In the speech recognition system,the acoustic model is an important underlying model,and its accuracy directly affects the performance of the entire *** paper introduces the construction and training process of the acoustic model in detail and studies the Connectionist temporal classification(CTC)algorithm,which plays an important role in the end-to-end framework,established a convolutional neural network(CNN)combined with an acoustic model of Connectionist temporal classification to improve the accuracy of speech *** study uses a sound sensor,ReSpeakerMic Array v2.0.1,to convert the collected speech signals into text or corresponding speech signals to improve communication and reduce noise and hardware *** baseline acousticmodel in this study faces challenges such as long training time,high error rate,and a certain degree of *** model is trained through continuous design and improvement of the relevant parameters of the acousticmodel,and finally the performance is selected according to the evaluation ***,which reduces the error rate to about 18%,thus improving the accuracy ***,comparative verificationwas carried out from the selection of acoustic feature parameters,the selection of modeling units,and the speaker’s speech rate,which further verified the excellent performance of the CTCCNN_5+BN+Residual model *** terms of experiments,to train and verify the CTC-CNN baseline acoustic model,this study uses THCHS-30 and ST-CMDS speech data sets as training data sets,and after 54 epochs of training,the word error rate of the acoustic model training set is 31%,the word error rate of the test set is stable at about 43%.This experiment also considers the surrounding environmental *** the noise level of 80∼90 dB,the accuracy rate is 88.18%,which is the worst performance among all *** contrast,at 40–60 dB,the accuracy was as high as 97.33%due to less noise pollution.

All T cells require cytokine signaling for their development and maintenance, and CD8αα^(+) IEL T cells are noted for their requirement for IL-15 [8]. This IL-15 dependency was demonstrated by the paucity of CD8αα^(+) T cells among SI IELs in Il15–/– mice (Fig. 1d and Fig. S1a). However, the cytokine requirements of CD8αα^(+)CD4^(+) T cells are currently unclear. Because of the shared phenotype of CD8αα expression with CD8αα^(+) IELs, we postulated that CD4^(+)CD8αα^(+) IELs would also depend on IL-15.

Solar Power Plant Network Packet-Based Anomaly Detection System for Cybersecurity

As energy-related problems continue to emerge,the need for stable energy supplies and issues regarding both environmental and safety require urgent *** energy is becoming increasingly important,with solar power accounting for the most significant proportion of *** the scale and importance of solar energy have increased,cyber threats against solar power plants have also ***,we need an anomaly detection system that effectively detects cyber threats to solar power ***,as mentioned earlier,the existing solar power plant anomaly detection system monitors only operating information such as power generation,making it difficult to detect *** address this issue,in this paper,we propose a network packet-based anomaly detection system for the Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)of the inverter,an essential system of photovoltaic plants,to detect cyber *** and vulnerabilities in solar power plants were analyzed to identify cyber threats in solar power *** analysis shows that Denial of Service(DoS)and Manin-the-Middle(MitM)attacks are primarily carried out on inverters,aiming to disrupt solar plant *** develop an anomaly detection system,we performed preprocessing,such as correlation analysis and normalization for PLC network packets data and trained various machine learning-based classification models on such *** Random Forest model showed the best performance with an accuracy of 97.36%.The proposed system can detect anomalies based on network packets,identify potential cyber threats that cannot be identified by the anomaly detection system currently in use in solar power plants,and enhance the security of solar plants.

Combined exercise improves gastrointestinal motility in psychiatric in patients

AIM To examine the effect of combined exercise on colonic transit time(CTT) in admitted psychiatric patients. METHODS Over a 6-mo period, consecutive in patients with mental illness were recruited from the Somang Hospital Psychiatry Unit. A combined exercise program that included 60 min per day of exercise 3 d per week for 12 wk was performed. Physical fitness and CTT of the patients were measured twice before and twice after the exercise program. CTT was measured using a multiple marker technique with a radio-opaque marker. Changes in the exercising patients' CTT and weight-,cardiovascular-and fitness-related parameters were statistically *** After the 12-wk combined exercise intervention, decreased intestinal transit time was observed in all CTTs of the exercise group, including the right CTT(exercise: 15.6 ± 15.2 vs 9.2 ± 11.9, control: 13.1 ± 10.4 vs 10.9 ± 18.7), left CTT(exercise: 19.7 ± 23.5 vs 10.4 ± 13.2, control: 19.2 ± 19.0 vs 16.9 ± 19.8), recto-sigmoid CTT(exercise: 14.3 ± 16.7 vs 6.7 ± 7.9, control: 15.0 ± 14.4 vs 19.3 ± 30.3), and total colonic transit time(TCTT)(exercise: 50.2 ± 38.1 vs 27.1 ± 28.0, control: 47.4 ± 34.6 vs 47.3 ± 47.3). After the 12-wk combined exercise period, TCTT was significantly shortened in the exercise group compared with that in the control group. In addition to eating habits, water intake, and fiber intake, the increased physical activity level as a result of the 12-wk combined exercise program reduced the CTT.

Throughput-oriented associated transaction assignment in sharding blockchains for IoT social data storage

Blockchain is a viable solution to provide data integrity for the enormous volume of 5G IoT social data, while we need to break through the throughput bottleneck of blockchain. Sharding is a promising technology to solve the problem of low throughput in blockchains. However, cross-shard communication hinders the effective improvement of blockchain throughput. Therefore, it is critical to reasonably allocate transactions to different shards to improve blockchain throughput. Existing research on blockchain sharding mainly focuses on shards formation, configuration, and consensus, while ignoring the negative impact of cross-shard communication on blockchain throughput. Aiming to maximize the throughput of transaction processing, we study how to allocate blockchain transactions to shards in this paper. We propose an Associated Transaction assignment algorithm based on Closest Fit (ATCF). ATCF classifies associated transactions into transaction groups which are then assigned to different shards in the non-ascending order of transaction group sizes periodically. Within each epoch, ATCF tries to select a shard that can handle all the transactions for each transaction group. If there are multiple such shards, ATCF selects the shard with the remaining processing capacity closest to the number of transactions in the transaction group. When no such shard exists, ATCF chooses the shard with the largest remaining processing capacity for the transaction group. The transaction groups that cannot be completely processed within the current epoch will be allocated in the subsequent epochs. We prove that ATCF is a 2-approximation algorithm for the associated transaction assignment problem. Simulation results show that ATCF can effectively improve the blockchain throughput and reduce the number of cross-shard transactions.

研究分析热处理工艺对A356/SiCp复合材料的硬度、导电率及微观组织的影响,在此基础上研究复合材料的干滑动摩擦磨损特性。结果表明:固溶和T6热处理可显著提高复合材料的硬度,但降低导电率,而低温退火却比较显著地提高导电率;导电率高的低温退火态磨损特性基本与铸态一致,固溶处理及时效处理虽可有效提高硬度,但不提高耐磨性能,这表明T6热处理是否作为制动盘材料时的最佳热处理工艺,有待进一步研究;复合材料的磨损率随载荷的增加而增加,但低载荷时增加缓慢,高载荷时增加迅速;摩擦因数随着热处理工艺而变化,但对载荷变化不敏感,都在较小的范围内波动,基本是稳定的。

Low-intensity treadmill exercise and/or bright light promote neurogenesis in adult rat brain

The hippocampus is a brain region responsible for learning and memory functions. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of low-intensity exercise and bright light exposure on neurogenesis and brain-derived neurotrophic factor expression in adult rat hippocampus. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned to control, exercise, light, or exercise ＋ light groups （n = 9 per group）. The rats in the exercise group were subjected to treadmill exercise （5 days per week, 30 minutes per day, over a 4-week period）, the light group rats were irradiated （5 days per week, 30 minutes per day, 10 000 Ix, over a 4-week period）, the exercise ＋ light group rats were subjected to treadmill exercise in combination with bright light exposure, and the control group rats remained sedentary over a 4-week period. Compared with the control group, there was a significant increase in neurogenesis in the hippocampal dentate gyrus of rats in the exercise, light, and exercise ＋ light groups. Moreover, the expression level of brain-derived neurotrophic factor in the rat hippocampal dentate gyrus was significantly higher in the exercise group and light group than that in the control group. Interestingly, there was no significant difference in brain-derived neurotrophic factor expression between the control group and exercise ＋ light group. These results indicate that low-intensity treadmill exercise （first 5 minutes at a speed of 2 m/min, second 5 minutes at a speed of 5 m/min, and the last 20 minutes at a speed of 8 m/min） or bright-light exposure therapy induces positive biochemical changes in the brain. In view of these findings, we propose that moderate exercise or exposure to sunlight during childhood can be beneficial for neural development.

采用铸态A356/SiC复合材料与高速列车制动盘偶件半金属衬片材料摩擦副进行干摩擦磨损试验,并用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪和能谱仪等手段分析了复合材料的磨损机制.结果表明:复合材料表现出良好的磨损特性,在滑动速度3.0m/s以下,载荷达到600N(12MPa)时的磨损量仍很小;复合材料的磨损率随pv(压力与速度的积)值的增加而增大,摩擦系数则随pv值增加而小幅度减少;磨损过程中磨损表面很快形成以氧化物和以石墨为主的润滑膜,起到了减摩和耐磨作用.在pv值较低时复合材料的磨损机制为轻微的氧化磨损机制,随着pv值增加出现剥层磨损,在复合材料与半金属衬片间的接触表面,由于塑性流动挤出片状磨屑而使磨损量降低.
