Nursing effect of narrative nursing intervention on postoperative patients with severe lung cancer

BACKGROUND Lung cancer is a common disease with high mortality,and psychological support is very important in the diagnosis and treatment of postoperative patients with cancer *** To explore the application effect of the narrative nursing method in postoperative lung cancer patients in the intensive care *** A total of 120 patients diagnosed with lung cancer and experiencing cancer-related pain were randomly allocated into two groups:an observation group and a control group,each consisting of 60 *** control group was given routine analgesic and psychological care,while the research group applied the five-step narrative nursing method based on routine care,comparing the visual analogue scale scores,sleep status,anxiety and depression status,and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after the *** The pain scores,anxiety scores,and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group after the intervention using the narrative nursing method,and the difference was statistically significant(PsION Using narrative nursing methods to intervene in patients with lung cancer combined with cancerous pain can help patients to correctly recognize their disease,adjust their mentality,establish confidence,alleviate patients'subjective pain feelings,and improve their adverse emotions.

Effectivenss of electroacupuncture for skeletal muscle pain in Parkinson's disease:a Clinical randomized controlled trial

OBJECTIVE:To explore the effect of electroacupuncture on skeletal muscle pain in Parkinson's disease(PD).METHODs:A single-center randomized controlled trial was conducted with sixty patients with Parkinson's disease with skeletal muscle pain were randomly divided into electroacupuncture group and sham acupuncture control group with 30 patients *** electric acupuncture group was treated with electric acupuncture,while the control group was treated with Park needle *** groups were treated 5 times a week for a total of 4 weeks,and both groups completed 20 ***'s Parkinson's Pain scale(KPPs)and visual analog scale(VAs)were used before and after treatment to evaluate the pain degree of *** shear wave elastography(sWE)and modified Ashworth score(MAs)were used to evaluate the changes of muscle ***'s comprehensive score scale(MDs-UPDRs,including UPDRs Ⅱ and UPDRs Ⅲ)was used to evaluate exercise *** Depression scale(HAMD)score was used to evaluate the emotional changes of *** correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between pain degree and muscle tone,exercise ability and ***:During the study,one case fell off in the control group,and 30 cases were eventually included in the analysis and treatment group and 29 cases in the control *** treatment,Young's modulus of biceps and quadriceps and shear wave velocity of biceps were decreased in electroacupuncture group compared with before treatment,while KPPs score,VAs score,UPDRs Ⅱ,UPDRs Ⅲ and modified Ashworth score were decreased,with statistical significance(Ps no statistical significance in control group(P>0.05).After treatment,KPPs score,VAs score,UPDRs Ⅱ and UPDRs Ⅲ,MAs,HAMD score,Young's modulus of biceps and shear wave velocity in electroacupuncture group were significantly lower than those in control group(Pspearman correlation analysis showed that KPPs score was positively correl

Industrial Carbon Emission Distribution and Regional Joint Emission Reduction:A Case study of Cities in the Pearl River Basin,China

China’s low-carbon development path will make significant contributions to achieving global sustainable development *** to the diverse natural and economic conditions across different regions in China,there exists an imbalance in the distribution of car-bon ***,regional cooperation serves as an effective means to attain low-carbon *** study examined the pattern of carbon emissions and proposed a potential joint emission reduction strategy by utilizing the industrial carbon emission intens-ity(ICEI)as a crucial *** utilized social network analysis and Local Indicators of spatial Association(LIsA)space-time trans-ition matrix to investigate the spatiotemporal connections and discrepancies of ICEI in the cities of the Pearl River Basin(PRB),China from 2010 to *** primary drivers of the ICEI were determined through geographical detectors and multi-scale geographically weighted *** results were as follows:1)the overall ICEI in the Pearl River Basin is showing a downward trend,and there is a significant spatial imbalance.2)There are numerous network connections between cities regarding the ICEI,but the network structure is relatively fragile and unstable.3)Economically developed cities such as Guangzhou,Foshan,and Dongguan are in the center of the network while playing an intermediary role.4)Energy consumption,industrialization,per capita GDP,urbanization,science and techno-logy,and productivity are found to be the most influential variables in the spatial differentiation of ICEI,and their combination in-creased the explanatory power of the geographic variation of ***,through the analysis of differences and connections in urban carbon emissions under different economic levels and ICEI,the study suggests joint carbon reduction strategies,which are centered on carbon transfer,financial support,and technological assistance among cities.

Ultra-low reflection electromagnetic interference shielding nanofiber film with effective solar harvesting and self-cleaning

It is urgent to develop low-reflection electromagnetic interference shielding material to shield electromagnetic waves(EMW) and reduce their secondary radiation ***,an electromagnetic interference shielding nanofiber film is composed of ZnO and carbon nanofiber(CNF) via electrospinning and carbonization approachs,and subsequently coating perfuorooctyltriethoxysilane as a protective *** the one hand,ZnO coated by porous carbon,which is derived from ZIF-8,endows the nanofiber film low reflection property through optimizing impedance matching between free space and the nanofiber *** the other hand,the nanofiber film possesses high electromagnetic interference shielding efficiency,which is beneficial by excellent electrical conductivity of CNF derived from waste leather ***,the nanofiber film involves abundant interface,which contributes to high interfacial polarization ***,the nanofiber film with a thickness of 250 μm has electrical conductivity of 53 s/m and shielding efficiency of 50 *** reflection coefficient of the nanofiber film is inferior to 0.4 indicates that most of EMW are absorbed inside the materials and the nanofiber film is effective in reducing secondary radiation contamination of electromagnetic ***,the nanofiber film exhibits outstanding solar harvesting performance(106℃ at 1 sun density) and good self-cleaning performance,which ensure that the nanofiber film can work in harsh *** work supplies a credible reference for fabricating low-reflection electromagnetic shielding nanofiber film to reduce secondary radiation pollution and facilitates the upcycling of waste leather scraps.

Learning from Neighbors and Differentiating Export Quality

This paper explores how learning from neighboring firms affects new exporters' product quality. It builds a Bayesian learning model to study how new exporters revise their prior beliefs about foreign customers' preferences for product quality from neighboring pioneering exporters. The model shows that a new exporter improves its product quality when it receives a positive quality-preference signal from its neighbors. The learning process of a firm depends on the number of neighbors, the level and heterogeneity of their export quality, and its own prior knowledge of the market. Highly disaggregated firm–product–country level transaction data provide robust evidence for this. The results also suggest that the impact of neighboring signals on a new exporter's quality can be channeled through the importation of high-quality intermediate inputs and more fixed investment. Learning effects are heterogeneous across firms and learning can influence other aspects of export performance.

A multi-mechanism numerical simulation model for CO_(2)-EOR and storage in fractured shale oil reservoirs

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Epimedium brevicornu Maxim.(EBM,Yin Yang Huo)on breast cancer using network pharmacology and in vitro *** also aimed to explore the novel targets and mechanisms of EBM in the treatment of breast cancer to facilitate the discovery of new drugs and their clinical *** Network pharmacology was used to identify and screen the components and targets of EBM for breast cancer *** docking was further screened the effective components and targets of ***-healing assays and flow cytometry analysis were used to detect the ability of two compounds to intervene in the migration and apoptosis of MDA-MB-231 cells,and their mechanism of action was further explored using western blotting *** EBM contained 19 active *** them wereβ-anhydroicaritin(Anhy)and isoliquiritigenin(Iso),which were selected for in vitro *** resulted in a dose-dependent suppression of MDA-MB-231 cell viability,with an IC50 of 23.73μmol/L for Iso and 21.28μmol/L for *** the wound healing assay,cells in Anhy and Iso groups exhibited considerable inhibition of migration at 48 *** flow cytometry analysis,treatment with Iso(20μmol/L)for 96 h resulted in significantly higher levels of both early and late apoptosis in the Iso group than that in the control group(P=.004 and P=.014,respectively).Additionally,both Iso(20μmol/L)and Anhy(10 and 20μmol/L)induced cell necrosis at 96 *** blotting revealed that Anhy and Iso increased the expression of Bax and TBK1/*** These findings suggested that Anhy and Iso,the two components of EBM,inhibit MDA-MB-231 cell proliferation and migration of and induce their apoptosis,providing substantial support for future studies on breast cancer.

Major volcanic eruptions(MVEs)have attracted increasing attention from the scientific *** studies have explored the climatic impact of MVEs over the past two ***,proxy-based reconstructions and climate model simulations indicate divergent responses of global and China’s regional climates to ***,we used multiple data from observations,reconstructions,simulations,and assimilations to summarize the historical facts of MVEs,the characteristics and mechanisms of their climatic impact,and directions for future *** reviewed volcanic datasets and determined intensive MVE periods;these periods corresponded to the years 530–700,1200‒1460,and 1600‒1840 *** tropical MVEs,a substantial cooling effect is observed throughout the globe and China on the interannual-interdecadal time scales but an inconsistent cooling magnitude is detected between reconstructions and *** the first summer after tropical MVEs,a decrease in global and monsoonal precipitation is *** reconstructions and simulations,an increased precipitation is seen for the Yangtze River Basin,while large uncertainties in precipitation changes are present for other regions of *** drought can be induced by frequent eruptions and volcanism superimposed on low solar irradiation and internal *** affect climate directly through the radiative effect and indirectly by modulating internal variability,such as the El Niño‒southern Oscillation(ENsO)and Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation(AMO).However,changes in the phase,amplitude,and periodicity of ENsO and AMO after MVEs and the associated mechanisms remain controversial,which could account for model-reconstruction ***,other internal variability,uncertainties in reconstruction methods and aerosol‒climate models,and climate background may also induce model-reconstruction *** gaps and directions for future research are also discussed.
