Spectroscopy is the basic tool for studying molecular physics and realizing biochemical ***,it is challenging to realize sub-femtometer resolution spectroscopy over broad *** and high-resolution spectroscopy with calibrated optical frequency is demonstrated by bridging the fields of speckle pattern and electro-optic frequency comb.A wavemeter based on a whispering-gallery-mode barcode is proposed to link the frequencies of a probe continuous-wave laser and an ultrastable *** ultrafine electro-optic comb lines are generated from the probe laser to record spectrum of sample with sub-femtometer *** bandwidth is a thousandfold broader than comb bandwidth,by sequentially tuning the probe laser while its wavelength is *** approach fully exploits the advantages of two fields to realize 0.8-fm resolution with a fiber laser and 80-nm bandwidth with an external cavity diode *** spectroscopic measurements of an ultrahigh Q-factor cavity and gas molecular absorption are experimentally *** compact system,predominantly constituted by few-gigahertz electronics and telecommunication components,shows enormous potential for practical spectroscopic applications.

生物结皮是干旱荒漠区的重要地表覆被,在未来气候变化加剧的背景下,认识其主导的碳交换过程对于准确评估区域甚至全球碳平衡具有重要意义。尽管针对荒漠生物结皮碳循环过程如何响应全球气候变化已开展了一些研究,但仍缺少关于增温和降水变化及其互作效应的试验研究。本文以腾格里沙漠东南缘的藓结皮和藻结皮为研究对象,基于野外模拟增温和5个降水梯度(2、5、8、13、20 mm)下总初级生产力(GPP)、生态系统呼吸(ER)和净生态系统碳交换量(NEE)的监测,评估其碳交换对未来气候变化的响应。结果表明:(1)增温仅显著影响藓结皮日NEE,降水变化显著影响两种生物结皮日GPP、ER和NEE,增温和降水变化之间没有互作效应。(2)5个降水梯度下,增温平均降低了20.8%藓结皮累积GPP,同时增加了9.9%累积ER,净效应表现为累积NEE平均增加102%;然而,增温提升了藻结皮264%GPP,提高藻结皮24.2%ER,其NEE没有显著变化。(3)藓结皮ER和NEE分别与温度和土壤湿度指数正相关和线性负相关,而增温条件下的藻结皮NEE与二者无显著相关关系。未来全球气候变暖可能会促进荒漠藓结皮的净碳固定,而对藻结皮净碳交换量没有显著影响。因此,在预测未来荒漠生态系统的碳收支时,应考虑不同生物结皮碳交换对气候变暖和降水变化的响应差异。

目的:改善处方前置审核系统对中成药重复用药处方的审核适用性,提高中成药处方审核质量和合理用药水平。方法:通过处方前置审核系统获取许昌市中心医院2022年8月1日至10月31日门诊中成药重复用药不合理问题清单,以循证医学证据为基础,建立明确、科学、统一的审核标准,并以此构建中成药重复用药审核数据库,进一步完善前置审方中成药规则库,评价精细化设置后的效果。结果:经过1个月(2022年11月)规则库的持续修订与完善,门诊中成药重复用药任务数占比从6.31%降至1.73%(χ^(2)=1178.95,P<0.01),系统拦截率从1.05%增加到3.23%(χ^(2)=363.53,P<0.01),系统审核后医生修改率从36.68%提升到53.31%(χ^(2)=525.69,P<0.01),药师审核率从3.14%下降到2.55%(χ^(2)=24.04,P<0.01),平均单张处方金额从(128.5±13.59)元降低到(112.86±11.46)元(t=4.899,P<0.01),差异均有统计学意义。结论:审核规则的精细化设置能有效弥补现有审核系统对中成药重复用药审核的不足,改善审方系统对中成药重复用药处方的审核适用性,显著提高门诊中成药的处方质量,对保障门诊中成药应用安全性、提升药学服务质量具有重要的意义。

融合多尺度和注意力机制的小样本目标检测

现有基于微调的二阶段小样本目标检测方法对新类特征不敏感,易将新类别误判成与它相似度高的基类,影响模型的检测性能。针对上述问题,提出一种融合多尺度和注意力机制的小样本目标检测(MA-FSOD)算法。首先在骨干网络使用分组卷积和大卷积核提取更具类别区分性的特征,并加入卷积注意力模块(CBAM)实现特征的自适应增强;再通过改进的金字塔网络实现多尺度的特征融合,使候选框生成网络(RPN)可以准确找到感兴趣区域(RoI),从多个尺度向分类头提供更丰富的高质量正样本;最后在微调阶段采用余弦分类头进行分类,降低类内方差。在PASCAL-VOC 2007/2012数据集上与基于候选框编码对比损失的小样本目标检测(FSCE)算法相比,MA-FSOD算法对新类的AP_(50)提升了5.6个百分点;在更具挑战性的MSCOCO数据集中,与Meta-Faster-RCNN相比,10-shot和30-shot对应的AP则分别提升了0.1个百分点和1.6个百分点。实验结果表明,相较于一些主流的小样本目标检测算法,MA-FSOD算法能更有效地缓解误分类问题,实现更高精度的小样本目标检测。

Optical frequency comb with evenly spaced lines over a broad bandwidth has revolutionized the fields of optical metrology and ***,we propose a fast interleaved dual-comb spectroscopy with sub-femtometer-resolution and absolute frequency,in which two electro-optic frequency combs are ***-modulated stabilized laser enables ultrahigh resolution of 0.16 fm(or 20 k Hz in optical frequency)and single-shot measurement in 90 *** 20 million points are recorded spanning 3.2 nm(or 400 GHz)bandwidth,corresponding to a spectral sampling rate of 2.5×10^(8)points/s under ***,considering the trade-off between the measurement time and spectral resolution,a fast single-shot measurement is also realized in 1.6 ms with 8 fm(or 1 MHz)*** demonstrate the 25-averaged result with 30.6 d B spectral measurement signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)by reducing the filter bandwidth in *** results show great prospect for precise measurement with flexibly fast refresh time,high spectral resolution,and high SNR.

目的探究豁痰通络汤联合阿奇霉素对小儿支原体肺炎(MP)患者的疗效,以及对血清sPD-1和CYTL1水平的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将在我院治疗(2022年9月至2023年9月)的小儿MP患者分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组进行常规治疗外给予阿奇霉素颗粒;观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予豁痰通络汤。对患者的治疗效果血清sPD-1和CYTL1、不良反应情况进行比较分析。结果观察组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,肺功能指标VT、PEV1、FVC显著提高,且观察组升高的幅度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,血清IL-6、hs-CRP、IL-8表达水平显著下降,且观察组血清IL-6、hs-CRP、IL-8下降的幅度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,血清sPD-1表达水平显著低于治疗前,血清CYTL1的表达水平显著高于治疗前,且观察组血清sPD-1下降的幅度和血清CYTL1上升的幅度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论豁痰通络汤联合阿奇霉素对小儿MP治疗具有显著的疗效,可有效改善患者肺功能,且对炎性因子水平、血清sPD-1和CYTL1水平具有调节作用。

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenzhu Guanxin recipe granules(参术冠心颗粒, SGR) in treating patients with intermediate coronary lesions(ICL), and to investigate the potential mechanism though a transcriptome sequencing approach. METHODS: ICL patients with Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis were adopted and randomly assigned to a case group or a control by random number generator in a 1∶1 randomization ratio to evaluate the clinical efficacy. RESULTS: There was no significant difference between the two groups in coronary computed tomography angiography related indexes in the two groups before and after intervention. Through the gene chip expression analysis, it is finally concluded that there are 355 differential mRNAs(190 up-regulated genes and 165 down regulated genes) when compared the SGR group and placebo group. Through protein-protein interaction network analysis of differentially expressed genes, 10 hub genes were finally obtained: CACNA2D2, CACNA2D3, DNAJC6, FGF12, SGSM2, CACNA1G, LRP6, KIF25, OXTR, UPB1. CONCLUSIONS: SGR combined with Western Medicine can be safely used to treat ICL patients with Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis. The possible mechanism of action and relevant gene loci and pathway were proposed.

A facile Tf OH-catalyzed oxidative cyclization of allyl compounds and isocyanide has been developed with the assistance of DDQ, where isocyanide is used as the crucial "N" and "CN" sources. Highly functionalized 2-cyanopyrroles are constructed efficiently through a new formal [3 + 2] mode, demonstrating diverse reactivity and synthetic utility in organic chemistry. 2-Cyanopyrrole is converted into a nucleobase analogue of Remdesivir and 5H-pyrrolo[2,1-a]isoindole through a three-step or a two-step sequence, respectively. This protocol features broad substrate scope, operational simplicity and good functional group tolerance.

Distinct roles of H3K27me3 and H3K36me3 in vernalization response, maintenance, and resetting in winter wheat

Winter plants rely on vernalization, a crucial process for adapting to cold conditions and ensuring successful reproduction. However,understanding the role of histone modifications in guiding the vernalization process in winter wheat remains limited. In this study, we investigated the transcriptome and chromatin dynamics in the shoot apex throughout the life cycle of winter wheat in the field. Two core histone modifications, H3K27me3 and H3K36me3, exhibited opposite patterns on the key vernalization gene VERNALIZATION1(VRN1),correlating with its induction during cold exposure. Moreover, the H3K36me3 level remained high at VRN1 after cold exposure, which may maintain its active state. Mutations in FERTILIZATION-INDEPENDENT ENDOSPERM(TaFIE) and SET DOMAIN GROUP 8/EARLY FLOWERING IN SHORT DAYS(TaSDG8/TaEFS), components of the writer complex for H3K27me3 and H3K36me3, respectively, affected flowering time. Intriguingly, VRN1 lost its high expression after the cold exposure memory in the absence of H3K36me3. During embryo development,VRN1 was silenced with the removal of active histone modifications in both winter and spring wheat, with selective restoration of H3K27me3 in winter wheat. The mutant of Tafie-cr-87, a component of H3K27me3 “writer” complex, did not influence the silence of VRN1during embryo development, but rather attenuated the cold exposure requirement of winter wheat. Integrating gene expression with H3K27me3 and H3K36me3 patterns identified potential regulators of flowering. This study unveils distinct roles of H3K27me3 and H3K36me3 in controlling vernalization response, maintenance, and resetting in winter wheat.
