Cadmium (Cd),a ubiquitous environmental hazardous heavy metal,poses a significant threat to the health of aquatic organisms,including *** the toxic profile of Cd is well recognized,little is known regarding the overall view of toxic responses to varying aquatic environmental parameters (e.g.,water hardness) at an individual ***,differences in water hardness were partially mimicked by adjusting Ca^(2+)levels in E3 *** an in vivo model,zebrafish embryos were exposed to variable Ca^(2+)levels (NV,normal Ca^(2+);LV,low Ca^(2+);HV,high Ca^(2+)) alone or combined with 30.7μg/L Cd^(2+)(NC,LC,and HC,respectively) until 144 hr *** genome-wide transcriptome revealed differentially expressed genes between *** enrichment analysis found that biological processes related to metabolism,particularly lipid metabolism,were significantly disrupted in NC and LC treatments,while a remission was observed in the HC *** assays confirmed that the decrease in Ca^(2+)enhanced synthesis,inhibited mobilization and increased the storage of lipids in Cd^(2+)*** study suggests that the toxic effect of Cd on biological pathways will be influenced by Ca^(2+),which will improve the toxicological understanding and facilitate accurate assessment of Cd.

A General Authentication and Key Agreement Framework for Industrial Control System

In modern industrial control systems(ICSs), when user retrieving the data stored in field device like smart sensor, there exists two main problems: one is lack of the verification for identification of user and field device;the other is that user and field device need exchange a key to encrypt sensitive data transmitted over the *** propose a comprehensive authentication and key agreement framework that enables all connected devices in an ICS to mutually authenticate each other and establish a peer-to-peer session key. The framework combines two types of protocols for authentication and session key agreement: The first one is an asymmetric cryptographic key agreement protocol based on transport layer security handshake protocol used for Internet access, while the second one is a newly designed lightweight symmetric cryptographic key agreement protocol specifically for field devices. This proposed lightweight protocol imposes very light computational load and merely employs simple operations like one-way hash function and exclusive-or(XOR) operation. In comparison to other lightweight protocols, our protocol requires the field device to perform fewer computational operations during the authentication phase. The simulation results obtained using Open SSL demonstrates that each authentication and key agreement process in the lightweight protocol requires only 0.005 ms. Our lightweight key agreement protocol satisfies several essential security features, including session key secrecy, identity anonymity, untraceability, integrity, forward secrecy, and mutual authentication. It is capable of resisting impersonation, man-in-the-middle, and replay attacks. We have employed the Gong-NeedhamYahalom(GNY) logic and automated validation of Internet security protocols and application tool to verify the security of our symmetric cryptographic key agreement protocol.

目的探讨督脉灸联合针刀及穴位贴敷治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床疗效。方法将90例寒湿型LDH患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组予以常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加督脉灸联合针刀及穴位贴敷治疗,两组均连续治疗2周。比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后的疼痛程度(VAS评分)、腰椎功能[Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)]、疼痛介质水平(前列腺素E_(2)和5-羟色胺)及治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组,治疗后的ODI评分、VAS评分、前列腺素E_(2)水平、5-羟色胺水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论应用督脉灸联合针刀及穴位贴敷治疗寒湿型LDH的疗效确切,可提高临床疗效,减轻患者疼痛,改善腰椎功能,降低前列腺素E_(2)、5-羟色胺水平,值得临床推广应用。

The fingerling Grass carp. Ctenopharyngodon idellus. was exposed in differentconcentrations of meothrin nearby 24h LC_(50) and its gill morphology was examined by light and elec-tron microscopy. The results indicate that meothrin caused fish convulsions. cough, ataxia,intermittent paralysis and overtumed. Morphological examination revealved severe alterations to com-pare with control fish. These initially consisted in hypertrophy of the secondary lamellae, andfinally resulted in local telangiectasia, fusion between secondary *** changes in the gills showed the pillar cell system collapse and resulted in largenon-tissue spaces which were invaded by leucocytes. The cytoplasin of the epithelial cells appearedmany myelin figures, electron dense deposits. Chloride cells were severely damaged with a degeneratedmitochondria and nuclear membrane. Higher concentration of meothrin caused a loss of adhesion be-tween the epithelial cells. accompanied by a collapsing of the structural integrity of the primarylamellae and degenerating of epithelial and chloride cells .

为评价典型有机污染物对长江三峡库区上游特有珍稀鱼类的环境风险,本实验以稀有鮈鲫为对象,研究了低剂量多环芳烃(PAHs)暴露而引起的内分泌干扰效应.将成年稀有鮈鲫暴露于不同浓度(0、0.1、0.3、1.0和3.0μg·L-1)的苯并芘(Ba P)中28 d,测定了体质系数、性激素含量、下丘脑-垂体-性腺(HPG)轴和肝脏中与繁殖相关基因的表达.结果显示:在雌鱼中,Ba P暴露后,睾酮(T)的含量显著升高,雌二醇(E2)的水平显著下降并改变了T/E2的比值;在雄鱼中,T和E2的含量都显著下降.雌雄鱼性激素的改变可能与类固醇合成相关基因(Cyp17、Cyp19a)表达量的改变有关.Ba P暴露显著抑制了雌雄鱼肝脏中卵黄蛋白原(VTG)基因的表达.以上检测到的激素或者基因表达的改变主要发生在高剂量(3.0μg·L-1)Ba P暴露下,而长江上游库区水体中多环芳烃含量较低(<100 ng·L-1),因此推测,库区存在的多环芳烃不会对三峡库区上游水体中的鱼类产生内分泌干扰效应.
