In this paper,the recursive filtering problem is considered for stocha.tic systems over filter-and-forward successive relay(FFSR)*** FFSR is located between the sensor and the remote filter to forward the *** the successive relay,two cooperative relay nodes are adopted to forward the signals alternatively,thereby existing switching cha.acteristics and inter-relay interferences(IRI).Since the filter-and-forward scheme is employed,the signal received by the relay is retransmitted after it passes through a linear *** objective of the paper is to concurrently design optimal recursive filters for FFSR and stocha.tic systems against switching cha.acteristics and IRI of ***,a uniform measurement model is proposed by analyzing the transmission mecha.ism of ***,novel filter structures with switching parameters are constructed for both FFSR and stocha.tic *** the help of the inductive method,filtering error covariances are presented in the form of coupled difference ***,the desired filter gain matrices are further obtained by minimizing the trace of filtering error ***,the stability performance of the filtering algorithm is analyzed where the uniform bound is guaranteed on the filtering error ***,the effectiveness of the proposed filtering method over FFSR is verified by a three-order resistance-inductance-capacitance circuit system.

A hydrotalcite(layered double hydroxide, LDH) inhibitor which is suitable for the whole process of coal spontaneous combustion and a LDH inhibitor containing rare earth lantha.um elements were prepared. The inhibition effect and mecha.ism were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD), thermal performance analysis, in-situ diffuse reflectance infrared spectroscopy and temperature-programmed experiment. The results ha.e shown tha. the inhibitor containing lantha.um can play a good inhibitory role in every stage of coal oxidation. During the slow oxidation of coal samples, the inhibitor containing lantha.um ions can slow down the oxidation process of coal and increase the initial temperature of coal spontaneous combustion. At the same time, because the hydroxyl groups in LDHs are connected with-COO-groups on the coal surface through hydrogen bonds, the stability of coal is improved. With the increase of temperature, LDHs can remove interlayer water molecules and reduce the surface temperature of coal. CO release rate of coal samples decreases significantly after adding inhibitor containing lantha.um element, and the maximum inhibition rate of the inhibitor is 58.1%.

Forest fires are natural disasters tha. can occur suddenly and can be very damaging,burning thousands of square *** is better tha. suppression and prediction models of forest fire occurrence ha.e developed from the logistic regression model,the geographical weighted logistic regression model,the Lasso regression model,the random forest model,and the support vector machine model based on historical forest fire data from 2000 to 2019 in Jilin *** models,along with a distribution map are presented in this paper to provide a theoretical basis for forest fire management in this *** studies show tha. the prediction accuracies of the two machine learning models are higher tha. those of the three generalized linear regression *** accuracies of the random forest model,the support vector machine model,geographical weighted logistic regression model,the Lasso regression model,and logistic model were 88.7%,87.7%,86.0%,85.0%and 84.6%,*** is the main factor affecting forest fires,while the impacts of topography factors,human and social-economic factors on fire occurrence were similar.

As a renewable,biocompatible,biodegradable soft material,chitin hydrogels ha.e better advantages in stability,antibacterial activity,antifouling,cost,immunogenicity,and so on tha. most polymer ***,compared with other widely used polymer hydrogels with high strength and toughness,the practical applications of chitin-based hydrogels ha.e been limited by their weak mecha.ical properties,such as cartilage repair and meniscus ***,we present the design and fabrication of chitin hydrogels with excellent mecha.ical strength and toughness by a dehydration and rehydration *** sequential dehydration and rehydration processes,the crystalline domains in the chitin hydrogels can be properly *** optimized crystallinity,the elastic modulus of the chitin hydrogels exceeds all previously reported values,and the fracture toughness is even comparable to some synthetic polymer hydrogels,while maintaining a high-water-content of about 80 wt.%.At the same water content,the mecha.ical properties of the chitin hydrogels are positively correlated with the hydrogel crystallinity,which proves tha. the cha.ge of mecha.ical properties of hydrogels is not simply dependent on weight *** hydrogels can be further strengthened by incorporating other biopolymers tha. are intrinsically weak,which makes the hydrogels promising for applications in fields such as cartilage repair and meniscus ***,the hydrogels enable loading and release of water-soluble and poorly water-soluble *** highly extendable strengthening and toughening strategy of chitin and chitin-based biopolymer hydrogels paves the way for their widely applications.

Although lithium-sulfur batteries are one of the favorable candidates for next-generation energy storage devices,a few key cha.lenges tha. ha.e not been addressed ha.e limited its *** cha.lenges include lithium dendrite growth in the anode side,volume cha.ge of the active material,poor electrical conductivity,dissolution and migration of poly sulfides,and slow rate of solid-state reactions in the cathode *** the electrochemical performance of lithium-sulfur batteries is greatly affected by the design of the cathode host material,it ha. also been widely discussed in addressing the abovementioned *** this paper,three design ideas of cathode host materials in terms of microstructure,crystal structure and electronic structure are introduced and ***,the current progress of these three structural design strategies and their effects on the electrochemical performance of lithium-sulfur batteries are discussed in ***,future directions in the structural design of cathode materials for lithium-sulfur batteries are discussed and further perspectives are provided.

Cha.ismatic species are often reported by the media,providing information for detecting population status and public *** identify the number and distribution of free-living Black Swan(Cygnus atratus),a cha.ismatic alien species in Chinese mainland and to detect the public and the media attitudes to the species,we analyzed the reports and emotional tendency from media coverage in 2000-2022 using manual reading,crawler extraction and latent Dirichlet allocation.A total of 6654 Black Swans were reported at 711 sites,including 147 individuals at 30 nature *** breeding was reported at one-fourth of the total sites,including five nature *** proportion of positive emotional tendency to Black Swans was overwhelming in the reports and was higher tha. tha. to alien species in general,suggesting tha. the public and the media are unaware of the risk of biological *** management of invasive species requires the media clarifies the invasion risk of cha.ismatic alien *** the unity between the ha.mfulness of abstract concept of alien species and the cha.isma of a specific alien species among the public help effective management.

The mixed-integer quadratically constrained quadratic fractional programming(MIQCQFP)problem often appears in various fields such as engineering practice,management science and network ***,most of the solutions to such problems are often designed for their unique *** paper puts forward a new global optimization algorithm for solving the problem *** first convert the MIQCQFP into an equivalent generalized bilinear fractional programming(EIGBFP)problem with integer ***,we linearly underestimate and linearly overestimate the quadratic functions in the numerator and the denominator respectively,and then give a linear fractional relaxation technique for EIGBFP on the basis of non-negative *** tha.,combining rectangular adjustment-segmentation technique and midpointsampling strategy with the branch-and-bound procedure,an efficient algorithm for solving MIQCQFP globally is ***,a series of test problems are given to illustrate the effectiveness,feasibility and other performance of this algorithm.
