TiO_(2)is a promising photocatalyst with limited use in practical applications owing to its wide bandgap,narrow light response range,and rapid recombination of photoexcited *** address these limitations,a novel 1D/2D TiO_(2)/ZnIn_(2)S_(4)heterostructure was designed according to the principles of the S-scheme *** TiO_(2)/ZnIn_(2)S_(4)(TZISx)hybrids prepared via a hydrothermal method afforded significant improvement in photocatalytic hydrogen evolution(PHE)in comparison to pristine TiO_(2)and ZnIn_(2)S_(4).In particular,the optimal TZIS2 sample(mass ratio of ZnIn_(2)S_(4)to TiO_(2)was 0.4)exhibited the highest PHE activity(6.03 mmol/h/g),which was approximately 3.7 and 2.0 times higher than those of pristine TiO_(2)and ZnIn_(2)S_(4),*** improvement in the PHE of the TZIS2 sample could be attributed to the formation of an intimate heterojunction interface,high-efficiency separation of charge carriers,abundant reactive sites,and enhanced light absorption ***,theoretical and experimental results demonstrated that the S-scheme mechanism of interfacial electron transfer in the TZISx composites facilitated the transfer and separation of photoexcited charge carriers,resulting in more isolated photoexcited electrons for the PHE reaction.

Accurate landslide extraction is significant for landslide disaster prevention and *** sensing images have been widely used in landslide investigation,and landslide extraction methods based on deep learning combined with remote sensing images(such as U-Net)have received a lot of ***,because of the variable shape and texture features of landslides in remote sensing images,the rich spectral features,and the complexity of their surrounding features,landslide extraction using U-Net can lead to problems such as false detection and missed ***,this study introduces the channel attention mechanism called the squeeze-and-excitation network(SENet)in the feature fusion part of U-Net;the study also constructs an attention U-Net landside extraction model combining SENet and U-Net,and uses Sentinel-2A remote sensing images for model training and *** extraction results are evaluated through different evaluation metrics and compared with those of two models:U-Net and U-Net Backbone(U-Net Without Skip Connection).The results show that proposed the model can effectively extract landslides based on Sentinel-2A remote sensing images with an F1 value of 87.94%,which is about 2%and 3%higher than U-Net and U-Net Backbone,respectively,with less false detection and more accurate extraction results.

Vortices and bound states offer an effective means of comprehending the electronic properties of ***,surface-dependent vortex core states have been observed in the newly discovered kagome superconductors CsV_(3)Sb_(5).Although the spatial distribution of the sharp zero energy conductance peak appears similar to Majorana bound states arising from the superconducting Dirac surface states,its origin remains *** this study,we present observations of tunable vortex bound states(VBSs)in two chemically-doped kagome superconductors Cs(V_(1-x)Tr_(x))_(3)Sb_(5)(Tr=Ta or Ti),using low-temperature scanning tunneling microscopy/*** CsV_(3)Sb_(5)-derived kagome superconductors exhibit full-gap-pairing superconductivity accompanied by the absence of long-range charge orders,in contrast to pristine CsV_(3)Sb_(5).Zero-energy conductance maps demonstrate a field-driven continuous reorientation transition of the vortex lattice,suggesting multiband *** Ta-doped CsV_(3)Sb_(5)displays the conventional cross-shaped spatial evolution of Caroli-de Gennes-Matricon bound states,while the Tidoped CsV_(3)Sb_(5)exhibits a sharp,non-split zero-bias conductance peak(ZBCP)that persists over a long distance across the *** spatial evolution of the non-split ZBCP is robust against surface effects and external magnetic field but is related to the doping *** study reveals the tunable VBSs in multiband chemically-doped CsV_(3)Sb_(5)system and offers fresh insights into previously reported Y-shaped ZBCP in a non-quantum-limit condition at the surface of kagome superconductor.

Improved PSO for integrating dynamic cell formation and layout problems

Surface superconductivity in the type Ⅱ Weyl semimetal TaIrTe4

The search for unconventional superconductivity in Weyl semimetal materials is currently an exciting pursuit, since such superconducting phases could potentially be topologically non-trivial and host exotic Majorana modes. The layered material TaIrTe4is a newly predicted time-reversal invariant type Ⅱ Weyl semimetal with the minimum number of Weyl points. Here, we report the discovery of surface superconductivity in Weyl semimetal Ta Ir Te4. Our scanning tunneling microscopy/spectroscopy(STM/STS) visualizes Fermi arc surface states of TaIrTe4that are consistent with the previous angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy results. By a systematic study based on STS at ultralow temperature, we observe uniform superconducting gaps on the sample surface. The superconductivity is further confirmed by electrical transport measurements at ultralow temperature, with an onset transition temperature(Tc) up to 1.54 K being observed. The normalized upper critical field h*(T/Tc) behavior and the stability of the superconductivity against the ferromagnet indicate that the discovered superconductivity is unconventional with the p-wave pairing. The systematic STS, and thickness-and angular-dependent transport measurements reveal that the detected superconductivity is quasi-1 D and occurs in the surface states. The discovery of the surface superconductivity in TaIrTe4provides a new novel platform to explore topological superconductivity and Majorana modes.

An Optimization Method for a Single Machine Multi-family Scheduling Problem with Qualification Run Constraints

The qualification run(qual-run) as a technique to avoid possible quality problems of products inevitably leads to much longer cycle time. To effectively balance the trade-off between the qual-run and setup times,a scheduling model of a single machine with multiple families was developed and an adaptive differential evolution algorithm based on catastrophe with depth neighborhood search was applied to resolve the problem. First,a scheduling problem domain was described,and a mathematical programming model was set up with an objective of minimizing makespan. Further,several theorems were developed to construct feasible solutions. On the basis of differential evolution,the depth neighborhood search operator was adopted to search a wide range of solutions. In addition,the adaptive process and catastrophe theory were combined to improve the performance of the algorithm. Finally,simulation experiments were carried out and the results indicated that the proposed algorithm was effective and efficient.

背景与目的:近年来,随着胰腺微创外科手术技术的飞速发展,越来越多的胰腺外科医生开始关注并开展腹腔镜保留十二指肠胰头切除术(LDPPHR)。本研究总结LDPPHR治疗胰头良性或交界性肿瘤的相关手术经验以及术后并发症的处理。方法:回顾性分析南昌大学第二附属医院肝胆胰外科2021年8月—2022年8月10例行LDPPHR患者的临床资料。结果:10例患者中,男性5例,女性5例;平均年龄(50.20±18.87)岁。均顺利完成LDPPHR,胰肠吻合方式均为改良Blumgart吻合方式;平均手术时间441.5 (310~540) min,平均术中出血量150 (100~300) mL。1例患者术中输注2 U去白悬浮红细胞和400 mL新鲜冷冻血浆,其余患者术中均未输血。A级胰瘘4例、B级胰瘘5例、C级胰瘘1例,均在充分腹腔冲洗以及引流后出院;腹腔出血1例,在手术止血后未再次出血,后顺利出院;胆汁漏1例,在充分引流以及加强营养后出院;胃排空延缓2例,予以留置鼻空肠营养管,并予以肠内营养对症治疗,后拔除营养管出院。根据Clavien-Dindo并发症分级:Ⅰ级6例,Ⅱ级3例,Ⅲb级1例。无围手术期死亡。10例患者术后平均住院时间为23.1 (13~43) d。术后病理均为胰头部良性肿瘤或低度恶性病变。结论:LDPPHR应用于胰头部良性肿瘤或低度恶性病变中是安全有效的,同时保留了胰腺内外分泌功能,值得临床推广应用。

Optimization experiment on eccentric lapping of cylindrical rollers

Cylindrical rollers are important elements of bearings,and their machining accuracy and consistency affect the bearing *** a GCr15 cylindrical roller ofФ11×12 as the processing object in this study,the effects of loading pressure,abrasive concentration,and speed combination on cylindrical roller machining precision were investigated using the orthogonal experimental design method on a double-side eccentric pendulum lapping and polishing *** machining parameters of the lapping stage were optimized,and the lapping optimal process parameters were determined by S/N response analysis and analysis of variance(ANOVA).The results show that when the experiment was optimized using loading pressure of 10 N/roller,abrasive concentrationof 20.0 wt%,and rotational speed combination,the material removal rate(MRR)of cylindrical roller reached 0.0896μm/min;the average roughness of the batch decreased from 0.056μm to 0.027μm,51.8%lower than the original batch average roughness,and the deviation decreased from the initial 0.022μm to 0.014μm;the batch average roundness error decreased from 0.47μm to 0.28μm,40.4%lower than the original batch average roundness error,and the deviation decreased from the initial 0.19μm to 0.038μm;and the batch average diameter variation decreased from 4.5μm to about 3.6μm,20%lower than the original batch average diameter *** double-side eccentric lapping of cylinder rollers does not only lead to improvement in the surface quality and shape accuracy of rollers,but also improvement in the batch consistency.

Scheduling method for single-arm cluster tools of wafer fabrications with residency and continuous reentrancy

In order to enhance the utilization of single-ann cluster tools and optimize the scheduling problems of dynamic reaching wafers with residency time and continuous reentrancy constraints, a structural heuristic scheduling algorithm is presented. A nonlinear programming scheduling model is built on the basis of bounding the scheduling problem domain. A feasible path search scheduling method of single-arm robotic operations is put forward with the objective of minimal makespan. Finally, simulation experiments are designed to analyze the scheduling algorithms. Results indicate that the proposed algorithm is feasible and valid to solve the scheduling problems of multiple wafer types and single-ann clusters with the conflicts and deadlocks generated by residency time and continuous reentrancy constraints.
