tured a. lea.t once, this increa.ed to 74% in considering the first ma.ked individua.s. We estima.ed 350 hornets visiting the pa.ch da.ly with a. lea.t 1 visit per ha.f-da.. The number of ma.ked hornets decrea.ed over time while the number of unma.ked ones increa.ed, suggesting a.turnover of individua.s. The reduction of the dela. between consecutive visits indica.es tha. hornets beca.e more efficient over time. Most of the hornets （88%） were reca.tured in front of different hives but, overa.l, the globa. distribution wa. a.grega.ive. Hornets were ma.nly reca.tured in front of 1 hive which wa. neither the sma.lest nor the biggest colony, suggesting tha. the ma.or cue used by hornets is not the a.ount of food. We hypothesize tha. the defensive beha.ior of the honeybee colony could expla.n our results which ma. be promising to further studies.

Vespa.velutina.va. nigrithora. （Lepelletier, 1835） is a. inva.ive preda.or of bees a.cidenta.ly introduced in Fra.ce in 2004, a.d it is ha.ing a.serious impa.t on a.iculture a.d ecosystems. Studying the reproduction of a. inva.ive species is key to a.sess its popula.ion dyna.ic. This study explores the sexua. ma.ura.ion of IT. velutina.ma.es a.d the evolution of their fertility. The ma.n studied pa.a.eters were physiologic （spermiogenesis, sperma.ogenesis） a.d a.a.omic （testes size a.d structure, hea. width）. Two popula.ions of ma.es were described ba.ed on their emergence period： ea.ly ma.es in ea.ly summer or cla.sic ma.es in a.tumn. Ea.h testis ha. a. a.era.e of 108 testicula. follicles. Sperma.ogenesis is synchronous, with only 1 sperm production wa.e, a.d completed, on a.era.e, a. 10.3 d a.ter emergence with the degenera.ion of the testes. The sperm counts in semina. vesicles of ma.ure ma.es a.e 3 x 106 in October/November a.d 0.8 ~ 106 in June. In com- pa.ison, fema.es store 0.1 x 106 sperm in their sperma.heca.. The ea.ly ma.es emerged from colonies ma.e by fertilized queens. The reproductive potentia. of these ea.ly ma.es seemed limited, a.d their fimction in the colony is discussed. The sperm stock evolution in a.tumn ma.es suggests the occurrence of a.reproductive pa.tern of ma.e competition for the a.cess to fema.es a.d a.single copula.ion per ma.e. The synchronicity of ma.e a.d foundress emergences a.d sexua. ma.ura.ion is of prima.y importa.ce for the ma.ing success a.d the future colony development.

Recent studies ha.e focused on the role of beha.ior in biologica. inva.ions. Individua.s ma. differ consistently in time for severa. beha.iora. tra.ts （persona.ity） which cova.y （beha.iora. syndrome） resulting in different beha.iora. types, some of them fa.oring inva.ion. Socia. hymenoptera.s ha.e a.strong potentia. to be inva.ers a.d their success depends prima.ily on the foundresses＇ a.ility to found via.le colonies. They a.e expected to be a.tive, explora.ive a.d bold for optima.ly esta.lishing their nest. In Europe, 2 homet species coexist： the na.ive Vespa.cra.ro a.d the inva.ive Vespa.velutina. These 2 species ma. compete for nesting sites a.d we suggest tha. the initia. success of V. velutina.ha. been fa.ored by its beha.ior in outperforming V. cra.ro for the tra.ts involved in nest initia.ion. Here, we （i） defined the persona.ity of V. cra.ro a.d V：. velutina. （ii） tested for the existence of beha.iora. syndrome in these species, a.d （iii） compa.ed their performa.ces using a. open-field test. Our results show tha. V. cra.ro foundresses beha.e consistently but not V. velutina. this la.k of consistency being ma.nly due to reduced va.ia.ce a.ong individua.s. This result questions the possibility of detecting consistent beha.iora. differences in species ha.ing recently undergone a.strong bottleneck. Both species exhibit the sa.e correla.ions between a.tivity, boldness a.d explora.ion a.d V. velutina.clea.ly outperforms 14. cra.ro for a.l tra.ts. Our results suggest tha. a.tivity, boldness, a.d explora.ion a.e implica.ed in both hornet nest initia.ion a.d inva.ion process which contributed to expla.n why socia. hymenoptera.s a.e so successful a. coloniza.ion.

The Yellow-legged hornet, Vespa.velutina., wa. a.cidenta.ly introduced in Fra.ce in 2004, a.d then sprea. ra.idly through the French territory but a.so to a.ja.ent Europea. countries (Spa.n, Portuga., a.d Belgium). During summer a.d a.tumn, V. velutina.workers hunt domestic honeybees, a.is mellifera. for feeding their la.va.. The impa.t of this a.ien species is ma.nly economic, beekeepers experiencing hea.y colony losses, but a.so ecologica., V. velutina.hunting other pollina.ors. In their yea.-round life cycle, nest initia.ion by single queen during spring is the critica. sta.e. In inva.ed a.ea., spring queen tra.ping using food ba.ts ha. been promoted by a.icultura. unions in order to limit V. velutina.popula.ion expa.sion. The goa.s of this work were 1) to eva.ua.e the yield of this method, 2) to identify a.propria.e sites for tra.ping, 3) to identify potentia. optima. clima.ic windows of ca.ture, a.d 4) to qua.tify the impa.t on loca. entomofa.na. Our results showed tha. wa.er proximity enha.ces tra.ping but not beehives proximity, a.d tha. tra.ping is inefficient if a.era.e week tempera.ures a.e below 10°C. a.though the tra.ping effect on biodiversity should be studied more ca.efully, spring queen tra.ping is highly questiona.le unless specific a.tra.ta.ts could be proposed.

摘要目的评估非全麻下经皮椎体成形术(PV)病人的术中体验,以评价应用局麻和单纯镇痛药物作为镇痛方案的可行性。方法自2011—2013年连续性纳入95例行单个位置PV的病人。所有手术操作均给予局麻,同时静脉点滴扑热息痛、曲马多和多拉司琼,并在CT和透视引导下进行。收集术前、术中和术后的数字疼痛评分(NPS)。术后由病人按照很差、差、一般、好、很好的等级独立评价疼痛体验。结果本组病人中78%为骨质疏松性骨折、13%为侵袭性血管瘤,9%的椎体肿瘤病人行椎体成形术。76%的病人镇痛体验评价为很
