The shale oil reservoir is characterized by tight lithology and ultra-low permeability,and its efficient exploitation requires the technology of multi-stage and multi-cluster hydraulic fracturing in horizontal wells and shut-in *** multi-stage and multi-cluster hydraulic fracturing,a complex fracture network is formed,and a large volume of frac fluid is stored within the fracture *** shut-in,imbibition and exchange between oil and water occurs under the action of the capillary force and osmotic pressure,and the formation pressure builds up in the shale *** basis of the characteristics of shale oil reservoir,we establish a model of imbibition during fracturing injection and shut-in by coupling oilewater two-phase flow and saline ion diffusion in the hydraulic fractures(HFs)network,natural fractures(NFs)and matrix system under the action of capillary force and osmotic *** DFN method and the multiple continuum method are introduced to characterize fluid flow between the HF and the NF and that between the NF and the matrix respectively,which avoids the problem of a large amount of computation of seepage within the complex ***,the discrete fracture network(DFN)model and the multiple continuum model are solved with the finite element method,and it is verified in flow field,saturation field and concentration field that the models are accurate and *** propose the imbibition exchange volume for quantitative evaluation of the imbibition degree and a method of calculating the imbibition exchange *** of oil and water flow in the fracturing and shut-in stages is performed based on these *** is found that imbibition in the shale reservoir is driven by mechanisms of pressure difference,capillary force and osmotic *** osmotic pressure and capillary force only cause an increase in the imbibition rate and a reduction in the imbibition equilibrium time and do not lead to variation in the peak of i

ABSTRACT： Extracolonic invasion of the duodenum and/or pancreatic head rarely occurs in patients with right hemico- Ion cancer. However, when necessary, combined radical op- eration is a challenge to the surgeon. We reported 7 patients with locally advanced right hemicolon cancer who underwent combined right hemicolectomy （RH） and pancreaticoduo- denectomy （PD） due to direct involvement of the duodenum or pancreatic head.

Study on the bioactivity changes of hydroxylated sulfonylureas derivatives: A possible metabolism

Some new sulfonylureas and their hydroxylation products had been synthesized from 2-amino-4-methylpyrimidine. Their bioactivities against E. coli AHAS II in vitro were tested and the results indicated that the hydroxylation decreased the inhibition activities of sulfonylureas significantly. Subsequently herbicidal tests against stem-growth of barnyard grass and root-growth of rape confirmed the above conclusion. The preliminary molecular docking studies were also carried out to investigate the binding modes of non-hydroxylated and hydroxylated sulfonylureas with AHAS.

ZrP_(2)O_(7) is a promising wave-transparent material due to its low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss,but its inherent phase transition characteristic at approximately 300℃ limits its high-temperature ***,suppressing the phase transition is necessary for ZrP_(2)O_(7),to serve in extremely harsh *** this work,introducing Ti and Hf into ZrP_(2)O_(7) causes significant lattice distortion and an increase in entropy,both of which synergistically limit the crystal structure *** addition,enhanced phonon scattering by mismatch of atomic mass and local distortion leads to a reduction in the thermal *** distortions also cause changes in both bond length and tilting angle,so that(Ti_(1/3)Zr_(1/3)Hf_(1/3))P_(2)O_(7) does not undergo sudden expansion as does ZrP_(2)O_(7).(Ti_(1/3)Zr_(1/3)Hf_(1/3))ZrP_(2)O_(7) maintains excellent dielectric properties,which highlights it as a promising high-temperature wave-transparent material.

The molecular characterization of maize B chromosome specific AFLPs

The origin and evolution of B chromosomes could be explained by the specific DNA sequence on them. But the specific sequences known were quite limited. To investigate maize B chromosome sqicific DNA sequeces, maize genomes with and without B chromosomes were analyzed by AFLP. Only 5 markers were found specific to genomes with B chromosomes among about 2000 AFLP markers. Southern hybridization and sequence analysis revealed that only the sequence of M8-2D was a B chromosome specific sequence. This sequence contained the telomeric repeat unit AGGGTTT conserved in plant chromosome telomeres. In addition, the sequence of M8-2D shared low homology to clones from maize chromosome 4 centromere as well. M8-2D were localized to B chromosome centrorneric and telomeric regions.

In this article,by studying the Bernstein degrees and Goldie rank polynomials,we es-tablish a comparison between the irreducible representations of G=GL_(n)(C)possessing the minimal Gelfand-Kirillov dimension and those induced from finite-dimensional representations of the maximal parabolic subgroup of G of type(n-1,1).We give the transition matrix between the two bases for the corresponding coherent families.

Non-centrosymmetric(NCS)structure is an indispensable prerequisite for second-order nonlinear optical(NLO)***,the mainstream approach for designing new NCS structures still relies on chemical substitution,necessitating an urgent infusion of fresh *** this work,two isomorphic sulfides AeMn_(6)Ga_(6)S_(16)(Ae=Ca,1;Sr,2)are afforded by modifying the skeleton of centrosymmetric(CS)Mn_(2)Ga_(2)S_(5) via introducing strong electropositive alkaline-earth ***,the incorporation of Ca^(2+)/Sr^(2+)cations allows the elementary[MnGaS_(9)]_(∞)chains to reconfigure into bumpy[MnS_(6)]-[GaS_(4)]layers in a new engagement manner,thus enabling the conversion from CS to NCS *** modifications cause not only strong second-harmonic generation(SHG)responses(~1.5×benchmark AgGaS_(2)@1,700 nm),but also significantly feasible bandgaps(2.60-2.64 e V)compared to the sulfide Mn_(2)Ga_(2)S_(5)(1.36 e V),which ultimately facilitate ultrahigh laser-induced damage thresholds(4.4-6.6×AgGaS_(2)@1,064 nm for compounds 1 and 2).The present study offers an ingenious approach for the transformation of CS to NCS structure.
