The novel coronavirus Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)has emerged and is responsible for the Coronavirus disease 2019 global ***-onaviruses,including SARS-CoV-2,are strongly associated with respiratory symptoms during infection,but gastrointestinal symptoms,such as diarrhea,vomiting,nausea,and abdominal pain,have been identified in subsets of COVId-19 *** article focuses on gastrointes-tinal symptoms and pathophysiology in COVId-19 *** suggests that the gastroin-testinal tract could be a viral target for SARS-CoV-2 *** only is the SARS-CoV-2 receptor ACE2 highly expressed in the GI tract and is associated with digestive symptoms,but bleeding and inflammation are observed in the intestine of COVId-19 *** further systemically summarize the correlation between COVId-19 dise ase,gastrointestinal symptoms and intestinal *** potential oral-fecal transmission of COVId-19 was supported by viral RNA and live virus detection in the feces of COVId-19 ***,the viral bal-ance in the GI tract could be disordered during SARS-CoV-2 infection which could further impact the homeostasis of the gut microbial ***,we discuss the cdinical and ongoing trials of treatments/therapies,including antiviral drugs,plasma transfusion and immunoglob-ulins,and diet supplementations for *** reviewing the pathogenesis of SARS-CoV-2 virus,and understanding the correlation among COVId-19,inflammation,intestinal microbiota,and lung microbiota,we provide perspective in prevention and control,as well as diagnosis and treatment of the COVId-19 disease.

The vastly increasing generation of plastic packaging waste has outgrown the infrastructure capacity to manage this waste effectively,resulting in critical aquatic and terrestrial *** 1994,the European Commission implemented the Packaging and Packaging Waste directive 94/62/EC,responding to growing concerns regarding the environmental impact of packaging and safe waste *** study analyses how Germany,Spain,France,Italy,and Poland—the five most populous countries in the EU(European Union)—manage their plastic packaging waste,and evaluates their established Extended Producer Responsibility(EPR)schemes,which are mandatory for all EU Member States by the end of *** research shows that EPR schemes improve the financial and operational viability of plastic waste management in the scope countries,resulting in higher collection and recycling ***-back requirements can incentivise producers to put less plastic packaging on the market,and advanced disposal fees can encourage *** Producer Responsibility Organisation plays a crucial role in both producer and consumer awareness,and in ensuring that plastic waste is safely ***,the local recycling infrastructure of 6.5 Mt in 2018 is a major barrier to reaching 50%recycling of plastic packaging in the EU by *** European recycling capacity only covered about 23%of the cumulative post-consumer plastic waste generation,delaying the transition to the EU circular plastic *** recycling capacity has increased by 3 Mt between 2018 and 2020 and needs to continue its rapid expansion to become autonomous in reaching the recycling targets.

3d集成技术包括晶圆级、芯片与晶圆、芯片与芯片工艺流程,通过器件的垂直堆叠得到其性能的提升,并不依赖于基板的尺寸和技术。所有的报道均是传输速度提高,功耗降低,性能更好及更小的外形因素等优势使得这种技术的名气大振。选择晶圆或芯片级集成的决定应基于几个关键因素的考虑。对于不同种类CMOS、非CMOS器件间的集成,芯片尺寸不匹配引发了衬底的变化(如300mm对150mm).芯片与晶圆或芯片与芯片的堆叠也许是唯一的选择。另外,当芯片的成品率明显地不同于晶圆与晶圆键合方法时,在堆叠的晶圆中难以使确认好芯片的量达到最大。在这种情况下,应将一枚或两枚晶圆划切成小芯片并仅将合格的芯片垂直地集成。只要适当地采用晶圆与晶圆键合工艺便可实现高成品率器件同类集成。晶圆间键合具有最高的生产效率,工艺流程简便及最小的成本。满足选择晶圆级或芯片级工艺总的工艺解决方案应结合对准和键合细节来考虑决定最终的设备选择和工艺特性。所有这些工艺的论证证实对于多数产品的制造3d集成是可行的,而且有些也已成为生产的主流。

AIM:To study if impaired renal function is associated with increased risk of peri-infarct heart failure (HF) in patients with preserved ejection fraction (EF).METHOdS:Patients with occluded infarct-related arteries (IRAs) between 1 to 28 d after myocardial infarction (MI) were grouped into chronic kidney disease (CKd) stages based on estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR).Rates of early post-MI HF were compared among eGFR *** regression was used to explore independent predictors of ***:Reduced eGFR was present in 71.1% of 2160 patients,with significant renal impairment (eGFR d 29.4% in patients with CKd stages 1,2 and 3 or 4,respectively (P despite a small absolute difference in mean EF across eGFR groups:48.2 ± 10.0,47.9 ± 11.3 and 46.2 ± 12.1,respectively (P=0.02).The prevalence of HF was again higher with worsening renal function among patients with preserved EF:10.1%,13.6% and 23.6% (P depressed EF:27.1%,26.2% and 37.9% (P= 0.071).Moreover,eGFR was an independent correlate of HF in patients with preserved EF (P=0.003) but not in patients with depressed EF (P=0.181).CONCLUSION:A significant proportion of post-MI patients with occluded IRAs have impaired renal *** renal function was associated with an increased rate of early post-MI HF,the association being strongest in patients with preserved *** findings have implications for management of peri-infarct HF.
