Cold compression deformation method for reducing residual stress and uniformizing micro-property in ferrite steel

To reduce internal residual stress and homogenize micro-property of hot-rolled ferrite steel,the cold compression deformation method with small reduction rate has been performed in the hot-rolled samples,and X-ray diffraction and nanoindentation test have been used to detect the residual stress and micro-property.The samples with deformation rate of 0-5.59%or annealing at 550℃ are analyzed.The results show that,due to the coupling effect of thermal expansion and cold contraction and the volume expansion of microstructural transformation from austenite to ferrite,compressive residual stress was found inside the hot-rolled samples.With the increase in cold compression deformation,the dislocation density increased and the microhardness increased gradually,and there is no obvious rule for the change of mean nano-hardness in micro-zone for the center of samples.However,the uniformity of nano-hardness in the micro-zone increased first and then decreased,and the value of residual stress has obvious corresponding relationship with the uniformity of micro-zone property.The cold compression deformation with appropriate reduction rate can reduce residual stress and improve nano-hardness uniformity of the hot-rolled samples,but more deformation(such as reduction rateε=5.59%)makes residual stress increase and makes uniformity of nano-hardness deteriorate.

Objective:To reveal the anti-inflammatory mechanism of GuanxinⅤ,which is prescribed for ventricular remodeling in clinical practice.Methods:GuanxinⅤ-,ventricular remodeling-,and inflammationrelated targets were obtained through an integrated strategy of virtual screening and systematic pharmacology,and then the shared targets were visualised with a Venn diagram.GuanxinⅤnetwork and the protein-protein interaction network were drawn,and enrichment analysis was conducted.Finally,the main results obtained from the integrated strategy were validated by molecular docking and in vivo experiments.Results:A total of 251,11,425,and 15,246 GuanxinⅤ-,ventricular remodeling-,and inflammation-related targets were acquired,respectively.Then,211 shared targets were considered to contribute to the mechanism of ventricular remodeling treated by GuanxinⅤ.Guanxin network and the protein-protein interaction network were drawn,and enrichment analysis showed some cardiovascular-related biological processes and signaling pathways.Molecular docking revealed that the GuanxinⅤ-derived compounds could align with key targets.Final in vivo experiments proved that GuanxinⅤreverses ventricular remodeling by inhibiting inflammation.Conclusion:GuanxinⅤrelieves ventricular remodeling by regulating inflammation,which provides new ideas for the anti-ventricular remodeling mechanism of GuanxinⅤ.

Vibration isolation is one of the most efficient approaches to protecting host structures from harmful vibrations,especially in aerospace,mechanical,and architectural engineering,etc.Traditional linear vibration isolation is hard to meet the requirements of the loading capacity and isolation band simultaneously,which limits further engineering application,especially in the low-frequency range.In recent twenty years,the nonlinear vibration isolation technology has been widely investigated to broaden the vibration isolation band by exploiting beneficial nonlinearities.One of the most widely studied objects is the"three-spring"configured quasi-zero-stiffness(QZS)vibration isolator,which can realize the negative stiffness and high-static-low-dynamic stiffness(HSLDS)characteristics.The nonlinear vibration isolation with QZS can overcome the drawbacks of the linear one to achieve a better broadband vibration isolation performance.Due to the characteristics of fast response,strong stroke,nonlinearities,easy control,and low-cost,the nonlinear vibration with electromagnetic mechanisms has attracted attention.In this review,we focus on the basic theory,design methodology,nonlinear damping mechanism,and active control of electromagnetic QZS vibration isolators.Furthermore,we provide perspectives for further studies with electromagnetic devices to realize high-efficiency vibration isolation.

Background:Blister-like aneurysms(BLAs)on the supraclinoid segment of the internal carotid artery(ICA)are an enigma of cerebrovascular disease.Neither has a definite pathogenesis been so far identified,nor have uniform treatment guidelines been established for them.Our aim was to develop a hypothesis regarding the evolution of BLAs according to their macroscopic morphologies and to evaluate the efficacy of microsurgical clipping.Methods:The clinical data and morphological features of 15 consecutive patients with 16 BLAs on the supraclinoid ICA were retrospectively reviewed.The treatment strategies were analyzed,and functional outcomes were evaluated using the modified Rankin scale(mRS).Favorable outcomes were defined as a mRS score of 0-2.Results:Morphologically,aneurysm growth with expansion of the aneurysm neck before the surgical procedure occurred in two ruptured and one unruptured aneurysm.Daughter bleb formation was observed in two ruptured and five unruptured aneurysms.A varied degree of parent artery sclerosis was observed in nine patients.Thirteen patients were treated with direct surgical clipping,one patient was treated with clipping and wrapping,and the remaining patient was treated with an encircling clipping graft.Favorable and unfavorable outcomes were observed in 13 and two cases,respectively.Follow-up angiograms revealed 4 cases of stenosis with respective degree of mild,30%,50%,and 80%without any neurological dysfunction.Conclusions:We suggest a hypothesis that BLAs on the supraclinoid ICA may share different evolving mechanisms between ruptured and unruptured lesions.A majority of them can be reliably and safely obliterated by direct clipping technique,except for the aneurysms accompanied with severely atherosclerotic parent walls.

Doping in 2D materials is an important method for tuning of band structures.For this purpose,it is important to develop controllable doping techniques.Here,we demonstrate a substitutional doping strategy by erbium(Er)ions in the synthesis of monolayer WS2 by chemical vapor deposition.Substantial enhancements in photoluminescent and photoresponsive properties are achieved,which indicate a tungsten vacancy suppression mechanism by Er filling.Er ion doping in the monolayer WS2 is proved by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectra(XPS),fluorescence,absorption,excitation,and Raman spectra.11.5 at%of the maximum Er concentration is examined by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX).Over 6 times enhancement of intensities with 7.9 nm redshift in peaks are observed from the fluorescent spectra of Er-doped WS2 monolayers compared with their counterparts of the pristine WS2 monolayers,which agrees well with the density functional theory calculations.In addition,over 11 times of dark current,469 times of photocurrents,photoresponsivity,and external quantum efficiency,and two orders of photoresponse speed are demonstrated from the Er-doped WS2 photodetector compared with those of the pristine WS2 device.Our findings prove rare-earth doping in 2D materials,the exciting and ideal technique for substantially enhanced photoluminescent and photoresponsive properties.

Robotic splicing of steel arches is a challenging task that is necessary to realize the grasping and docking of steel arches in a limited space. Steel arches often have a mass of more than 200 kg and length of more than 4 m. Owing to the large volume and mass of steel arches and the high requirements for accurately positioning the splicing, it is difficult for a general manipulator to meet the stiffness requirements. To enhance the structural stiffness of the steel arch splicing manipulator, a single-degree-of-freedom(DOF) closed-loop mechanism was added to the grasping structure of the manipulator. Based on the basic principle of structural synthesis, a solution model of the single-DOF closedloop mechanism was developed, and alternative kinematic pairs of the mechanism with different input constraints and output requirements were derived. Based on this model, a design method for a single-DOF closed-loop grasping mechanism and a posture adjustment mechanism for a steel arch was devised. Combined with the same dimensional subspace equivalence principle of the graphical-type synthesis method, 12 types of steel arch splicing manipulator were constructed. By analyzing the motion/force transmission and structural complexity of the steel arch splicing manipulators, the best scheme was selected. A prototype of the steel arch splicing manipulator was manufactured.Adams software was used to obtain clearly the output trajectory of the end of the manipulator. The relative spatial positions of the upper and lower jaws under different working stages were analyzed, demonstrating that the manipulator satisfied the grasping requirements. Through a steel arch splicing experiment, the grasping effect, docking accuracy, and splicing efficiency of the manipulator met the design requirements. The steel arch splicing manipulator can replace the manual completion of the steel arch splicing operation, significantly improving the operation efficiency.

This study presents a novel enhanced monostable lever-type electromagnetic energy harvester(L-EEH).According to the positions of the coil and the lever pivot,four configurations are discussed to realize a better harvesting performance of the L-EEHs.On the basis of establishing the theoretical model of the L-EEH,the corresponding analytical solutions can be obtained by applying the harmonic balance method.The effects of the nonlinear coefficient,the lever ratio,the mass ratio,and the circuit parameters on the energy harvesting performance of L-EEHs are analyzed and discussed.The numerical and experimental efforts are carried out to verify the theoretical model and the energy harvesting performance.The results demonstrate that the maximum output voltage can be achieved with an appropriate lever ratio.Furthermore,the L-EEH possesses a considerable energy harvesting performance under a smaller lever ratio compared with the other three configurations.The output power can also be improved by adjusting the tip mass of the lever.The proposed L-EEH has a considerable operating bandwidth and an output power,which can reach 146.6 mW under the excitation amplitude of 0.3 g.

The lightweight human-robot interaction model with high real-time,high accuracy,and strong anti-interference capability can be better applied to future lunar surface exploration and construction work.Based on the feature information inputted from the monocular camera,the signal acquisition and processing fusion of the astronaut gesture and eye-movement modal interaction can be performed.Compared with the single mode,the human-robot interaction model of bimodal collaboration can achieve the issuance of complex interactive commands more efficiently.The optimization of the target detection model is executed by inserting attention into YOLOv4 and filtering image motion blur.The central coordinates of pupils are identified by the neural network to realize the human-robot interaction in the eye movement mode.The fusion between the astronaut gesture signal and eye movement signal is performed at the end of the collaborative model to achieve complex command interactions based on a lightweight model.The dataset used in the network training is enhanced and extended to simulate the realistic lunar space interaction environment.The human-robot interaction effects of complex commands in the single mode are compared with those of complex commands in the bimodal collaboration.The experimental results show that the concatenated interaction model of the astronaut gesture and eye movement signals can excavate the bimodal interaction signal better,discriminate the complex interaction commands more quickly,and has stronger signal anti-interference capability based on its stronger feature information mining ability.Compared with the command interaction realized by using the single gesture modal signal and the single eye movement modal signal,the interaction model of bimodal collaboration is shorter about 79%to 91%of the time under the single mode interaction.Regardless of the influence of any image interference item,the overall judgment accuracy of the proposed model can be maintained at about 83%to 97%.The effectiveness of the propo
