生态文明建设大背景下,国土空间生态修复成为治理生态环境、维护生态系统安全的重要举措。与传统生态修复相比,新时期生态修复更加强调整体性、系统性和综合性。本文通过梳理生态修复演变历程,分析目前生态修复实践进展及存在的问题,并以西安市为例,从识别生态问题一张图、构建生态修复格局、划定生态修复分区、谋划生态修复重点工程、统筹生态修复规划实施的机制建设等方面,总结国土空间生态修复规划编制的技术方法,为相关城市的生态修复提供借鉴。

Pharmaceutical salt formation is the most preferred and effective method to enhance the physicochemical properties of APIs. The aim of the study was to design and synthesize a series of new salts to improve the solubility of Imatinib(IM). Two stable salts with malonic acid(S1) and citric acid(S5), one metastable salt with fumaric acid(S2), two unstable salts with citric acid(S3, S4) were obtained for the first time.Single crystal and powder X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared, differential scanning calorimetry,and thermogravimetric analysis were used to characterize the novel salts. The solubility and stability of the solid were also evaluated, and three salts(S1, S2, S5) had a more than 20 folds of solubility and a faster dissolution rate improved as compared to the pure drug in water and p H 6.8 buffer, respectively.

BACKGROUND Necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC)is a severe gastrointestinal disease that affects premature infants.Although mounting evidence supports the therapeutic effect of exosomes on NEC,the underlying mechanisms remain unclear.AIM To investigate the mechanisms underlying the regulation of inflammatory response and intestinal barrier function by umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell(UCMSCs)exosomes,as well as their potential in alleviating NEC in neonatal mice.METHODS NEC was induced in 5-d-old C57BL/6 pups through hypoxia and gavage feeding of formula containing lipopolysaccharide(LPS),after which the mice received human UCMSC exosomes(hUCMSC-exos).The control mice were allowed to breastfeed with their dams.Ileal tissues were collected from the mice and analyzed by histopathology and immunoblotting.Colon tissues were collected from NEC neonates and analyzed by immunofluorescence.Molecular biology and cell culture approaches were employed to study the related mechanisms in intestinal epithelial cells.RESULTS We found that autophagy is overactivated in intestinal epithelial cells during NEC,resulting in reduced expression of tight junction proteins and an increased inflammatory response.The ability of hUCMSC-exos to ameliorate NEC in a mouse model was dependent on decreased intestinal autophagy.We also showed that hUCMSC-exos alleviate the inflammatory response and increase migration ability in intestinal epithelial cells induced by LPS.CONCLUSION These results contribute to a better understanding of the protective mechanisms of hUCMSC-exos against NEC and provide a new theoretical and experimental foundation for NEC treatment.These findings also enhance our understanding of the role of the autophagy mechanism in NEC,offering potential avenues for identifying new therapeutic targets.

液压缸在出厂试验时,制造厂通常采用压降检测法来判断液压缸内泄漏是否合格。然而,对不同规格液压缸,在不同温度下普遍使用相同的性能指标。国家标准规定的液压缸内泄漏检测方法并未考虑油液温度、油液动力粘度和液压缸伸出缩回体积变化等因素。本文提出了一种优化的压降法来检测液压缸内泄漏。通过将多项式拟合的液压缸内泄漏量函数表达式加入温度修正函数,从而推导出液压缸内泄漏量与压降的数学表达式。试验结果表明,相较于传统的压降检测法,优化的压降法能更快速且相对准确地测试液压缸内泄漏是否符合出厂验收要求,更适用于冶金行业大批量液压缸的内泄漏出厂测试。

Lung diseases and their related complications represent a critical source of morbidity and mortality globally and have become a research focus in recent years.There are plenty of hazards that threaten the health of lung by exposure to external environmental stimuli,such as dust,cigarette smoke,PM2.5,air pollution and pathogen infection.These risks lead to the impairment of lung function and subsequent lung diseases including pneumonia,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),asthma and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF).Compared with antibiotics and corticosteroids therapies,traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions are more effective with fewer side effects.A considerable variety of bioactive ingredients have been extracted and identified from Chinese herbal medicines and are used for the treatment of different lung diseases,including resveratrol.Increasing studies have reported promising therapeutic effects of resveratrol against lung diseases by inhibiting oxidative stress,inflammation,aging,fibrosis and cancer both in vitro and in vivo.In this review,the recent progress in the studies of lungprotective effects and underlying mechanisms of resveratrol and also highlight the potency of resveratrol and traditional Chinese prescriptions containing resveratrol as promising therapeutic options were summarized for the treatment of lung and respiratory diseases.

Formaldehyde(FA),as the simplest endogenous carbonyl molecule,participates in many biosynthesis and metabolism in living organisms,such as nucleotides and adenosine triphosphate(ATP).FA concentrations are sub-millimolar in the normal healthy body,but can rise significantly in a number of disease pathologies.As a result,detecting endogenous FA is critical for illness diagnosis and rehabilitation therapy monitoring.Recent studies have focused on the FA-responsive turn-on fluorescence probe,which has huge promise in the detection and visualization of FA in living cells and organisms,as well as exceptional use in disease diagnosis and therapeutic monitoring.This review summarizes the fluorescence luminescence mechanism and design concepts of FA fluorescent probes,as well as their recent applications in bioimaging and illness diagnostics.Additionally,this article indicates the present dilemma of FA-responsive fluorescent probe,including selectivity,specificity,and detection mode,which may provide references for the development of FA-responsive fluorescent probes.

目的探讨直径≤1cm的胃小间质瘤是否有超级微创手术(SMIS)治疗的必要性及如何选择其术式。方法回顾性收集2008—2023年就诊于解放军总医院第一医学中心行SMIS治疗的直径≤1cm的胃小间质瘤患者共111例,根据内镜治疗方法不同分为内镜黏膜下剥离术和经内镜隧道下肿瘤剥离术组、内镜黏膜下挖除术组、内镜下全层切除术组,分析三组患者的一般特征及病理学特征,对比不同内镜治疗术式的差异性,随访患者术后转移情况。结果纳入的111例患者均为极低风险胃间质瘤,多见于中老年患者,发生部位主要为胃底,多数患者免疫组织化学结果中CD34、CD117、DOG-1、PDGFR-a阳性及Ki-67(+≤5%)较为多见,三组患者的一般资料及病理学资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后均未见严重并发症及复发转移。结论对于直径≤1 cm的胃小间质瘤患者,消化内镜超级微创是安全有效的治疗措施,创伤小,恢复快,随着消化内镜技术的逐渐发展,SMIS会越来越多地成为胃小间质瘤患者的首选治疗。

BACKGROUND:To promote the shared decision-making(SDM)between patients and doctors in pediatric outpatient departments,this study was designed to validate artificial intelligence(AI)-initiated medical tests for children with fever.METHODS:We designed an AI model,named Xiaoyi,to suggest necessary tests for a febrile child before visiting a pediatric outpatient clinic.We calculated the sensitivity,specificity,and F1 score to evaluate the efficacy of Xiaoyi’s recommendations.The patients were divided into the rejection and acceptance groups.Then we analyzed the rejected examination items in order to obtain the corresponding reasons.RESULTS:We recruited a total of 11,867 children with fever who had used Xiaoyi in outpatient clinics.The recommended examinations given by Xiaoyi for 10,636(89.6%)patients were qualified.The average F1 score reached 0.94.A total of 58.4%of the patients accepted Xiaoyi’s suggestions(acceptance group),and 41.6%refused(rejection group).Imaging examinations were rejected by most patients(46.7%).The tests being time-consuming were rejected by 2,133 patients(43.2%),including rejecting pathogen studies in 1,347 patients(68.5%)and image studies in 732 patients(31.8%).The difficulty of sampling was the main reason for rejecting routine tests(41.9%).CONCLUSION:Our model has high accuracy and acceptability in recommending medical tests to febrile pediatric patients,and is worth promoting in facilitating SDM.

Cattle temperament is an interesting trait due to its correlation with production efficiency,labor safety,and animal welfare.To date,however,its genetic basis is not clearly understood.Here,we performed a genome-wide association study for a series of temperament traits in cattle,assessed with via open field and novel object tests,using autosomal single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)derived from the whole-genome sequence.We identified 37 and 29 genome-wide significant loci in the open field and novel object tests,respectively.Gene set analysis revealed the most significant pathway was the neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction pathway,which may be essential for emotional control in cattle.Analysis of the expression levels of 18 tissue-specific genes based on transcriptomic data showed enrichment in the brain,with some candidate genes involved in psychiatric and neurodegenerative diseases in humans.Based on principal component analysis,the first principal component explained the largest variance in the open field and novel object test data,and the most significant loci were assigned to SORCS3 and SESTD1,respectively.Our findings should help facilitate cattle breeding for sound temperament by pyramiding favorable alleles to further improve cattle production.
