Although bone defects can be restored spontaneously,bone reconstruction with sufficient strength and volume continues to be a challenge in clinical *** recent years,the use of a variety of biomaterials with bioactivity has been attempted to compensate for this ***,we fabricated a pDNA(encoding for BMP-2)-loaded asymmetrically porous polycaprolactone(PCL)/Pluronic F127 membrane as a bioactive guided bone regeneration(GBR)membrane,using a modified immersion-precipitation *** was observed that the GBR membrane allows continuous release of pDNA for more than20 *** pDNA was sufficiently transfected into human bone marrow stem cells(h BMSCs)without significant cytotoxicity and the gene-transfected cells showed prolonged synthesis of *** in vitro osteogenic differentiation and in vivo animal studies,the effective induction of osteogenic differentiation of h BMSCs and enhanced bone regeneration by the pDNA-loaded asymmetrically porous PCL/Pluronic F127 membrane was observed,suggesting that the pDNA-loaded membrane as a bioactive GBR membrane can be an alternative therapeutic technique for effective bone regeneration.

Deoxynivalenol(DON)is a prominent mycotoxin showing significant accumulation in cereal plants during infection by the phytopathogen Fusarium *** is a virulence factor that is important in the spread of *** within cereal heads,and it causes serious yield losses and significant contamination of cereal *** recent decades,genetic and genomic studies have facilitated the characterization of the molecular pathways of DON biosynthesis in *** and the environmental factors that influence DON *** addition,diverse scab resistance traits related to the repression of DON accumulation in plants have been identified,and experimental studies of wheat–pathogen interactions have contributed to understanding detoxification mechanisms in host *** present review illustrates and summarizes the molecular networks of DON mycotoxin production in *** and the methods of DON detoxification in plants based on the current literature,which provides molecular targets for crop improvement *** review also comprehensively discusses recent advances and challenges related to genetic engineering-mediated cultivar improvements to strengthen scab ***,ongoing advancements in genetic engineering will enable the application of these molecular targets to develop more scab-resistant wheat cultivars with DON detoxification traits.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects and molecular targets of Schisandrae Fructus(SF)methanol extract(SFme)in mice with hyperlipidemia induced by high fat ***:We observed changes in body weight,blood serum content of total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein(HDL)-cholesterol,and *** extent of accumulation of lipid peroxide due to lipid metabolism disorder also evaluated by measuring malondialdehyde(MDA)*** addition,after getting gene expression in hepatic tissues,target protein of SFme was identified using a protein interaction ***:SFme significantly decreased total cholesterol and triglyceride levels without alteration of body weight in mice,and the livercontent of MDA was statistically decreased by *** expression changes of cyclindependent kinase 1(Cdk1)and leucine-rich repeat kinase 2(Lrrk2)were restored by ***:The effect of SFme on the highfat-diet induced hyperlipidemia via decreasing total cholesterol and triglyceride levels may involve the expression of Cdk1 and Lrrk2 proteins.

One of the cleaning methods for agricultural materials is based on aerodynamic *** cleaners are developed on this *** purpose of this study is to predict the parameters such as fan angle,air velocity,and tunnel length,which are used in the design of pneumatic cleaners,through the multivariate adaptive regression splines(MARS)*** parameters have been estimated using the MARS method in order to use pneumatic cleaners under optimum conditions and adapt them to automation *** cleaners have a collection box which was installed at the outlet of the *** different product collection boxes of 400 mm(defined as the first box)and 800 mm(defined as the second box)from the storage outlet section were *** the results obtained,it was observed that the first box R2 was *** looking at the cross validation,it was observed that the results of the first box were more *** this study,MARS equations were used to obtain dependent variables at desired *** these equations,independent variables have been demonstrated to be *** the application results obtained,cleaning efficiency values were obtained in a wide *** cleaning efficiency values reached up to 100%,the loss rate was found to be very *** variables have been made identifiable to reduce the loss *** highest and feasible of these values were determined by MARS as 41°fan angle and 15 m/s air velocity in order to be able to apply at 97%CE and 1%LR determined for the first *** MARS method allows for the use of more dependent and independent *** equations were obtained as a result of statistical *** precise values can be obtained with these *** will contribute to the design of the parameters of the machine manufactured,such as speed,angle,and feeding amount.

本文研究的重点是投资争端解决中用尽当地救济原则的应用,但内容方面仅限于刚果参与的国际投资争端案件。用尽当地救济原则起源于习惯国际法,并且在许多国际条约中得到强调,各国也承诺尊重这一原则。虽然这一原则适用于国际法的许多领域,但本文研究的重点是用尽当地救济原则在国际投资法中的适用问题。在国际和国内层面上适用用尽当地救济原则的性质、背景和要求都已经得到强调。然而,值得注意的是,在国际层面,用尽当地救济原则的习惯法性质和国际条约有所区分,即在将争端提交国际机构之前,必须用尽国内救济手段。在实践中,对用尽当地救济原则的适用,本文将研究的重点放在了国际法院审理的案件上,特别是“几内亚人迪亚洛诉刚果”案。在这个案件中,法官强调了刚果在法律上的问题以及政府当局对迪亚洛先生犯下的实质性错误。除此之外,ICSID仲裁法庭审理的“Antoine Abou Lahoud and Leila Bounafeh-Abou Lahoud诉刚果”案(***/10/04),也是用尽当地救济原则的一个有效先例。在用尽当地救济原则的要求方面,仲裁员遵循原告的立场,即他们不可能用尽刚果境内的国内救济手段,而且,国内法官审理的问题也不属于“刚果投资法”或“ICSID公约”所规定的投资法的范围。因此,仲裁法庭特别将原告在国内法和国际法下的“投资”资格的事实和索赔分开。鉴于此,本文揭示了刚果法律框架中存在的问题,该框架最终没有尊重政府签署的国际条约项下的某些要求。也正是如此,本文认为必须对刚果的法律框架进行改进,特别是在刚果国家和外国投资者之间的争端解决方面。为了实现这些改进,本文建议刚果应当设立一个全国性的常设仲裁法院。

Effects of Cr interlayer on mechanical and tribological properties of Cr-Al-Si-N nanocomposite coating

Cr-A1-Si-N coatings were deposited on SUS 304 substrate by a hybrid coating system. A Cr interlayer was introduced between Cr-A1-Si-N coating and SUS 304 substrate to improve the coating adherence. The effects of Cr interlayer on the microhardness, adhesion, and tribological behavior of Cr-A1-Si-N coatings were systematically investigated. The results indicate that the microhardness of the Cr-A1-Si-N coatings gradually deceases with increasing thickness of Cr interlayers. The adhesion between Cr-A1-Si-N and SUS 304 substrate is improved by addition of the Cr interlayers. A peak critical load of-50 N is observed for the coating containing Cr interlayer of 60 nm as compared - 20 N for the coating without Cr interlayer. The thicker Cr interlayers result in reduced critical load values. Moreover, the wear resistance of the Cr-AI-Si-N coatings is greatly enhanced by introducing the Cr interlayer with thickness of 60 nm in spite of the decreased microhardness. The friction coefficient of the coating system is also moderately reduced.

The present study was aimed at revealing the responses of metabolite pools to selection for alternative reproductive schedules in the seed beetle, Acanthoscelides obtectus Say （Coleoptera： Chrysomelidae： Bruchinae）. The levels of metabolites （free sugars, glycogen, lipids, soluble and hydrophobic proteins） that were determined in virgin females and males at three ages from adult eclosion onwards were compared among the base population （B） and two derived lines that were selected for either early （Y） or late （O） reproduction. The results showed differences in the accumulation of metabolites during pre-adult development, as well as in the pattern of their changes during adult ageing, Generally, in comparison to the B population, the short-lived beetles from the Y line showed increased protein content and reduced carbohydrate and lipid content, whereas the opposite was true for the long-lived beetles from the O line. Females from the O line exhibited slower utilization of energy reserves and a slower increase in protein contents than females from the Y line. Females contained higher levels of free sugars, glycogen and hydrophobic proteins and lower levels of lipids and soluble proteins than males, although the sexual dimorphism was not evenly expressed among lines. Age-specific changes in metabolite contents were slower in females than males. Our findings suggest that trade-offs among capital resources are a physiological basis of early/late fitness trade-offs and point to a conservation of resources that can be used for somatic maintenance.
