The increase in frequency and intensity of Extreme High-temperature Events(EHEs)over Central-Eastern China(CEC)in recent decades has severely impacted social development and *** observation and reanalysis datasets,this study explores the effect of the East Asian subtropical westerly jet stream(EAJ)on the CEC EHEs for the summers spanning 1979–*** its general relative location to the right side of the upper-level jet stream exit region,CEC would theoretically suffer more EHEs with a stronger and northwardly-shifted EAJ in summer due to the likelihood of abnormal subsidence induced by the ***,such an EAJ–EHE connection has been unstable over the past four decades but has displayed an evident interdecadal *** the late 1990s,the interannual variation of the EAJ was manifested mainly by its meridional displacement in the northeastern part of East Asia;thus,the atmospheric responses were essentially located to the east of CEC,exerting less of an influence on the CEC ***,since the late 1990s,the EAJ variation has featured an intensity change in its center over the northwest portion of the CEC,which has resulted in a westward shift in atmospheric responses to cover the CEC ***,the EAJ could potentially affect the summer CEC EHEs during 2000–*** findings offer support for an in-depth understanding of the formation mechanisms of extreme weather/climate events of this nature and thus provide a scientific reference for seasonal climate predictions.

A Diffusion Model for Traffic Data Imputation

Imputation of missing data has long been an important topic and an essential application for intelligent transportation systems(ITS) in the real world. As a state-of-the-art generative model, the diffusion model has proven highly successful in image generation, speech generation, time series modelling *** now opens a new avenue for traffic data imputation. In this paper, we propose a conditional diffusion model, called the implicit-explicit diffusion model, for traffic data imputation. This model exploits both the implicit and explicit feature of the data simultaneously. More specifically, we design two types of feature extraction modules, one to capture the implicit dependencies hidden in the raw data at multiple time scales and the other to obtain the long-term temporal dependencies of the time series. This approach not only inherits the advantages of the diffusion model for estimating missing data, but also takes into account the multiscale correlation inherent in traffic data. To illustrate the performance of the model, extensive experiments are conducted on three real-world time series datasets using different missing *** experimental results demonstrate that the model improves imputation accuracy and generalization capability.

为改善空心钢筋混凝土柱(HRC)的使用与受力性能,提出一种双壁波纹钢管混凝土(CFDCST)构件。本文共进行了4个大尺寸双壁波纹钢管混凝土短柱与2个空心钢筋混凝土短柱的轴压试验,关键试验参数为试件类型与波纹钢管类型。分析构件的破坏模式,对比不同参数下构件的承载力、峰值应变、延性系数等关键力学指标,获得荷载-波纹钢管应变关系曲线以揭示试件的约束机理并验证外波纹钢管类型的影响。试验结果表明:外波纹钢管可为夹层混凝土提供约束作用,且螺旋角越小,外波纹钢管的约束作用越强;内波纹钢管则主要为夹层混凝土内壁提供有效支撑,以保持截面的完整性。名义约束效应系数与空心率相近时,由于咬口滑移影响,大螺旋角双壁波纹钢管混凝土比小螺旋角双壁波纹钢管混凝土的峰值应力、峰值应变与延性系数分别降低15.5%、21.8%与16.7%。在总用钢量相近的情况下,小螺旋角双壁波纹钢管混凝土柱的承载力、峰值应变与延性系数分别比空心钢筋混凝土柱提高10.6%、36.2%与50.0%。基于试验结果,检验了3种典型承载力公式的适用性,并提出了相应设计建议。

The interfacial debonding between the active layer and the current collector has been recognized as a critical mechanism for battery fading,and thus has attracted great efforts focused on the related ***,much still remains to be studied regarding practical methods for suppressing electrode debonding,especially from the perspective of *** this paper,a pre-strain strategy of current collectors to alleviate electrode debonding is *** analytical model for a symmetric electrode with a deformable and limited-thickness current collector is developed to analyze the debonding behavior involving both a pre-strain of the current collector and an eigen-strain of the active *** results reveal that the well-designed pre-strain can significantly delay the debonding onset(by up to 100%)and considerably reduce the debonding *** critical values of the pre-strain are identified,and the pre-strain design principles are also *** on these findings,this work sheds light on the mechanical design to suppress electrode degradation.

本研究旨在为建设和完善我国药品检查员培训体系提供参考。采用文献研究法，从培训实施机构、培训分级制度、培训内容与方式、培训效果评估等方面对比分析美国、欧盟和日本药品检查员培训体系的建设情况及关注要点，并对我国药品检查员培训工作提出建议。研究结果显示，美国、欧盟和日本已建立成熟且完备的药品检查员培训体系，包括专门的培训管理机构、专职化的人员队伍、清晰的职业发展路径、多元化的培训方式及模块化的课程体系等多个方面。而我国药品检查员培训体系尚存在缺乏统一的培训标准、培训没有针对检查员分级分类开展、检查员职业发展通道受阻等问题。建议我国加快建立药品检查员培训指导性规范，并且吸引政产学研多方投入药品检查员培训，另外还可以探索建设药品检查员微专业以重构培训课程体系，同时设置药品检查员专属职称序列，形成专业晋升机制。

The precise condition of thermal runaway in microwave heating on chemical reaction with a feedback control system is quantitatively studied. First, the precise condition of thermal runaway in engineering application is derived based on the principle of the feedback control system. Then, the temperature rising rates for 4 different kinds of reaction systems placed in the waveguide and irradiated by micro-wave with different input powers are simulated. Finally, the relationship, which is inattentive so far, between the thermal runaway and the sensor's response time is discussed.

风洞常规测力试验中经常会出现模型大幅度振动的问题,影响试验数据精度甚至威胁设备安全。深入认识模型振动的发生机理,结合有效的控制手段减小试验中的模型振动幅值,对风洞试验研究有重要意义。首先介绍了风洞模型振动的危害与减小模型振动的意义,分析了模型发生振动的机理,总结了常见的减小模型振动的方法及其研究进展,重点分析了主动振动控制方法涉及的内容与技术难点。已有的研究工作表明,在各种减缓模型振动的方法中,以压电堆作为作动器的主动控制方法最能符合工程实用要求,且减振效果较好。最后对大型风洞中模型振动控制需要研究的问题给出了若干建议。
