In order to reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents and assist drivers to avoid dangerous driving. This paper presents a smart in-vehicle safety system that utilises the Yolov5 algorithm. Yolov5 algorithm is used to anticipate driver fatigue and distraction behaviours, and remind drivers to pay attention to safe driving in time. The system continuously splits the frames and analyses the frame content through the video feedback from the front camera, compared to the traditional machine learning, Yolov5’s mosaic data is enhanced, resulting in a batch size enhancement of 92.3%, and it also uses the Drop Block mechanism to prevent overfitting. The hardware of this system uses STM32 microcontroller and uses system DMA interrupt control and buzzer alarm device to warn about dangerous driving behaviour.

Carrimycin(CA),sanctioned by China’s National Medical Products Administration(NMPA)in 2019 for treating acute bronchitis and sinusitis,has recently been observed to exhibit multifaceted biological activities,encompassing anti-inflammatory,antiviral,and anti-tumor properties.Despite these applications,its efficacy in sepsis treatment remains unexplored.This study introduces a novel function of CA,demonstrating its capacity to mitigate sepsis induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS)and cecal ligation and puncture(CLP)in mice models.Our research employed in vitro assays,real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR),and RNA-seq analysis to establish that CA significantly reduces the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines,namely tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α),interleukin 1 beta(IL-1β),and interleukin 6(IL-6),in response to LPS stimulation.Additionally,Western blotting and immunofluorescence assays revealed that CA impedes Nuclear Factor Kappa B(NF-κB)activation in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells.Complementing these findings,in vivo experiments demonstrated that CA effectively alleviates LPS-and CLP-triggered organ inflammation in C57BL/6 mice.Further insights were gained through 16S sequencing,highlighting CA’s pivotal role in enhancing gut microbiota diversity and modulating metabolic pathways,particularly by augmenting the production of short-chain fatty acids in mice subjected to CLP.Notably,a comparative analysis revealed that CA’s anti-inflammatory efficacy surpasses that of equivalent doses of aspirin(ASP)and TIENAM.Collectively,these findings suggest that CA exhibits significant therapeutic potential in sepsis treatment.This discovery provides a foundational theoretical basis for the clinical application of CA in sepsis management.

Most Aloe species are used as new food or functional food ingredient. Even though widely known for its health benefits， the anti-inflammatory effects and underlying mechanisms of Aloin (Alo)， an anthraquinone compound isolated from plant species of the genus Aloe， remain unidentified. Here， we investigated the protective effects of Alo against cecal ligation and puncture (CLP)-induced sepsis and microflora in mice. Alo significantly improved CLP-induced sepsis and the survival rate of septic mice， downregulated the expression of proinflammatory factors， and decreased the infiltration of inflammatory cells in tissues. Alo upregulated the proportion of peritoneal macrophages， reduced the number of peritoneal bacteria， decreased the content of short-chain fatty acids and bile acids in the abdominal cavity， and suppressed TLR-2/4/NF-κB/NLRP3/Caspase-1/3/8 signaling. Furthermore， Alo altered the composition of the microbiome and promoted the growth of Lactobacillus， which showed a stronger anti-inflammatory effect. Whole-genome analysis identified the genes Saa3， Il10， Fpr1， and Eif4a1 associated with the protective effects of Alo in mice with CLP-induced sepsis. Overall， our results provide novel insights into the therapeutic potential and mechanism of action of Alo in the treatment of sepsis.

The chlorophyll content has a direct effect on photosynthesis of crops.In order to explore a quick and convenient method for estimating the chlorophyll content of Brassica napus and facilitate efficient crop monitoring,we measured the actual value of chlorophyll with a SPAD-502 chlorophyll detector,and collected aerial images of B.napus with an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)carrying a RGB camera in this study.The total number of 270samples collected images were divided into regions according to the planting conditions of different B.napus varieties in the field.Then,according to the empirical formula,there were 36 colors’characteristic parameters calculated and combined.To estimate the chlorophyll content of rape,189 samples were included in the modeling set,while the other 81 samples were enrolled in the validation set for testing the accuracy of this model.After the combination of R(red),G(green)and B(blue)color channels,the results showed that the color characteristics B/(R+G),b,B/G,(G-B)/(G+B),g-b were highly connected with the measured value of chlorophyll SPAD,and the correlation coefficient between the combination based on B/(R+G)and SPAD value was 0.747.With R2=0.805,RMSE=3.343,and RE=6.84%,the regression model created using random forest had superior outcomes,according to the model comparison.This study offers a new method for quickly estimating the amount of chlorophyll in rapeseed and a workable reference for crop monitoring using the UAV platform.

目前针对肿瘤的治疗方法不断进步,免疫治疗已成为遏制肿瘤进展的有效手段。但目前的免疫治疗仍有局限性,只有较少的一部分特定患者可以从免疫治疗中完全获益。由于复杂的肿瘤微环境取决于不同的个体,所以免疫靶向药物在不同的肿瘤微环境中会受到不同程度的免疫抑制,从而无法发挥全部作用。在肿瘤微环境中,调节性T(regulatory T,Treg)细胞起到免疫抑制的作用,在许多瘤种中Treg细胞大量浸润从而造成肿瘤组织的免疫逃逸,会对治疗和预后产生不良影响。CC族趋化因子受体8(CC chemokine receptor 8,CCR8)属于CC族趋化因子受体家族,其主要在肿瘤微环境中的Treg细胞上特异性高表达,而在周围正常组织和外周血中低表达,因此CCR8可以作为Treg细胞的一种特异性标志物,是一种有潜力的治疗靶点和生物标志物。本文对近年来CCR8在不同瘤种中的研究进展进行了归纳和总结,以期为后续研究提供参考。

为探究气吹式侧深施肥装置三通管不同结构特征对气流和肥料颗粒运动的影响,通过理论分析,设计气流入口与出口轴线垂直的a型三通管、气流入口与出口轴线呈45°夹角的b型三通管、气流入口与出口同轴的c型三通管。在三通管内径为28 mm、通入气流速度为16.4 m/s、肥料颗粒流量为20 g/s的条件下,采用CFD-EDM耦合方式对不同管道内气流、压力、颗粒运动状态进行仿真分析。结果表明:气流经a、b、c三种类型三通管产生不同的流动效果,进而影响肥料颗粒运动特性,颗粒最大运动速度分别为1.99 m/s、2.94 m/s、2.07 m/s,期间颗粒产生最大碰撞力分别为0.05 N、0.13 N、0.34 N。通过验证试验对比表明,采用b型管侧深施肥装置排肥稳定性变异系数为0.81,肥料破损率为0.72%,施肥过程中无肥料堵塞。

为了完善注水开发中悬浮物粒径中值指标制定方法,以南海西部涠洲油田群为例,在统计大量数据的基础上,分析主力生产层位岩石孔隙结构参数与渗透率之间的关系(R_(c)-K);通过室内岩心驱替实验对油田群原有注水指标进行优化,得出渗透率与粒径中值的关系(K-d);关联R_(c)-K方程以及K-d关系后,得到不同岩心级别下注入水悬浮物粒径中值与喉道直径的匹配关系(d/2Rc)。结果表明:以渗透率保留率80%为标准,K=(10~50)×10^(-3)μm^(2)时颗粒粒径中值与喉道直径比d/2R_(c)=1/6;K=(50~100)×10^(-3)μm^(2)时d/2R_(c)=1/5;K=(100~300)×10^(-3)μm^(2)时d/2R_(c)=1/5。

储能因响应快、灵活性高的特点,已成为可再生能源发展必不可少的支撑技术,不仅具有削峰填谷、改善电能质量的作用,在灾后恢复过程中的应急响应能力同样不可忽视。提出了一种计及灾后恢复全过程储能应急响应能力的配电网韧性规划方法,构建了同时考虑网架增强和储能配置策略的配电网韧性增强双层规划模型,系统地刻画了极端灾害发生后配电网网架重构、设备抢修及复电等灾后恢复全过程的源-网-荷-储互动模式场景。最后,通过IEEE33节点系统的算例分析表明,所提方法能更充分地挖掘储能的应急响应潜力,有效提高增强性规划决策的精准度,获得更佳的投资回报。

Fatty acyl reductases(FARs)are key enzymes that participate in sex pheromone biosynthesis by reducing fatty acids to fatty alcohols.Lepidoptera typically harbor numerous FAR gene family members.Although FAR genes are involved in the biosynthesis of sex pheromones in moths,the key FAR gene of Spodoptera litura remains unclear.In this work,we predicted 30 FAR genes from the S.litura genome and identified a domain duplication within gene SlitFAR3,which exhibited high and preferential expression in the sexually mature female pheromone glands(PGs)and a rhythmic expression pattern during the scotophase of sex pheromone production.The molecular docking of SlitFAR3,as predicted using a 3D model,revealed a co-factor NADPH binding cavity and 2 substrate binding cavities.Functional expression in yeast cells combined with comprehensive gas chromatography indicated that the SlitFAR3 gene could produce fatty alcohol products.This study is the first to focus on the special phenomenon of FAR domain duplication,which will advance our understanding of biosynthesis-related genes from the perspective of evolutionary biology.
