The development of a distributed trajectory-tracking control strategy that is independent of velocity measurements is critical to achieving finite-time tracking control of autonomous underwater vehicle(AUV) systems. In this study, a group of heterogeneous AUV systems with intermittent communication links is considered and a finite-time trajectory-tracking control strategy is developed. The strategy includes two observers and one controller proposed for each follower-AUV. The first observer, a hybrid finite-time observer,estimates the state of the leader, whereas the second observer, which relies only on the position measurement,is proposed to estimate the states of the follower-AUV itself. In addition, a distributed trajectory-tracking controller is designed using the states estimated by the intermittent communication network even without velocity measurements. A homogeneous technique is utilized to prove that all followers can track the leader in a finite time. Finally, the effectiveness of the developed finite-time tracking control strategy is illustrated by numerical simulations.

Endometriosis is a common and benign angiogenesisdependent gynecological disorder,which refers to the proliferation and growth of endometrium-like tissues with neovasculature formation outside of the uterus.1 Available medical treatments for endometriosis containing hormonal and non-hormonal treatments had been limited for longterm usage by their side effects.2 Ideal medical treatment for endometriosis with efficacy to relieve symptoms and suppress endometriotic lesion growth and minimal side effects has been longing for decades.3 Angiogenesis is a promising therapeutic target for endometriosis.

Tumor hypoxia severely limits the therapeutic efficacy of photodynamic therapy(PDT) for solid tumors,which is highly dependent on tissue oxygen *** this study,we developed a platinum(Ⅱ)-acetylide-based metallacycle compound bearing six 1,4-dimethylnaphthalenes(DMN) groups,and controlled the photodynamic and photothermal effects of the compound by adjusting the power of 730 nm laser to achieve reversible sensitization,storage and release of 1~O_(2) within a single *** compound formed nanoparticles by self-assembly and exhibited good water solubility and *** laser irradiation,the strong spin-orbit coupling of platinum atoms in the metallacycle facilitated 1~O_(2) *** produced 1~O_(2) was captured by the DMN carriers and transported into the hypoxic tumor,where 1~O_(2) release was triggered owing to the good photothermal effect of the extended conjugation of the *** therapy,the metallacycle serving as a photosensitizer,1~O_(2) carrier,and photothermal reagent,achieved the synergistic therapy of PDT/PTT,demonstrating the versatility of the *** study proposes a new strategy to develop phototherapy agents that are suitable for hypoxic tumors.

Plunging breaking waves play an important role in the exchange of heat,momentum,and mass between the atmosphere and *** this paper,a series of direct numerical simulations is conducted to investigate the fragmentation process of the ingested main cavity in plunging breaking *** two-phase Navier-Stokes equations are solved using the finite-volume method based on adaptive refinement *** free surface is captured using a geometrical volume of fluid *** 2-D,3-D simulations are *** flow fields at different stages of wave breaking are presented and quantitative analysis for bubbles is *** 2-D instantaneous vorticity field and local velocity field are visualized to discuss the general flow characteristics during the fragmentation *** a 2-D parametric study is conducted to investigate the differences in the flow characteristics during the fragmentation process under different wave parameters including initial wave steepness(ε),bond number(bo),and Reynolds number(Re).3-D vortex structures are shown to further investigate the mechanisms behind the differences in the flow *** bubble size distributions under two different initial wave steepness are also discussed with their relationship to the fragmentation process of the ingested main *** research offers a significant understanding of the distinct procedures and fundamental dynamics involved in wave breaking,enhancing our comprehension of this intricate event.

In this paper,numerical experiments are carried out to investigate the impact of penalty parameters in the numerical traces on the resonance errors of high-order multiscale discontinuous Galerkin(DG)methods(Dong et *** J Sci Comput 66:321–345,2016;Dong and wan. in J Comput Appl Math 380:1–11,2020)for a one-dimensional stationary Schrödinger *** work showed that penalty parameters were required to be positive in error analysis,but the methods with zero penalty parameters worked fine in numerical simulations on coarse *** this work,by performing extensive numerical experiments,we discover that zero penalty parameters lead to resonance errors in the multiscale DG methods,and taking positive penalty parameters can effectively reduce resonance errors and make the matrix in the global linear system have better condition numbers.

The proper recycling of spent lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)can promote the recovery and utilization of valuable resources,while also negative environmental effects resulting from the presence of toxic and hazardous *** this study,a new environmentally friendly hydro-metallurgical process was proposed for leaching lithium(Li),nickel(Ni),cobalt(Co),and manganese(Mn)from spent LIBs using sulfuric acid with citric acid as a *** effects of the concentration of sulfuric acid,the leaching temperature,the leaching time,the solid-liquid ratio,and the reducing agent dosage on the leaching behavior of the above elements were *** parameters were optimized using response surface methodology(RSM)to maximize the recovery of metals from spent *** maxim-um recovery efficiencies of Li,Ni,Co,and Mn can reach 99.08%,98.76%,98.33%,and 97.63%.under the optimized conditions(the sulfuric acid concentration was 1.16 mol/L,the citric acid dosage was 15wt%,the solid-liquid ratio was 40 g/L,and the temperature was 83℃ for 120 min),*** was found that in the collaborative leaching process of sulfuric acid and citric acid,the citric acid initially provided strong reducing CO_(2)^(-),and the transition metal ions in the high state underwent a reduction reaction to produce transition metal ions in the low ***,citric acid can also act as a proton donor and chelate with lower-priced transition metal ions,thus speeding up the dissolution process.

Significant advancements have beenwitnessed in visual tracking applications leveragingViT in recent years,mainly due to the formidablemodeling capabilities of Vision Transformer(ViT).However,the strong performance of such trackers heavily relies on ViT models pretrained for long periods,limitingmore flexible model designs for tracking *** address this issue,we propose an efficient unsupervised ViT pretraining method for the tracking task based on masked autoencoders,called *** pretraining,we employ two shared-parameter ViTs,serving as the appearance encoder and motion encoder,*** appearance encoder encodes randomly masked image data,while the motion encoder encodes randomly masked pairs of video ***,an appearance decoder and a motion decoder separately reconstruct the original image data and video frame data at the pixel *** this way,ViT learns to understand both the appearance of images and the motion between video frames *** results demonstrate that ViT-Base and ViT-Large models,pretrained with TrackMAE and combined with a simple tracking head,achieve state-of-the-art(SOTA)performance without additional ***,compared to the currently popular MAE pretraining methods,TrackMAE consumes only 1/5 of the training time,which will facilitate the customization of diverse models for *** instance,we additionally customize a lightweight ViT-XS,which achieves SOTA efficient tracking performance.

This article mainly investigates the fuzzy optimization robust control issue for nonlinear networked systems characterized by the interval type-2(IT2)fuzzy technique under a differential evolution *** provide a more reasonable utilization of the constrained communication channel,a novel adaptive memory event-triggered(AMET)mechanism is developed,where two event-triggered thresholds can be dynamically adjusted in the light of the current system information and the transmitted historical *** conditions with less conservative design of the fuzzy imperfect premise matching(IPM)controller are presented by introducing the Wirtinger-based integral inequality,the information of membership functions(MFs)and slack ***,under the IPM policy,a new MFs intelligent optimization technique that takes advantage of the differential evolution algorithm is first provided for IT2 TakagiSugeno(T-S)fuzzy systems to update the fuzzy controller MFs in real-time and achieve a better system control ***,simulation results demonstrate that the proposed control scheme can obtain better system performance in the case of using fewer communication resources.

Selective N-Methylation of N-Methylaniline with CO_(2) and H_(2) over Cu/In_(2)O_(3) Catalyst

N-Methylation of amines with CO_(2) and H2 is a potential approach for CO_(2) utilization because N-methylated amines can be used as solvents and organic intermediates. In_(2)O_(3)-supported Cu (Cu/In_(2)O_(3)) acts as an effective heterogeneous catalyst for N-methylation reaction of N-methylaniline (MA) with CO_(2) and H_(2),showing higher N,N-dimethylaniline (DMA) selectivity than other supported Cu catalysts. On one hand,the dispersion of Cu can be improved by the defective In_(2)O_(3) support. On the other hand,In_(2)O_(3) support is active in the dissociative adsorption of CO_(2) through C—O bond breaking. In addition,the H_(2) dissociation ability of In_(2)O_(3) can also be enhanced by Cu. The combination of Cu and In_(2)O_(3) is effective in the activation of CO_(2),the adsorption of intermediate N-methylformanilide (MFA),the hydrogenation of MFA to DMA and the prohibition of C—N bond cleavage side reactions,thereby enhancing the reaction rate of MA conversion and the selectivity to DMA.
