Facile fabrication of graphene/g-C_(3)N_(4) for electromagnetic wave absorption

With the development of the miniaturization of electronic equipment and lightweight weapon equipment,there are new requirements for electromagnetic wave absorption material(EMWAM).EMWAM has outstanding electromagnetic wave absorption properties and lightweight characteristics become an important direction of *** this study,graphene/g-C_(3)N_(4)(GGCN)EMWAM was first synthesized in situ by simple heat treatment,in which the g-C_(3)N_(4) had a porous structure and dispersed on the surface of *** impedance matching of the GGCN was well adjusted by decreasing the dielectric constant and attenuation constant due to the g-C_(3)N_(4) semiconductor property and the graphite-like *** EMW loss mechanism of GGCN was also analyzed by simulating GGCN’s electric field mode distribution and resistance loss power *** analysis result shows that the distribution of g-C_(3)N_(4) among GGCN sheets can produce more polarization effects and relaxation effects by increasing the lamellar ***,the polarization loss of GGCN could be increased successfully by porous g-C_(3)N_(4).Ultimately,the EMW absorption property of GGCN is optimized significantly,and GGCN exhibits excellent EMW absorption *** the thickness is 2 mm,the effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)can reach 4.6 GHz,and when the thickness is 4.5 mm,the minimum reflection loss(RLmin)at 4.56 GHz can reach-34.69 ***,the practical application of EMWAM was studied by radar cross-section(RCS)simulation,showing that GGCN has a good application prospect.

Activation of the ERK 1/2 and STAT3 signaling pathways is required for 661W cell survival following oxidant injury

AIM: To evaluate the influence of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) on mouse photoreceptor-derived 661W cell survival and to determine the effect of PD98059, an inhibitor for MEK1 (the direct upstream activator of ERK1/2), and S3I201, a STAT3-specific inhibitor on 661W cell survival after H2O2 exposure. METHODS: The mouse photoreceptor-derived 661W cells were cultured. 661W cells were treated for 12 hours with different concentrations (0, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1mmol/L) of H2O2 and cell viability was determined by 3- (4, 5-dimethylthiazolyl-2)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) (MTT) assay. 661W cells were treated with different concentrations H2O2 (0, 5, 10, 50, 500, 1000 mu mol/L) for 15 minutes or 1mmol/L H2O2 for different time points (0,5,10,15,30 minutes), and p-Tyr705-STAT3, STAT3, Phospho-p44/42 MAPK (Thr202/Tyr204), ERK1/2 were surveyed by immunoblot analysis. After treatment with 50 mu mol/L PD98059, or S3I201 for 1 hour, the inhibition efficiency of cell signal pathways was analyzed by immunoblot analysis and the effects of inhibitors on cell viability were determined by MTT. RESULTS: After treating with different concentrations of H2O2 for 12 hours, the cell viability of 661W cells decreased in concentration-dependent manner (P<0.05). Moreover, H2O2 induced phosphorylation of ERK1/2 and STAT3 in 661W cells (P <0.05). After pretreatment with 50 mu mol/L PD98059 or S3I201 for 1 hour, H2O2-induced phosphorylation of ERK1/2 or STAT3 was suppressed separately (P<0.05). Using PD98059 or S3I201 to inhibit ERK1/2 or STAT3 signal pathway, the cell viability of 661W cells decreased significantly (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: We demonstrated that the exposure of 661W cells to H2O2 increased the activation of ERK1/2 and STAT3 signal pathways. Activation of these pathways is required for 661W cell survival following oxidant injury.

目的分析讨论房颤合并TAVI术后脑卒中抗栓治疗策略。方法临床药师参与1例67岁男性主动脉瓣重度狭窄合并持续性心房颤动患者TAVI术后突发急性缺血性脑卒中,经充分评估患者卒中分型(NIHSS评分4分)及出血风险(HAS-BLED评分3分)后制定抗栓方案,停用DAPT,换用利伐沙班(20 mg,po,qd)长期抗凝治疗。结果临床药师通过查阅文献及循证证据,结合患者临床情况,对抗栓治疗策略及药物的选择提出建议,患者病情得到有效控制,未再发缺血相关症状,无出血倾向,服药依从性良好。结论临床药师在开展工作期间,应熟练掌握抗栓药物特点,以及不同情况下抗栓治疗策略,结合患者个体情况协助医师制定个体化治疗方案,进一步提高临床药物治疗的有效性和安全性。

Effects of RNA interference-induced tryptase down-regulation in P815 cells on IL-6 and TNF-α release of endothelial cells

Objective： To explore the effects of down-regulated tryptase expression in mast cells on the synthesis and release of interleukin-6 （IL-6） and tumor necrosis factor-alpha （TNF-α） of vascular endothelial cells. Methods： Tryptase-siRNA （small-interfering RNA） vector was constructed to inhibit tryptase expression in P815 cells. The medium of P815 cells treated by the tryptase-siRNA （RNAi-P815 group） or pure vector （P815 group） was collected and used to culture bEnd.3 cells. The messenger RNAs （mRNAs） of IL-6 and TNF-α in bEnd.3 cells and their protein levels in the medium were measured by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）, respectively. Results： IL-6 and TNF-α mRNAs in bEnd.3 cells cultured in RNAi-P815-conditioned medium decreased significantly compared to those in P815-conditioned medium. Consistently, lL-6 and TNF-α protein levels in the medium of bEnd.3 of RNAi-P815 group were lower than those of P815 group. Conclusion： Reduced tryptase expression significantly inhibited the synthesis and release of IL-6 and TNF-α in vascular endothelial cells. RNA interference targeting tryptase expression may be a new anti-inflammatory strategy for vascular diseases.

Two Stages Segmentation Algorithm of Breast Tumor in DCE-MRI Based on Multi-Scale Feature and boundary Attention Mechanism

Nuclearmagnetic resonance imaging of breasts often presents complex *** tumors exhibit varying sizes,uneven intensity,and indistinct *** characteristics can lead to challenges such as low accuracy and incorrect segmentation during tumor ***,we propose a two-stage breast tumor segmentation method leveraging multi-scale features and boundary attention ***,the breast region of interest is extracted to isolate the breast area from surrounding tissues and ***,we devise a fusion network incorporatingmulti-scale features and boundary attentionmechanisms for breast tumor *** incorporate multi-scale parallel dilated convolution modules into the network,enhancing its capability to segment tumors of various sizes through multi-scale convolution and novel fusion ***,attention and boundary detection modules are included to augment the network’s capacity to locate tumors by capturing nonlocal dependencies in both spatial and channel ***,a hybrid loss function with boundary weight is employed to address sample class imbalance issues and enhance the network’s boundary maintenance capability through additional *** was evaluated using breast data from 207 patients at RuijinHospital,resulting in a 6.64%increase in Dice similarity coefficient compared to the *** results demonstrate the superiority of the method over other segmentation techniques,with fewer model parameters.

Effect of spleen-invigorating, Qi-replenishing and blood-arresting formula on zebrafish models with simvastatin-induced hemorrhage caused by spleen failing to control blood, in terms of theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the hemostasis effect of spleen-invigorating, Qi-replenishing and blood-arresting formula, on a zebrafish models with simvastatin-induced hemorrhage, and with symptom pattern caused by spleen failing to control blood, in terms of theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).METHODS: In the first experiment, 60 AB strain wild type zebrafishes were randomly assigned into two groups: normal group and model group. The model group was treated with 50 μM simvastatinfor 24 h. The second experiment: The melanin allele mutated Albino strain zebrafishes were divided into normal, model, A group and B group. The observational parameters were as follows: blood flow, velocity of movement, hemorrhage ratio and improvement ratio of ***: Hemorrhage ratio: in the first experiment, brain hemorrhage ratio was 75%. In the second experiment, heart hemorrhage ratio was 65%.Blood flow: compared with the normal group,there was a significantly decrease in the model group(P < 0.001). Velocity of movement: in the first experimental, compared with the normal group,there was a significantly decrease in the model group(P < 0.001). Improvement ratio of hemorrhage: agents A had little effect in heart hemorrhage of the zebrafish; agents B could reduce heart hemorrhage ratio of the zebrafish, and increase the improvement ratio of ***: The manifestation of zebrafish model with simvastatin-induced hemorrhage is basically similar to that of the clinical symptom pattern caused by spleen's failure to control blood. The Spleen-invigorating, Qi-replenishing and Blood-arresting Formula can reduce the heart hemorrhage ratio of zebrafish induced by simvastatin, and increase the Improvement ratio of hemorrhage.

Effect of aflibercept combined with triamcinolone acetonide on aqueous humor growth factor and inflammatory mediators in diabetic macular edema

AIM:To investigate the efficacy of aflibercept combined with sub-tenon injection of triamcinolone acetonide(TA)in treating diabetic macular edema(DME)and to examine changes in growth factors and inflammatory mediator levels in aqueous humor after ***:Totally 67 DME patients(67 eyes)and 30 cataract patients(32 eyes)were enrolled as the DME group and the control group,*** DME group was divided into the aflibercept group(34 cases)and the aflibercept combined with TA group(combined group,33 cases).The aqueous humor of both groups was collected during the study *** aqueous levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)were detected using a microsphere suspension array technology(Luminex 200TM).Aqueous cytokines,best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA),central macular thickness(CMT),and complications before and after treatment were compared between the aflibercept group and combined ***:The concentrations of VEGF,MCP-1,IL-6,and IL-8 in the aqueous humor were significantly higher in the DME group than those of the control group(all P0.05).CONCLUSION:The cytokines VEGF,MCP-1,IL-6,and IL-8 in the aqueous humor of DME patients are significantly *** and aflibercept combined with TA have good efficacy in DME patients,can effectively reduce CMT,improve the patient’s vision,and have high *** combined with TA can quickly downregulate the aqueous humor cytokines and help to relieve macular edema ***,the long-term eff

Modeling Near-Field Impulsive Waves Generated by Deformable Landslide Using the HBP Model Based on the SPH Method

Landslide-generated impulsive waves(LGWs)in reservoir areas can seriously threaten waterway safety as well as hu-man life and properties around the two side *** risk reduction and mitigation of such a hazard require the accurate prediction of near-field wave characteristics,such as wave amplitude and ***,near-field LGW involves complicated fluid-solid ***,the wave characteristics are closely related to various aspects,including the geometry and physical features of the slide,river,and body of ***,the empirical or analytical methods used for rough estimation cannot derive accurate results,especially for deformable landslides,due to their significant geometry changes during the sliding *** this study,the near-field waves generated by deformable landslides were simulated by smoothed particle hydrodynamics(SPH)based on multi-phase *** deformable landslides were generalized as a kind of viscous flow by adopting the Herschel-Bulkley-Papanastasiou(HBP)-based nonNewtonian rheology *** HBP model is capable of producing deformable landslide dynamics even though the high-speed sliding process is *** this study,an idealized experiment case originating from Lituya LGW and a practical case of Gongjiafang LGW were reproduced for verification and *** simulation results of both cases show satisfactory consistency with the experiment/investigation data in terms of landslide movement and near-field impulsive wave characteristics,thus indicating the applicability and accuracy of the proposed ***,the effects of the HBP model’s rheological parameters on the landslide dynamics and near-field wave characteristics are discussed,providing a parameter calibration method along with sug-gestions for further applications.
