临床分离高黏液肺炎克雷伯菌耐药性及基因组特征分析

目的分析临床分离高黏液肺炎克雷伯菌(hmKp)的耐药情况及基因组特征。方法收集2019—2023年分离自淮安市国家致病菌识别网哨点医院临床标本的肺炎克雷伯菌,使用VITEK 2 Compact对菌株进行鉴定,拉丝试验判断黏液表型,微量肉汤稀释法测定hmKp的耐药性。应用全基因组测序技术进行分子分型,并对菌株携带的毒力和耐药基因进行注释。结果共收集hmKp 60株,主要分离自痰标本(33.33%)和血标本(28.33%)。60株菌株基因组平均大小为5.6 Mb,平均GC含量为57.09%。多位点序列分型(ST)显示,有28种ST型,优势ST型为ST11(11.67%)、ST15(11.67%)和ST412(10.00%)。核心基因组多位点序列分型(cgMLST)分析发现,部分菌株高度同源,未发现暴发菌株。多重耐药菌株占60.00%,耐亚胺培南菌株占28.33%。共携带64种耐药基因,其中84.38%的耐药基因位于可移动原件上,磷霉素相关耐药基因、超广谱β-内酰胺类抗生素相关耐药基因在菌株中携带率较高,分别为100%、98.33%。碳青霉烯类耐药基因blaKPC-2,21.67%由ST11、ST1和ST15菌株携带;blaNDM-5基因3.33%由ST76菌株携带。共携带101种毒力基因,其中Colibactin和Ⅵ型分泌系统相关毒力基因种类最多。所有菌株均携带荚膜合成调节相关基因(rcsA、rcsB)、外排泵相关基因(acrA、acrB)和肠杆菌素相关基因(entABCEF、fepABCDFG、fes)。结论淮安地区临床分离的hmKp呈现多重耐药,优势ST型为ST11、ST15和ST412,携带多种能够进行水平转移的耐药基因和毒力基因,应加强防控措施。

相对论扭曲波方法是研究微观粒子碰撞动力学过程的常用理论方法.本文基于多组态Dirac-Hartree-Fock(MCDHF)方法以及相应的程序包GRASP 92/2K/2018和RATIP,发展了一套电子与原子碰撞激发过程的全相对论扭曲波方法和程序.计算了极化电子与原子碰撞激发过程的总截面、微分截面、态多极以及碰撞激发后辐射光子的积分和微分Stokes参数等.讨论了电子关联效应、Breit相互作用和等离子体屏蔽效应对碰撞激发截面的影响.该方法和程序的发展为详细研究复杂靶离子的碰撞激发过程和讨论电子关联效应以及Breit相互作用对碰撞激发过程的影响提供了条件.

Big data on product sales are an emerging resource for supporting modular product design to meet diversified customers’requirements of product specification *** better facilitate decision-making of modular product design,correlations among specifications and components originated from customers’conscious and subconscious preferences can be investigated by using big data on product *** study proposes a framework and the associated methods for supporting modular product design decisions based on correlation analysis of product specifications and components using big sales *** correlations of the product specifications are determined by analyzing the collected product sales *** building the relations between the product components and specifications,a matrix for measuring the correlation among product components is formed for component *** rules for supporting the decision making of modular product design are proposed based on the frequency analysis of the specification values per component cluster.A case study of electric vehicles illustrates the application of the proposed method.

A novel framework is established for accurate modeling of Powered Parafoil Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(PPUAV). The model is developed in the following three steps: obtaining a linear dynamic model, simplifying the model structure, and estimating the model mismatch due to model variance and external disturbance factors. First, a six degree-of-freedom linear model, or the structured model, is obtained through dynamic establishment and linearization. Second, the data correlation analysis is adopted to determine the criterion for proper model complexity and to simplify the structured model. Next, an active model is established, combining the simplified model with the model mismatch estimator. An adapted Kalman filter is utilized for the real-time estimation of states and model mismatch. We finally derive a linear system model while taking into account of model variance and external disturbance. Actual flight tests verify the effectiveness of our active model in different flight scenarios.

Previous studies,including ASME and RCC-MR standards,did not consider the influence of environmental factors on the ratcheting boundary of the material,and only a unified ratcheting boundary was *** this paper,thermal aging was taken into consideration,and the effect of thermal aging time on the ratcheting boundary of 316 LN austenitic stainless steel was characterized by the efficiency diagram *** results show that,when the secondary ratio U is small,there is no significant difference in ratcheting boundary between the original material and the thermal aged *** the secondary ratio U is large,the ratcheting boundary of the material presents a slight upward trend with the increase of thermal aging *** with ASME and RCC-MR standards,it is found that RCC-MR is *** on the evolution of the efficiency index V with the number of cycles,it is more conservative and reasonable to choose the stage when the efficiency index V develops into a constant.

In wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs),microplastics(MPs)are complex,especially with mixed domestic–industrial *** random grab sampling can roughly depict the distribution and characteristics of MPs but can not accurately reflect their daily *** this study,the concentration,shape,polymer type,size,and color of MPs were analyzed by micro-Raman spectroscopy(detection limit of 0.05 mm)throughout treatment stages of three mixed domestic–industrial WWTPs(W1,W2,and W3)in Wuxi City,China,and the daily fluctuations of MPs were also obtained by dense grab sampling within 24 *** influent samples,the average MP concentration of 392.2 items/L in W1 with 10%industrial wastewater was much higher than those in W2(71.2 items/L with 10%industrial wastewater)and W3(38.3 items/L with 60%industrial wastewater).White polyethylene granules with a diameter less than 0.5 mm from plastic manufacturing were the most dominant MPs in the influent of W1,proving the key role of industrial sources in MPs *** addition,the daily dense sampling results showed that MP concentration in W1 influent fluctuated widely between 29.1 items/L and 4617.6 items/L within a ***,few MPs(less than 4.0 items/L)in these WWTPs effluents were attributed to the effective removal of wastewater treatment ***,further attention should be paid to regulating the primary sources of MPs.

A metallic Ni catalyst was prepared with nickel sponge, followed by acid treatment. It was further promoted with yttria by an impregnation method. The catalysts were characterized by SEM, BET, XRD, TPR, XPS, etc., and studied in the partial oxidation of methane to syngas. The characterization results showed that the yttria promoted metallic Ni catalysts had high specific surface area and more NiO. The reaction results showed that the yttria promoter increased the CH4 conversion and the selectivity for H2 and CO.

Eco-driving strategies for vehicles with conventional powertrains have been studied for years and attempt to reduce fuel consumption by optimizing the driving velocity *** electric vehicles(EVs)with regenerative braking,the speed profile with the best energy efficiency should be different from conventional *** paper proposes an energy-oriented cruising control strategy for EVs with a hierarchical structure to realize eco-cruising on highways with varying *** upper layer plans the energy-optimized vehicle velocity,and the lower layer calculates the torque allocation between the front and rear ***,the resulting speed profile with varying velocity may cause a high charge and discharge rate of the battery,resulting in rapid battery *** extend the battery life,we make a tradeoff between the energy consumption and wear of the battery by formulating an optimal control problem,where driving comfort and travel time are also *** indirect optimal control method is implemented to derive the optimal control *** an extension,the control rule for avoiding rear-end collisions is presented and simulated for driving in the real world.

The structures of the solar-thermal membranes always influence the performance of light absorption and salt resistance in *** by the hierarchical structure of the coniferous leaves with excellent sunlight absorption in frigid regions,a coniferous leaf-like nickel black(L-Ni)membrane for desalination by solar-thermal energy conversion was prepared through electroplating method under a constant *** light trapping effect of coniferous leaf-like structure led to the light absorption enhanced to 92%,the evaporation rate improved to 1.38 kg·m^(-2)·h^(-1),and the solar-vapor conversion efficiency of L-Ni membrane reaching up to 89.75%under 1 sun *** stability of the membrane was still excellent after 20 cycles desalination because the coniferous leaf-like structure could enhance the hydrophobicity(water contact angle:152°)of the L-Ni membrane,and it was beneficial to salt *** promising performance of L-Ni membrane with coniferous leaf-like structure provides a possibility to replace the noble metal solar-thermal conversion materials.
