利用间氨基苯酚与苯三酸酐合成了5(6)-羧基罗丹明110异构体的混合物,然后经过酯化、柱色谱分离、脱酯合成了5-羧基罗丹明110和6-羧基罗丹明110,收率良好,并对其结构进行了表征.
