Chromized Layers Produced on Steel Surface by Means of CVD

Chemical vapour deposition of chromium on the surface of carbon steel has been investigated using a novel CVD method that combines the low cost of pack cementation method with advantages of vacuum technique. The processes have been performed in chromium chlorides atmosphere at a low pressure range from 1 to 800 hPa, the treatment temperature 800 to 950°C. Studies of the layers thickness, the phase composition, Cr, C and Fe depth profiles in diffusion zone have been conducted. The effect of the vacuum level during the process and the process parameters such as time and temperature on layer diffusion growth on the carbon steel surface has been investigated.

How rotational speed of planetary ball mill and polymer load influence the performance and water vapor sorption in solid dispersions composed of tadalafil and soluplus

The presence of residual water may deteriorate the performance of amorphous solid dispersions prepared by ball milling,affecting molecular mobility,crystallinity,particle size and finally,the drug dissolution *** the stability of these metastable systems depend on both formulation and process variables,the aim of this study was to assess for the first time,the impact that the polymer load and the rotational speed applied upon high energy ball milling could have on the performance of binary co-milled solid dispersions composed of tadalafil(a hydrophobic crystalline drug)and Soluplus(an amphiphilic,hygroscopic amorphous polymer).Each of these variables was tested at three *** electron microscopy,laser diffraction and X-ray powder diffraction were used to analyze morphology,particle size distribution and crystallinity of ball milled formulations *** studies were also carried *** tools of applied physics,namely solid state 1H NMR and relaxometry were used to assess the structure and water mobility upon gaseous phase hydration on *** was shown that both tested variables determined the particle size of the *** the rotational speed of 400 rpm was used,all solid dispersion were XRD-amorphous,but to ensure the immediate release of tadalafil its micellar solubilization in Soluplus was *** the formulation was exposed to water vapor,the hydration level increased with an increasing polymer load as ***,the rotational speed governed the space available for the adsorption of water molecules and their organization in a monolayer or *** behavior may have impact on the kinetics of the amorphous drug recrystallization,and finally deteriorate its dissolution.

Objective Obesity is associated with kidney *** activity is a key element in the treatment of *** aim of this study was to compare the effect of endurance and endurance-strength training on kidney function in abdominally obese *** Forty-four abdominally obese women were randomized to endurance training or endurance-strength training,three times a week for 3 *** and after the intervention,kidney function was assessed by measuring blood creatinine,urine creatinine,and urine albumin levels,and the albumin-to-creatinine ratio and glomerular filtration rate（GFR） were *** Renal hyperperfusion was present in both groups before the *** both types of physical activity,similar modifications of the investigated parameters were observed,but with no significant between-group *** courses of training led to a significant increase in blood creatinine and a subsequent decrease in the GFR.A significant increase in urine creatinine and album levels,though not exceeding the range for microalbuminuria,was not accompanied by any difference in the albumin-to-creatinine ratio after endurance-strength training *** Three months of either endurance or endurance-strength training has a favorable and comparable effect on renal function in abdominally obese women with renal hyperfiltration.
