s.xual and reproductive health(s.H) s.rvices.are crucial for women es.ecially during dis.s.ers. to reduce maternal mortality and morbidity from mis.arriages. uns.fe abortions. and pos.-abortion complications. This.s.udy explored the s.H interventions.provided during dis.s.er res.ons.. A s.s.ematic review was.conducted to identify what mens.rual regulation(MR), s.fe abortion(s.), and pos.-abortion care(PAC) approaches.interventions.exis. to promote res.lience in the health s.s.em in dis.s.er s.ttings. what intervention components.were mos. eff ective; and challenges.and opportunities.to meeting s.H rights. Five electronic databas.s.were s.arched, res.lting in 4194 records. Following the s.reening proces., s.ven publications.were included. The intervention-related information in each publication was.as.es.ed bas.d on availability,acces.ibility, acceptability, and quality. Two s.H approaches.interventions.were found. The eff ectivenes. of intervention components.could not be conducted due to the limited number of relevant s.udies. Challenges.were found at facility and community levels. and opportunities.included overcoming them, making MR, s., and PAC integral to the mitigation phas.,and policy change to overcome barriers.related to unaff ordability and inacces.ibility. Recommendations.are provided to encourage res.arch and policy towards.improving neglected s.H in dis.s.er s.ttings.to realize s.s.ainable Development Goal 3 and the Global s.rategy and s.ndai Framework's.priority to promote dis.s.er-res.lient health s.s.ems.
