Although the mean square stabilization of hybrid systems by feedback control based on discretetime observations of state and mode has been studied by several authors since 2013, the corresponding almost sure stabilization problem has received little attention. Recently, Mao was the first to study the almost sure stabilization of a given unstable system ˙x(t) = f(x(t)) by a linear discrete-time stochastic feedback control Ax([t/τ ]τ)d B(t)(namely the stochastically controlled system has the form dx(t) = f(x(t))dt +Ax([t/τ ]τ)d B(t)), where B(t) is a scalar Brownian, τ > 0, and [t/τ ] is the integer part of t/τ. In this paper, we consider a much more general problem. That is, we study the almost sure stabilization of a given unstable hybrid system ˙x(t) = f(x(t), r(t)) by nonlinear discrete-time stochastic feedback control u(x([t/τ ]τ), r([t/τ ]τ))d B(t)(so the stochastically controlled system is a hybrid stochastic system of the form dx(t) = f(x(t), r(t))dt + u(x([t/τ ]τ), r([t/τ ]τ))d B(t)), where B(t) is a multi-dimensional Brownian motion and r(t) is a Markov chain.

In this paper, the control design for continuous-time linear uncertain systems with input quantization in the presence of more general encoder/decoder mismatch is investigated. The construction of the control law includes two parts: linear part and nonlinear part. The gain of the linear part is derived from linear matrix inequalities （LMIs）, and the linear part of the control law is designed for achieving the H2 performance against system characteristic matrix uncertainty and encoder/decoder mismatch. The nonlinear part is designed to eliminate the influence of external disturbance and quantization error. Finally, an example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

In this paper,an event-triggered sliding-mode control is proposed for cyber-physical systems（CPS s） under periodic denial-of-service（DoS） *** conditions for the event-triggering mechanism is presented and then under the proposed event-triggered sliding-mode control law,the system state can reach sliding-mode in finite time and the system can be robust stabilization regardless of external uncertainties and the periodic attack of ***,the simulation results show the validity of the theory.

The paper considers the robust H2 state feedback control design for a class of linear uncertain systems with input quantization. The uncertainties are assumed to be time-varying, unknown, but bounded. The state feedback controller includes two parts. The first part, u1(t), whose gains updating automatically between the lower bounds and upper bounds of uncertain parameters, is obtained according to linear matrix inequalities conditions. Such design purpose is to guarantee the robust stability and H2 performance. The second part, u2(t) is designed to eliminate the effect of the quantization error. The main feature of this paper is that a switching mechanism is introduced effectively to determine which bound of uncertain parameters is active in the process of control at each time instant. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

This paper investigates the robust consensus for a class of uncertain linear multi-agent systems. In order to reduce the controller update frequency and the communication load of the network, a consensus algorithm based on event-triggered strategy is proposed and each triggering condition is established using measurement error of each *** the impacts of event-triggered strategy and external disturbances, the event-based sliding mode controller is introduced in this paper, which ensures the sliding-mode bands can be reached in finite time and the aim of robust consensus is achieved. Numerical simulation verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.

This paper studies the non-fragile H∞ filtering for Markov jump systems with incomplete transition probabilities and intermittent measurements. The transition probabilities are assumed to be known, uncertain but with accessible bounds and completely unknown. The missing measurement among the plant and the filter is described by a stochastic variable following the Bernoulli random binary distribution. Resorting to Lyapunov theory, sufficient conditions for the designed filter with normbounded uncertainties are formed in a set of linear matrix inequalities. Then the closed-loop filtering error system is guaranteed to be stochastically stable with prescribed H∞ ***, simulations show the validity of the proposed method.

Due to the lack of accurate data and complex parameterization,the prediction of groundwater depth is a chal-lenge for numerical *** learning can effectively solve this issue and has been proven useful in the prediction of groundwater depth in many *** this study,two new models are applied to the prediction of groundwater depth in the Ningxia area,*** two models combine the improved dung beetle optimizer(Dbo)algorithm with two deep learning models:The Multi-head Attention-Convolution Neural Network-Long Short Term Memory networks(MH-CNN-LSTM)and the Multi-head Attention-Convolution Neural Network-Gated Recurrent Unit(MH-CNN-GRU).The models with Dbo show better prediction performance,with larger R(correlation coefficient),RPD(residual prediction deviation),and lower RMSE(root-mean-square error).Com-pared with the models with the original Dbo,the R and RPD of models with the improved Dbo increase by over 1.5%,and the RMSE decreases by over 1.8%,indicating better prediction *** addition,compared with the multiple linear regression model,a traditional statistical model,deep learning models have better prediction performance.

Whole-genome duplication(WGD) events are widespread across eukaryotes and have played a significant role in moulding the genetic architectures of diverse organisms. In the present study, the newly sequenced genome of a giant ciliated protist, Stentor roeselii, provides an opportunity for the analysis of the collinearity and retention of reciprocal best-hit genes between two Stentor species. As a main result, we have unveiled a previously undetected ancient WGD event shaping the genome of its congener, Stentor coeruleus, a model protist used in cytological and evolutionary studies. Genomes of two congeners, S. coeruleus and S. roeselii, are compared and analyzed, revealing that:(i)the former exhibits a much higher retention rate of colinear-gene pairs(28%) than does S. roeselii, and in S. coeruleus, 75% of genes that have a RBH hit in S. roeselii, have paralogs with high amino-acid identity, consistent with a WGD event in the lineage leading to S. coeruleus;(ii) the S. roeselii genome possesses extremely short intergenic regions, implying that the lengths of intergenic regions are under strong selection;(iii) the unique characteristics of introns may have been shaped in the common ancestor of heterotrichs;(iv) gene families that play a role in activities of multiple protein kinases and voltage-gated ion channels expanded rapidly in the ancestor of both taxa, possibly relating to the remarkable regenerative ability in Stentor. This study offers new insights into the evolutionary dynamics of ciliate genomes,with implications for understanding of the processes underlying the evolution of genomic complexity.
