Tetracycline repressor(TetR)family regulators(TFRs)are the largest group of DNA-binding transcription factors and are widely distributed in bacteria and *** play vital roles in controlling the expression of various genes and regulating diverse physiological ***,a TFR protein Pseudomonas virulence regulator A(PvrA),was identified from Pseudomonas aeruginosa as the transcriptional activator of genes involved in fatty acid utilization and bacterial ***,we show that PvrA can simultaneously bind to multiple pseudo-palindromic sites and upregulate the expression levels of target ***-electron microscopy(cryo-EM)analysis indicates the simultaneous DNA recognition mechanism of PvrA and suggests that the bound DNA fragments consist of a distorted B-DNA double *** crystal structure and functional analysis of PvrA reveal a hinge region that secures the correct domain motion for recognition of the promiscuous ***,our results showed that mutations disrupting the regulatory hinge region have differential effects on biofilm formation and pyocyanin biosynthesis,resulting in attenuated bacterial ***,these findings will improve the understanding of the relationship between the structure and function of the TetR family and provide new insights into the mechanism of regulation of *** virulence.

Explore the lane change trajectory pattern driven by full-time domain trajectory data

Due to the increasing density and complexity of the highway network， a deep understanding of the characteristics of lane changing (LC) behavior is crucial for road refinement design. The emergence of full time domain trajectory big data provides unprecedented opportunities for in-depth research on highway safety geometry design. This article proposes a method framework for extracting LC trajectory patterns to explore the combination trajectory patterns during the LC process. This article achieves subdivision in driving mode detection by using the Adaptive Pruned Exact Linear Time (APELT) algorithm to detect change points， taking into account the short sequence features of LC. In order to achieve the classification of segmented fragments， we report a clustering technique based on similarity matching (SM)， which can effectively avoid the problem of excessive distortion in similarity measurement. The results indicate that APELT technology has certain advantages in F1 score and accuracy of LC pattern recognition， which is more in line with reality. The kappa score based on similarity matching is greater than 0.8， indicating high accuracy of pattern recognition. This study provides a novel data mining method for a comprehensive understanding of lane changing behavior under full time domain big data， which will provide reference for road design in complex scenes.

Despite extensive efforts in designing and preparing switchable underwater adhesives,it is not easy to regulate the underwater adhesion strength locally and ***,we design and synthesize photoreversible copolymer of poly[dopamine methacrylamide-co-methoxyethyl-acrylate-co-7-(2-methacryloyloxyethoxy)-4-methylcoumarin].Due to the dynamic formation and breaking of chemical crosslinking networks within the smart adhesives,the material shows widely tunable adhesion strength from∼150 to∼450 kPa and long-range reversible maneuverability under orthogonal 254 and 365 nm ultraviolet light stimulation via the coumarin dimerization and ***,the adhesive exhibits good circulation performance and stability in an acid–base *** also demonstrated that the bolt can be coated with the smart adhesive material for on-demand *** design principle opens the door to the development of remotely controllable high-performance smart underwater adhesives.

Mechanical and damping performances of TPMS lattice metamaterials fabricated by laser powder bed fusion

Lattice metamaterials based on three-period minimum surface(TPMS)are an effective means to achieve lightweight and high-strength materials which are widely used in various fields such as aerospace and ***,its vibration and noise reduction,and damping properties have not been fully ***,in this study,the TPMS structures with parameterization were designed by the method of surface migration,and the TPMS structures with high forming quality was manufactured by laser powder bed fusion(LPBF).The mechanical properties and energy absorption characteristics of the beam and TPMS structures were studied and compared by quasi-static *** modal shapes of the beam lattice structures and TPMS structures were obtained by the free modal analysis,and the damping properties of two structures were obtained by modal *** the two structures after heat treatment with the same porosity of 70%,the yield strength of the beam lattice structure reaches 40.76 MPa,elastic modulus is 20.38 GPa,the energy absorption value is 32.23 MJ·m^(-3),the damping ratio is 0.52%.The yield strength,elastic modulus,energy absorption value,and damping ratio of the TPMS structure are 50.74 MPa,25.37 GPa,47.34 MJ·m^(-3),and 0.99%,*** results show that TPMS structures exhibit more excellent mechanical properties and energy absorption,better damping performance,and obvious advantages in structural load and vibration and noise reduction compared with the beam lattice structures under the same porosity.

Experimental study of the effects of a multistage pore-throat structure on the seepage characteristics of sandstones in the Beibuwan Basin:Insights into the flooding mode

To investigate the relationship between grain sizes, seepage capacity, and oil-displacement efficiency in the Liushagang Formation of the Beibuwan Basin, this study identifies the multistage pore-throat structure as a crucial factor through a comparison of oil displacement in microscopic pore-throat experiments. The two-phase flow evaluation method based on the Li-Horne model is utilized to effectively characterize and quantify the seepage characteristics of different reservoirs, closely relating them to the distribution of microscopic pores and throats. It is observed that conglomerate sandstones at different stages exhibit significant heterogeneity and noticeable differences in seepage capacity, highlighting the crucial role played by certain large pore throats in determining seepage capacity and oil displacement efficiency. Furthermore, it was found that the displacement effects of conglomeratic sandstones with strong heterogeneity were inferior to those of conventional homogeneous sandstone, as evidenced by multiple displacement experiments conducted on core samples with varying granularities and flooding systems. Subsequently, core-based experiments on associated gas flooding after water flooding were conducted to address the challenge of achieving satisfactory results in a single displacement mode for reservoirs with significant heterogeneity. The results indicate that the oil recovery rates for associated gas flooding after water flooding increased by 7.3%-16.4% compared with water flooding alone at a gas-oil ratio of approximately 7000 m^(3)/m^(3). Therefore, considering the advantages of gas flooding in terms of seepage capacity, oil exchange ratio, and the potential for two-phase production, gas flooding is recommended as an energy supplement mode for homogeneous reservoirs in the presence of sufficient gas source and appropriate tectonic angle. on the other hand, associated gas flooding after water flooding is suggested to achieve a more favorable develop

Metal halide perovskites(MHP)are potential candidates for the photocatalytic reduction of Co_(2)due to their long photogenerated carrier lifetime and charge diffusion ***,the conventional long-chain ligand impedes the adsorption and activation of Co_(2)molecules in practical ***,a ligand modulation technology is employed to enhance the photocatalytic Co_(2)reduction activity of lead-free Cs_(2)AgInCl_(6)microcrystals(MCs).The Cs_(2)AgInCl_(6)MCs passivated by oleic acid(oLA)and octanoic acid(oCA)are used for photocatalytic Co_(2)*** results show that the surface defects and electronic properties of Cs_(2)AgInCl_(6)MCs can be adjusted through ligand *** with the oLA-Cs_(2)AgInCl_(6),the oCA-Cs_(2)AgInCl_(6)catalyst demonstrated a significant improvement in the catalytic yield of Co and CH_(4).The Co and CH_(4)catalytic yields of oCA-Cs_(2)AgInCl_(6)reached 171.88 and34.15μmol g^(-1)h^(-1)which were 2.03 and 12.98 times higher than those of oLA-Cs_(2)AgInCl_(6),and the total electron consumption rate of oCA-Cs_(2)AgInCl_(6)was 615.2μmol g^(-1)h^(-1)which was 3.25 times higher than that of oLA-Cs_(2)AgInCl_(6).Furthermore,in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectra revealed the enhancement of photocatalytic activity in Cs_(2)AgInCl_(6)MCs induced by ligand *** study illustrates the potential of lead-free Cs_(2)AgInCl_(6)MCs for efficient photocatalytic Co_(2)reduction and provides a ligand modulation strategy for the active promotion of MHP photocatalysts.

Passive neutron multiplicity device for^(240)Pu measurement based on FPGA

A passive neutron multiplicity measurement device,FH-NCM/S1,based on field-programmable gate arrays(FPGAs),is developed specifically for measuring the mass of plutonium-240(^(240)Pu)in mixed oxide ***-NCM/S1 adopts an inte-grated approach,combining the shift register analysis mode with the pulse-position timestamp mode using an *** optimal effective length of the^(3)He neutron detector was determined to be 30 cm,and the thickness of the graphite reflector was ascertained to be 15 cm through MCNP *** fabricating the device,calibration measurements were per-formed using a^(252)Cf neutron source;a detection efficiency of 43.07%and detector die-away time of 55.79μs were *** samples of plutonium oxide were measured under identical conditions using the FH-NCM/S1 in shift register analysis mode and a plutonium waste multiplicity *** obtained double rates underwent corrections for detection efficiency(ε)and double gate fraction(f_(d)),resulting in corrected double rates(D_(c)),which were used to validate the accuracy of the shift register analysis ***,the device exhibited fluctuations in the measurement results,and within a single 20 s measurement,these fluctuations remained below 10%.After 30 cycles,the relative error in the mass of^(240)Pu was less than 5%.Finally,correlation calculations confirmed the robust consistency of both measurement *** study holds specific significance for the subsequent design and development of neutron multiplicity devices.
