目的探索A型主动脉夹层(TAAD)术后急性心肌梗死(PAMI)患者的危险因素并构建模型,以预测此类患者PAMI的风险。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2022年10月,就诊于北京安贞医院并接受外科手术治疗TAAD患者的临床资料。以PAMI为终点,随机将这些患者的70%划分为训练集,剩余30%的患者划分为验证集。在训练集中应用套索(LASSO)回归探寻危险因素,构建模型,绘制列线图,并在验证集中验证模型的区分度和校准度。结果本研究共纳入1206例患者,83例(6.9%)患者发生终点事件。LASSO回归分析表明冠脉灌注不良、凝血酶原时间、纤维蛋白原降解产物、淀粉酶、手术时间、心肺转流时间对TAAD PAMI有较高的重要度。根据预测因子构建出的模型在训练集中区分度良好,一致性指数(C-index)为0.843,且模型的准确度较高。模型在验证集中的C-index为0.845。在预测的主要终点事件发生风险低于50%的患者中,校准曲线表明预测风险和观测风险基本一致。结论本研究形成的TAAD患者PAMI预测模型具有良好的区分能力,有助于临床医生早期干预PAMI的发生发展,进而提高TAAD患者临床预后。

An asymmetric catalytic strategy in photocatalysis utilizing a chirality-induced approach through an organocatalytic/photoredox relay catalysis strategy is successfully achieved for the rapid construction of polycyclic compounds containing vicinal amino alcohols in a one-pot protocol. This methodology facilitates the efficient synthesis of diverse substituted polycyclic tetrahydroquinoline and benzofuran-derived vicinal amino alcohols, each containing five consecutive chiral centers, with high yields,excellent diastereoselectivities and enantioselectivities(up to 95% yield, >20:1 dr and 98% ee), under mild reaction conditions driven by sequential bifunctional squaramide organocatalyst-catalyzed [4+2] annulation and photocatalyst-catalyzed ketyl radical addition cyclization reaction process. Furthermore, investigations into the stereoselectivity mechanism and high-resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS) experiments on free radical trapping have provided evidence for elucidating the detailed mechanism of chirality-induced processes and chiral intermediate conversions in this procedure.

【目的】研究不同海拔对云南主栽核桃品种漾濞泡核桃果实经济性状和主要脂肪酸的影响,揭示其果实形态及营养成分的变异情况,进而明确该品种的最佳适生栽培区及开发应用提供理论基础。【方法】以漾濞泡核桃为试材,在云南省漾濞县从海拔1500 m起,每上升100 m海拔进行核桃果实采样,测定分析果实经济性状、脂肪酸指标,并将各指标与海拔进行相关分析、逐步回归分析和决定程度分析。【结果】海拔1500 m,漾濞泡核桃果实壳厚最厚,为1.105 mm;海拔1700 m,坚果粒重、仁重和三径均值最小,分别为9.298 g、4.961 g和32.240 mm;海拔1900 m,出仁率最低,为50.6%;海拔2300 m,漾濞泡核桃果实粒重、仁重、出仁率和三径均值最高,而壳厚最薄,分别为14.006 g、7.958 g、56.8%和1.015 mm。海拔与壳厚呈负相关,与出仁率、纵径、棱径呈显著正相关,与粒重、仁重、横径、三径均值呈正相关,与油酸、花生酸、花生油酸呈正相关,与硬脂酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸呈负相关,与棕榈酸、棕榈油酸呈显著负相关。海拔对花生油酸直接作用最大,对亚油酸间接作用大于直接作用,海拔主要影响亚油酸、花生酸、花生油酸性状变异。【结论】在研究区域内,海拔对漾濞泡核桃果实经济性状和主要脂肪酸含量产生了综合影响,在海拔1500~2300 m的范围内,这些性状均表现较好。经综合分析,海拔1700~2100 m的核桃品质最好。

Retinal injury after blunt ocular trauma may directly affect prognosis and lead to vision *** investigate the pathological changes and molecular mechanisms involved in retinal injury after blunt ocular trauma,we established a weight drop injury model of blunt ocular trauma in male Beagle ***-eosin staining,immunofluorescence staining,western blotting,and TUNEL assays were performed to investigate retinal injury within 14 days after blunt ocular *** with the control group,the thicknesses of the inner and outer nuclear layers,as well as the number of retinal ganglion cells,gradually decreased within 14 days after *** number of bipolar cells in the inner nuclear layer began to decrease 1 day after injury,while the numbers of cholinergic and amacrine cells in the inner nuclear layer did not decrease until 7 days after ***,retinal cell necroptosis increased with time after injury;it progressed from the ganglion cell layer to the outer nuclear *** electrophysiological findings indicated that visual impairment began on the first day after injury and worsened over ***,blunt ocular trauma induced nerve regeneration and Müller glial hyperplasia;it also resulted in the recruitment of microglia to the retina and polarization of those microglia to the M1 *** findings suggest that necroptosis plays an important role in exacerbating retinal injury after blunt ocular trauma via gliosis and *** a role has important implications for the development of therapeutic strategies.

The effect of temperature on the tensile properties and deformation mechanism of GH4169 alloy has been systematically studied over a wide range of room temperature(RT)to 1000℃.The results indicate that the stress–strain curve of the alloy shows serrations at 200–600℃,and the character of the serrations changes from type A to type B and then to type C at different *** ultimate tensile strength of the alloy decreases gradually from RT to 600℃.The yield strength decreases slowly from RT to 700℃ but decreases rapidly above 800℃.Transmission electron microscopy analysis relieves that the primary deformation mechanism of the alloy below 500℃ is Orowan bypass *** temperatures between 600 and 700℃,the coordinated deformation of twins and cross-slip of dislocations are *** transformation of\upgamma^{\prime\prime}phase toδphase above 650℃ will decrease the *** primary deformation mechanism above 800℃ transforms into the repeated shearing of\upgamma^{\prime\prime}by dislocations to form multiple stacking *** grains were observed above 800℃,and continuous dynamic recrystallization and discontinuous dynamic recrystallization were *** stress concentration caused by Nb-rich carbides is the cause of intracrystalline crack *** 700℃,grain boundary crack sprouting is caused by the combined effect of slip band impact on grain boundaries and grain boundary dislocation *** relationship between the serrated flow behavior and the deformation mechanism has been discussed based on the experimental results.

The inflammasome is a multiprotein complex involved in innate immunity that mediates the inflammatory response leading to pyroptosis,which is a lytic,inflammatory form of cell *** is accumulating evidence that nucleotide-binding domain and leucine-rich repeat pyrin domain containing 3(NLRP3)inflammasome-mediated microglial pyroptosis and NLRP1 inflammasome-mediated neuronal pyroptosis in the brain are closely associated with the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s *** this review,we summarize the possible pathogenic mechanisms of Alzheimer’s disease,focusing on *** also describe the structures of NLRP3 and NLRP1 and the role their activation plays in Alzheimer’s ***,we examine the neuroprotective activity of small-molecule inhibitors,endogenous inhibitor proteins,microRNAs,and natural bioactive molecules that target NLRP3 and NLRP1,based on the rationale that inhibiting NLRP3 and NLRP1 inflammasome-mediated pyroptosis can be an effective therapeutic strategy for Alzheimer’s disease.
