Background:Insomnia is a prevalent clinical condition and Shangxia Liangji formula(SXLJF)is a well-established method of ***,the specific mechanism of action of SXLJF remains ***:The mouse model of insomnia was established by intraperitoneal injection of ***-two mice were randomly divided into a negative control group,model group,SXLJF group(18.72 g/kg/day),and positive control group(diazepam,2 mg/kg)and treated with the corresponding drugs for 7 consecutive *** open field test and pentobarbital-induced sleeping test were ***-MS-based untargeted metabolomics and network pharmacology were applied to explore the potential targets of SXLJF for treating ***,key targets were validated using ***:Behavioral tests demonstrated that SXLJF reduced the total distance,average velocity,central distance,and sleep latency,and prolonged sleep *** and network pharmacology revealed potential targets,signaling pathways,metabolic pathways,and metabolites associated with the anti-insomnia effects of ***,tyrosine hydroxylase(TH)and tyrosine metabolism emerged as crucial metabolic pathways and targets,***-qPCR results supported the role of TH in the mechanism of SXLJF in treating ***:In conclusion,TH and tyrosine metabolism may represent significant targets and pathways for SXLJF in treating insomnia.

Rapid Optimization of Tension Distribution for Cable-Driven Parallel Manipulators with Redundant Cables

The solution of tension distributions is infinite for cable-driven parallel manipulators（CDPMs） with redundant cables. A rapid optimization method for determining the optimal tension distribution is presented. The new optimization method is primarily based on the geometry properties of a polyhedron and convex analysis. The computational efficiency of the optimization method is improved by the designed projection algorithm, and a fast algorithm is proposed to determine which two of the lines are intersected at the optimal point. Moreover, a method for avoiding the operating point on the lower tension limit is developed. Simulation experiments are implemented on a six degree-of-freedom（6-DOF） CDPM with eight cables, and the results indicate that the new method is one order of magnitude faster than the standard simplex method. The optimal distribution of tension distribution is thus rapidly established on real-time by the proposed method.

Interpretable machine learning analysis and automated modeling to simulate fluid-particle flows

The present study extracts human-understandable insights from machine learning(ML)-based mesoscale closure in fluid-particle flows via several novel data-driven analysis approaches,i.e.,maximal information coefficient(MIC),interpretable ML,and automated *** is previously shown that the solidvolume fraction has the greatest effect on the drag *** present study aims to quantitativelyinvestigate the influence of flow properties on mesoscale drag correction(H_(d)).The MIC results showstrong correlations between the features(i.e.,slip velocity(u^(*)_(sy))and particle volume fraction(εs))and thelabel H_(d).The interpretable ML analysis confirms this conclusion,and quantifies the contribution of u^(*)_(sy),εs and gas pressure gradient to the model as 71.9%,27.2%and 0.9%,*** ML without theneed to select the model structure and hyperparameters is used for modeling,improving the predictionaccuracy over our previous model(Zhu et al.,2020;ouyang,Zhu,Su,&Luo,2021).

The aminolysis of ethyl acetate was promoted significantly via continuous reaction in a tubular *** was thus synthesized without presence of solvent and *** optimum conditions were obtained as follows:the reaction temperature is 218℃,the reaction pressure is 3.5 MPa,the molar ratio(ethyl acetate:N-propylamine)is 1:1,and the residence time is 350 ***,the conversion of ethyl acetate is up to94.8%.Furthermore,the kinetics of the rapid reaction stage(when the conversion of ethyl acetate is 20%-80%)can be expressed as Ink=-4629.441/T+2.1366,and the apparent activation energy is Ea=38489 J·mol-1.

Regulation of Eukaryotic Initiation Factor 4E and Its Isoform： Implications for Antiviral Strategy in Plants

In recent years, biotechnology has permitted regulation of the expression of endogenous plant genes to improve agronomlcally important traits. Genetic modification of crops has benefited from emerging knowledge of new genes, especially genes that exhibit novel functions, one of which is eukaryotlc initiation factor 4E （eIF4E）. eIF4E Is one of the most important translation initiation factors Involved in eukaryotic initiation. Recent research has demonstrated that virus resistance mediated by eIF4E and Its isoform elf （Iso）4E occurs in several plant-virus interactions, thus indicating a potential new role for eIF4E/elF（Iso）4E In resistance strategies against plant viruses. In this review, we briefly describe eIF4E activity In plant translation, its potential role, and functions of the eIF4E subfamily In plant-virus interactions. Other initiation factors such as elF4G could also play a role In plant resistance against viruses. Finally, the potential for developing eIF4E-mediated resistance to plant viruses in the future Is discussed. Future research should focus on elucidation of the resistance mechanism and spectrum mediated by eIF4E. Knowledge of a particu- lar plant-virus interaction will help to deepen our understanding of eIF4E and other eukaryotic Initiation factors, and their involvement in virus disease control.

Particle-scale and sub-grid drag models coupled CFD for simulating the CO methanation in a CFB riser

The diffusion and chemical reactions inside the catalyst particles and the heterogeneous flow structure in the computational cells are key factors to affect the accuracy of the coarse-grid simulation in circulating fluidized bed(CFB)methanation *** this work,a particle-scale model is developed to calculate the effective reaction rate considering the transient diffusion and chemical reactions in the particle scale,i.e.,the scale of the single catalyst particle.A modified sub-grid drag model is proposed to consider the effects of the meso-scale and chemical reactions on the heterogeneous gas-solid interaction,where the meso-scale is between the single particle and the whole reactor and featured with the particle ***,a coupled model is developed by integrating the particle-scale and modified sub-grid drag models into ***,the coupled model is validated to achieve accurate predictions on the CO methanation process in a CFB ***,the coupled model can be performed with a coarse grid(∼58 times particle diameter)and a large time step(0.005 s)to accelerate the *** simply changing the reaction kinetics,different gas-solid catalytic reaction systems can be simulated by using the coupled model.

Enhancing the activity of FeNi bimetallic electrocatalysts on overall water splitting by Nd_(2)O_(3)-induced FeNi lattice contraction

The development of high-efficiency and cost-effective bifunctional electrocatalysts for overall water splitting remains a formidable ***,FeNi-Nd_(2)O_(3) nanoparticles anchored on N-doped carbon nanotubes(FeNi-Nd_(2)O_(3)/NCN) are designed for highly effective overall water splitting via a facile two-step hydrothermal *** synthetic FeNi-Nd_(2)O_(3) hetero-trimers(Fe 2p-Ni 2p-Nd 3d orbital coupling)on NCN achieve excellent oxygen evolution reaction(OER) and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) activities with overpotentials of 270 and 120 mV at 10 mA cm^(-2) in 1 M KOH ***,a small voltage of 1.52 V at 10 mA cm^(-2) is achieved when FeNi-Nd_(2)O_(3)/NCN is assessed as bifunctional catalyst for overall water splitting,which is superior to the typically integrated Pt/C and RuO_(2) counterparts(1.54 V at 10 mA cm^(-2)).The related characterizations including X-ray absorption fine structure(XAFS)spectroscopy show that the remarkably improved activity is originated from Nd_(2)O_(3)-induced FeNi bimetallic lattice ***,density functional theory(DFT) calculations indicate that the lattice contraction reduces binding energies of intermediates by downshifting the position of FeNi bimetallic d-band center relative to the Fermi level to optimize catalytic ***,the Nd_(2)O_(3)-induced FeNi bimetallic lattice contraction may provide a new perspective for designing and synthesizing innovative catalytic systems.

Three New Ranidae Mitogenomes and the Evolution of Mitochondrial Gene Rearrangements among Ranidae Species

Various types of gene rearrangements have been discovered in the mitogenoes of the frog family Ranidae. In this study, we determined the complete mitogenome sequence of three Rana frogs. By combining the available mitogenomic data sets from GenBank, we evaluated the phylogenetic relationships of Ranidae at the mitogenome level and analyzed mitogenome rearrangement cases within Ranidae. The three frogs shared an identical mitogenome organization that was extremely similar to the typical Neobatrachian-type arrangement. Except for the genus Babina, the monophyly of each genus was well supported. The genus Amnirana occupied the most basal position among the Ranidae. The [Lithobates ＋ Rana] was the closest sister group of Odorrana. The diversity of mitochondrial gene arrangements in ranid species was unexpectedly high, with 47 mitogenomes from 40 ranids being classified into 10 different gene rearrangement types. Some taxa owned their unique gene rearrangement characteristics, which had significant implication for their phylogeny analysis. All rearrangement events discovered in the Ranidae mitogenomes can be explained by the duplication and random loss model.
