Quantitative contributions of climate change and human activities to vegetation dynamics in the Zoige Plateau from 2001 to 2020

Climate change and human activities such as overgrazing and rapid development of tourism simultaneously affected the vegetation of the Zoige Plateau. However, the spatiotemporal variations of vegetation and the relative contributions of climate change and human activities to these vegetation dynamics remain unclear. Therefore, clarifying how and why the vegetation on the Zoige Plateau changed can provide a scientific basis for the sustainable development of the region. Here, we investigate NDVI trends using the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index(NDVI) as an indicator of vegetation greenness and distinguish the relative effects of climate changes and human activities on vegetation changes by utilizing residual trend analysis and the *** find a tendency of vegetation greening from 2001 to 2020, with significant greening accounting for 21.44% of the entire region. However, browning area expanded rapidly after 2011. Warmer temperatures are the primary driver of vegetation changes in the Zoige Plateau. Climatic variations and human activities were responsible for 65.57% and 34.43% of vegetation greening, and 39.14% and 60.86% of vegetation browning, respectively, with browning concentrated along the Yellow, Black and White Rivers. Compared to 2001–2010, the inhibitory effect of human activity and climate fluctuations on vegetation grew dramatically between 2011 and 2020.

Dear Editor,Patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT)often experience a significant reduction in immune function due to factors such as severe lymphopenia,immunosuppressive treatment,and the development of graft-versus-host disease,rendering them more susceptible to severe infections(Sahin et al.,2016).Traditional diagnostic approaches are limited in sensitivity,speed,and assay targets,thus failing short of meeting the diagnostic demands(Qu et al.,2022).However,next-generation sequencing(NGS)has greatly improved the accuracy and efficiency of diagnosing various diseases(Schuler et al.,2022),and has been widely utilized for pathogen detection in samples from HSCT patients(Armstrong et al.,2019;Peng et al.,2021).In this study,we employed viral metagenomics analysis using high-throughput sequencing on fecal and tissue samples from a patient with HSCT experiencing severe lingual papillomatosis.

In this study,to meet the stringent requirements on the hydrophobicity of nano-SiO_(2)particles for use in depressurization and enhanced injection operations in high-temperature and high-salinity oil reservoirs,secondary chemical grafting modification of nano-SiO_(2)is performed using a silane coupling agent to prepare superhydrophobic nano-SiO2 *** these superhydrophobic nano-SiO_(2)particles as the core agent,and liquid paraffin or diesel as the dispersion medium,a uniform dispersion of nano-SiO_(2)particles is achieved under high-speed stirring,and a chemically enhanced water injection system with colloidal stability that can be maintained for more than 60 d is successfully *** this system,a field test of depressurization and enhanced injection is carried out on six wells in an oilfield,and the daily oil production level is increased by 11 *** cumulative increased water injection is 58784 m^(3),the effective rate of the measures was 100%,and the average validity period is 661 d.

This study begins with the fabrication and simulation of high-performance back-illuminated AlGaN-based solar-blind UV photodetectors. Based on the photodetectors， a low-noise， high-gain UV detection system circuit is designed and fabricated， enabling the detection， acquisition， and calibration of weak solar-blind UV signals. Experimental results demonstrate that under zero bias conditions， with a UV light power density of 3.45 μW/cm2at 260 nm， the sample achieves a peak responsivity （R） of 0.085 A/W， an external quantum efficiency （EQE） of 40.7%， and a detectivity （D*） of 7.46×1012cm·Hz1/2·W-1. The system exhibits a bandpass characteristic within the 240～280 nm wavelength range， coupled with a high signal-to-noise ratio of 39.74 dB.
