Performance Analysis of a Coupled System based on Organic Rankine Cycle and Double Effect Absorption Refrigeration for Waste Heat Recovery in Data Center

During data center operation,it generates a significant volume of low-grade waste *** recover waste heat,a coupled system including solar collector,double effect absorption refrigeration and organic Rankine cycle is *** system performance is analyzed in *** the organic Rankine cycle,five organic working fluids(R245fa,R245ca,R123,R11,and R113)are selected.R245fa,R113 and R245ca obtain the maximum net power output,thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency,*** the double effect absorption refrigeration system,the evaporation temperature,condensation temperature,and generation pressure affect the COP and exergy *** the generator pressure is unchanged,the COP increases with increasing evaporation temperature and decreasing condensation *** the COP reaches 1.3,the COP slightly decreases as the evaporation temperature or condensation temperature ***,the exergy efficiency of refrigeration systems exhibits the same trend as the COP,and the exergy efficiency maximum value appears at approximately 0.32.A new performance indicator,rPUE,was defined to evaluate the data center power utilization *** flow distribution ratio and heat source temperature were optimized with multi-objective *** the mass flow distribution rate is 0.6 and the heat source temperature is 441.5 K,rPUE and the total unit production costs of the system obtain the optimal solution.

跨境劳务合作计划自2017年正式落地广西后便取得快速发展,地方政府充分利用这一政策红利引进越南工人,以承接东南沿海地区的劳动密集型产业转移。30天签证政策的严格约束,使中央政府、地方政府、用工企业、中介公司共同维持了一个动态平衡的用工管理模式。在安全化和商业化的双重目标指引下,越南客工的超短期签证政策得到了严格执行,客工的脱离监管和逾期不归现象远少于日本、韩国和中国台湾,并且客工的劳动权益也得到保障。引进外国劳工对于中国各级政府而言,都是一个富有挑战性的政策学习过程。论文所呈现的案例其政策创新之处在于,地方政府通过充分向中介公司授权并施以严格监管,制造了一个动态的劳动力市场和中介服务市场,这种动态监管引导中介公司和用工企业良性竞争。中央政府与地方政府基于利益平衡达成的政策,有效推进了安全化和商业化目标的实现,超越了东亚其他国家和地区的客工管理模式。

Improving energy efficiency management has become an important task for current electricity market participating entities,and monitoring consumption of pivotal appliances plays an important role in many *** paper focuses on detecting whether a residence possesses a certain type of appliance based on their electricity consumption and the problem of class imbalance within deep learning model training for large power appliances with the state‘ON’.We propose a datadriven deep learning approach with attention mechanism to detect residential appliances from low-resolution aggregate energy consumption ***,the historical consumption profile of each user is divided into a specific length and labeled with the status of an appliance to generate training and test ***,a deep convolutional neural network model with attention mechanism is trained,and the trained model is utilized to classify the test ***,we obtain appliance status in a residence based on classification of multiple ***,we propose a novel approach of data generation for class imbalance of appliance detection using generative adversarial *** order to guarantee the quality,we devise a mechanism of self-validation to ensure generated data approximating real distribution of minor class *** are conducted on a low-frequency smart meter data set sampled once every 30 minutes,and the results show that the proposed model performs better than hidden Markov model based algorithms and has good application prospects.

Electromagnetic performance analysis of reflectorantennas with non-uniform errors along radius

Based on the works of Greve and Rahmat-Samii, theelectromagnetic （EM） performance of the reflector antenna withnon-uniform surface errors along radius is further addressed. Amathematical model is developed to describe the weighting functionfor the non-uniform surface errors along radius. Then, somediscussions on the peak gain loss （PGL） and the first sidelobelevel increase （SLLI） caused by the non-uniform surface errors arepresented and several significant radiation characteristics of thereflector with non-uniform errors are pointed out. Last, based onthe proposed model, the weighted root mean square （RMS） valueof the surface errors is produced to evaluate the EM performanceand several representative cases with different non-uniform errorsare presented with good results. Results show that the weightedRMS value should be taken into account for a better quality evaluationof the reflector surface.

Understanding formation mechanism of ZnO diatomic chain and multi-shell structure using physical mechanics:Molecular dynamics and first-principle simulations

In this paper,the possibility of the monatomic chain (MC) formation for ZnO material was studied by molecular dynamics (MD) *** process of MC formation and the effects of temperature,strain rate and size were studied *** tensile process can be divided to be five stages and the ZnO diatomic chain (DC) can be *** MD results show that most atoms in MC came from the original surface of ZnO nanowires (NWs).Temperature and strain rate are two important factors affecting the process,and both high temperature and low strain rate in a certain range would be beneficial to the formation of ***,the effects of strain rate and temperature could attribute to the Arrhenius model and the energy release ***,multi-shell structure was found for the samples under tensile strain and the layer-layer distance was about *** studies based on density functional theory showed that the most stable structure of ZnO DC was confirmed to be linear,and the I-V curve was also got using ATK.

Structure and formation of anoxic granular sludge A string-bag hypothesis

Anoxic granular sludge was developed in a laboratory-scale sequencing batch reactor which was fed with sodium acetate and sodium nitrate as electron donor and accepter. The sludge in the reactor was almost granulated after approximately 90 days of cultivation. In the present study, a detailed examination of surface morphology and internal structure of anoxic granular sludge was conducted using scanning electron microscope. It showed that the bacteria inside the granules had a uniform, coccus-like shape. By contrast, filamentous bacteria were predominant outside the granules. These bacteria were woven and had wrapped the coccus bacteria together to form granules. The small amounts of DO in the liquid bulk promoted the growth of filamentous bacteria on the surface of the granules. A string-bag hypothesis was proposed to elucidate the structure and formation of the anoxic granular sludge. It suggested that micro-aeration could be a method to promote granulation in practical anoxic treatment systems.

Geochemical process of fluorine in soil

Fluorine is in the dynamic balance of two geochemical processes, enrichment and leaching, reflecting the adsorption and desorption of fluoride by clay minerals, respectively. The two geochemical processes of fluorine in soil are influenced by factors including geochemical characteristics of soil and clay minerals, pH and sanity of soil solutions, climate, grazing and agriculture activities. Main factors controlling enrichment and leaching process of fluorine in soil can be found with interaction consideration.

Comparison of Different Generation Mechanisms of Free Convection between Two Stations on the Tibetan Plateau

Based on high-quality data from eddy covariance measurements at the Qomolangma Monitoring and Research Station for Atmosphere and Environment（QOMS） and the Southeast Tibet Monitoring and Research Station for Environment（SETS）,near-ground free convection conditions（FCCs） and their characteristics are investigated. At QOMS, strong thermal effects accompanied by lower wind speeds can easily trigger the occurrence of FCCs. The change of circulation from prevailing katabatic glacier winds to prevailing upslope winds and the oscillation of upslope winds due to cloud cover are the two main causes of decreases in wind speed at QOMS. The analysis of results from SETS shows that the most important trigger mechanism of FCCs is strong solar heating. Turbulence structural analysis using wavelet transform indicates that lowerfrequency turbulence near the ground emerges from the detected FCCs both at QOMS and at SETS. It should be noted that the heterogeneous underlying surface at SETS creates large-scale turbulence during periods without the occurrence of FCCs. Regarding datasets of all seasons, the distribution of FCCs presents different characteristics during monsoonal and non-monsoonal periods.
