The aim of this experiment was to investigate the ameliorative effect and molecular mechanism of tilapia head glycolipid(TH-GL)on indomethacin(IDM)-induced gastric ulcer in male Sprague Dawley(SD)rats.The gastric ulcer model was established by oral administration of 30mgkg^(-1) IDM after 7 days of TH-GL or omeprazole(OME)administration in rats.Then the macroscopic gastric injury symptoms,gastric mucosa protective factor cyclooxygenase 1(COX-1),cyclooxygenase 2(COX-2),prostaglandin E_(2)(PGE_(2)),the levels of oxidative stress,and inflammatory cytokine expression levels in the rats were analyzed.The experimental results showed that multiple ulcers appeared on the gastric surface of the rats in the model group.Compared to the model group,TH-GL significantly alleviated gastric ulcers and reduced the gastric damage index in rats.In addition,TH-GL significantly promoted the expression of constitutive enzyme COX-1 while inhibited the expression of inducible enzyme COX-2,and make PGE2 maintain at normal levels.TH-GL also inhibited oxidative stress and inflammatory responses,increased superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and glutathione(GSH)content,decreased the level of malondialdehyde(MDA)and the content of pro-inflammatory factor.In conclusion,these results suggested that TH-GL could maintain the expression levels of COX-1 and PGE2 while inhibit the expression of COX-2 in the gastric of rat and then prevent IDM-induced gastric ulcer,which may be related to the regulation of oxidative stress and inflammatory response.Therefore,TH-GL might be a new option for the prevention of gastric diseases induced by IDM.

This paper addresses the general framework and problems for cooperative control for industrial multi-agent systems.As a fact that there are many results on cooperative control over the past few years, the application requirement of cooperative control, especial in industrial networked system, should be considered by a more proper view. This paper forms the initial framework and problems to analyze the development of the recent years. Some recent works are given and discussed. Finally,some interesting issues are proposed.

This paper addresses the optimized tracking cooperative control problem for multi-agent systems with periodic sampling and directed communication topology via robust model predictive control approach.The proposed optimized tracking cooperative control strategy relaxes the assumptions in existing works that the control gain and the local input must be continuous and the states information exchange has no recourse constraints.With the conditions of the optimized consensus and the communication cost being satisfied,the tracking cooperative control law with bounded parameters is developed based on the periodic samples.It shows that if the sampling condition is satisfied,the multi-agent systems will reach the optimized consensus.Simulation results are provided to verify the proposed approach.

针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)模型预测电流控制(MPCC)系统中速度环采用PI控制时,系统调速效果容易受电机参数影响而无法兼顾鲁棒性和动态性能的问题,提出了一种线性自抗扰控制(LADRC)与双矢量模型预测电流控制(TV-MPCC)相结合的PMSM最优控制策略.首先给出了PMSM的数学模型,并在同步旋转坐标系下搭建PMSM TV-MPCC模型;然后设计了一种由线性扩张状态观测器(LESO)和线性状态误差反馈(LSEF)构成的一阶LADRC控制器,在线性简化传统ADRC结构的同时降低参数整定的复杂度;最后利用设计的LADRC控制器替代电机调速系统中传统的PI速度调节器.仿真结果表明,采用LADRC的调速系统能够较有效地适应电机参数变化,相比PI控制及同类方法具有更好的鲁棒性和动态性能,电机转速响应速度快,超调量小,抗扰能力强且无稳态误差,电流总谐波失真减小.

借助差示扫描量热法、扫描电镜等检测分析手段以及JMatPro热力学软件,研究了等温球化退火的奥氏体化温度和保温时间对GCr15SiMo轴承钢碳化物的影响。结果表明,随着奥氏体化温度的升高和保温时间的延长,GCr15SiMo轴承钢中碳化物趋于均匀化、细小化,且有利于GCr15SiMo轴承钢退火过程碳化物球化效果。在奥氏体化温度为800℃、保温时间为30 min的等温球化退火工艺下,GCr15SiMo轴承钢中碳化物数量多、尺寸小、弥散分布度高,且组织最为均匀致密,硬度较低,球化效果最好。

Monitoring system of furnace ash fouling is the foundation of the soot-blowing operation on furnace area.For furnace exit gas temperature(FEGT) is the key parameter in monitoring system,a new CM-LSSVM-PLS method is proposed to predict FEGT.In the process of CM-LSSVM-PLS method,considering the characteristics of operational data,c-means(CM) cluster algorithm is used to partition the training data into several different subsets.Submodels are subsequently developed in the individual subsets based on least squares support vector machine(LSSVM).Finally,partial least squares(PLS) algorithm is employed as the combination strategy.The single LSSVM is established to make a comparison with CM-LSSVM-PLS method.The proposed model is verified through operation data of a 300 MW generating unit.The comparison result shows that the new CM-LSSVM-PLS method can predict FEGT accurately while the time consumed in modeling decrease drastically.

乳酸菌对苏尼特羊肠道菌群组成及肉品质的影响

反刍动物肠道菌群多样性对动物肉品质有重要的影响。采用高通量测序技术分析饲粮中添加乳酸菌对苏尼特羊肠道菌群组成及肉品质的影响。选取3月龄健康苏尼特羊12只,分成2组,一组饲喂基础饲粮,另一组在基础饲粮中添加0.5%的乳酸菌,饲养90 d后屠宰。结果表明:在乳酸菌组肠道中拟杆菌门及疣微菌门丰度占比均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),毛螺菌科NK3A20类群及另枝菌属丰度占比均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);在乳酸菌组背最长肌中红度值a^(*)、亮度值L^(*)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),风味物质如烃类、酮类、酯类等显著高于对照组(P<0.05),氨基酸以及不饱和脂肪酸含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),剪切力值则显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。整体上,饲粮添加乳酸菌可以优化苏尼特羊的肠道菌群结构组成,促进机体营养代谢,进而改善肉品质。
