The Rice dwarf virus(RDV)P7 structural protein is the key protein in the RDV *** P7 protein was digested partially or completely by Staphylococcus aureus V8 protease and/orPseudomonas fragi Asp-N *** molecular mass and the N-terminal amino acid sequence of thepolypeptide fragments of the P7 protein were determined by SDS-PAGE and the Edman degradation method,*** the polypeptides were located in the deduced amino acid sequence of the RDV P7 proteinbased on the nucleotide sequence information,with the knowledge of the specific cleavage sites of theStaphylococcus aureus V8 and Pseudomonas fragi Asp-N protease,and the two RNA-binding domains in theP7 protein were *** 1 was located in the residue 128-249 containing 122 amino acids anddomain 2 was located in the residue 325-355 containing 31 amino ***,these two domains may playan important role in the virus particle assembly by contributing to the packaging of viral dsRNAs inside *** two domains may be novel RNA-binding domains,because no amino acid sequences highlysimilar to the conservative sequences of known dsRNA-binding domains reported so *** similaritybetween the motif of domain 1 and the motif of the DNA-binding protein suggests that the DNA-bindingactivity of the RDV P7 protein may be due to this *** similarity between the motif of domain 1 andthe motif of the RNA polymerase domain suggests that the P7 protein may also play a role in RNA synthesis,besides its function in the assembly and subsequent packaging of viral dsRNA into core particles.

BACKGROUND Acute-on-chronic liver disease(AoCLD)accounts for the majority of patients hospitalized in the Department of Hepatology or Infectious *** To explore the characterization of AoCLD to provide theoretical guidance for the accurate diagnosis and prognosis of *** Patients with AoCLD from the Chinese Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure(ACLF)study cohort were included in this *** clinical characteristics and outcomes,and the 90-d survival rate associated with each clinical type of AoCLD were analyzed,using the Kaplan-Meier method and the log-rank *** A total of 3375 patients with AoCLD were enrolled,including 1679(49.7%)patients with liver cirrhosis acute decompensation(LC-AD),850(25.2%)patients with ACLF,577(17.1%)patients with chronic hepatitis acute exacer-bation(CHAE),and 269(8.0%)patients with liver cirrhosis active phase(LC-A).The most common cause of chronic liver disease(CLD)was HBV infection(71.4%).The most common precipitants of AoCLD was bacterial infection(22.8%).The 90-d mortality rates of each clinical subtype of AoCLD were 43.4%(232/535)for type-C ACLF,36.0%(36/100)for type-B ACLF,27.0%(58/215)for type-A ACLF,9.0%(151/1679)for LC-AD,3.0%(8/269)for LC-A,and 1.2%(7/577)for *** HBV infection is the main cause of CLD,and bacterial infection is the main precipitant of *** most common clinical type of AoCLD is *** diagnosis and timely intervention are needed to reduce the mortality of patients with LC-AD or ACLF.

Red bayberry(Morella rubra)is an evergreen fruit tree found in southern china whose whole-genome sequence has recently been *** updated the linkage map of the species by adding 118 SSR markers and the femalespecific marker MrFT2_*** integrated map included eight linkage groups and spanned 491 *** sexassociated markers were identified,six of which were located in linkage group 8,in agreement with the previously reported location of the sex-determining *** MrFT2_BD-SEX marker was genotyped in 203 cultivated *** the females of the accessions,we found two female-specific alleles,designated W-b(151 bp)and W-d(129 bp).We previously found that‘Dongkui’,a female cultivar,could produce viable pollen(we refer to such plants‘Dongkui-male’)and serve as the paternal parent in *** genotypes of the MrFT2_BD-SEX marker were W-b/Z in‘Biqi’and W-d/Z in‘Dongkui-male’.The progeny of a cross between these parents produced a 3:1 female(W-)to male(ZZ)ratio and the expected 1:1:1:1 ratio of W-b/W-d:W-b/Z:W-d/Z:Z/*** addition,the flowering and fruiting phenotypes of all the F1 progeny fit their *** results confirm the existence of ZW sex determination and show that the female phenotype is controlled by a single dominant locus(W)in a small genomic region(59 kb and less than 3.3 cM).Furthermore,we have produced a homozygous“super female”(WW)that should produce all-female offspring in the F2 generation,providing a foundation for commercial use and presenting great potential for use in modern breeding programs.

It's a challenge for detecting the therapeutic targets of a polypharmacological drug from variations in the responsed networks in thedfferentiated populations with complex diseases,as stable coronary heart ***,in an adaptive,31-center,randomized,double-blind trial invoving 920 patients with moderate symptomatic stable angina treated by 14-day Danhong injection(DHI),a kind of polyphamacological drug with high quality control,or placebo(0.9%saline),with 76-day following-up,we firstly confrmed that DHl couldincrease the proportion of patients with clinically significant changes on angina-frequency assessed by Seattle Angina Questionnaire(ASAQ-AF220)(12.78%at Day 30,95%confidence interval[C]5.86-19.71%,P=0.0003,13.82%at Day 6C0,95%CI 6.82-20.82%,P=0.0001and 8.95%at Day 90,95%CI 2.06-15.85%,P=0.01).We also found that there were no significant differences in new-onset major vascularevents(P=0.8502)and serious adverse events(P=0.9105)between DHl and *** performing the RNA sequencing in 62 selectedpatients,we developed a systemic modular approach tp identfy differentilly expressed modules(DEMs)of DHI with the Z_(summay)valueless than 0 compared with the control group,calculated by weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA),and sketched out thebasic framework on a modular map with 25 functional modules targeted by ***,the effective therapeutic module(ETM),defined as the highest corelation value with the phenotype alteration(SAQ-AF,the change in SAQ-AF at Day 30 from baseline)calculatedby WGCNA,was identifed in the population with the best effect(ASAQ-AF240),which is related to anticoagulation and regulation ofcholesterol *** assessed the modular flexbility of this ETM using the global topological D value based on Euclidean distance,which is corelated with phenotype alteration(r^(2):0.8204,P=0.019)by linear *** study identified the ant-angina therapeuticmodule in the effective population treated by the multi-target

To assess the peripheral refractive changes that occur when eye growth decelerates in *** We measured peripheral refraction and on-axis vitreous chamber depth on a total of 53 marmosets;36 treated monocularly for 12 weeks 9 hrs/day(26 with-5 D contact lenses,10 with+5 D)and 17 untreated *** the 26 marmosets treated with-5 D,10 wore contact lenses 9 hrs/day without interruptions and were mea-sured at the end of 10 weeks of treatment(T10)and after 4 weeks of recovery(R14).Eight had both contact lenses removed for 30 mins twice/day(mid-morning and mid-afternoon)during the first four weeks of treatment(early interruption group)and eight had the lenses removed during the second four weeks of treatment(late interruption group).The two interruption groups were measured after 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment only(T4,T8,T12).
