Accurate and comprehensive knowledge of the atmospheric environment and its evolution within the coastal ocean boundary layer are necessary for understanding the sources,chemical mechanisms,and transport processes of air pollution in land,sea,and *** present an overview of coastal ocean boundary layer detection technology and equipment in China and summarize the progress and main achievements in recent *** has developed a series of coastal ocean boundary layer detection technologies,including Light Detection and Ranging(LIDAR),turbulent exchange analyzer,air-sea flux analyzer,stereoscopic remote sensing of air pollutants,and oceanic aerosol detection equipment to address the technical bottleneck caused by harsh environmental conditions in coastal ocean *** in these technologies and equipment have provided scientific assistance for addressing air pollution issues and understanding land-sea-atmosphere interactions over coastal ocean regions in *** the future,routine atmospheric observations should cover the coastal ocean boundary layer of China.

Wettability of different clay mineral surfaces in shale:Implications from molecular dynamics simulations

Shale contains a lot of clay minerals. Clay minerals mainly exist in nano- and micro-meter sized particles, and the pore structure is complex, which leads to its extremely complex wettability. The surface wettability of clay minerals significantly affects the oil and gas-bearing capacity of shale reservoirs. Therefore, studying the wettability of common clay minerals in shale at the nanoscale is of great significance for shale hydrocarbon exploration and development. In this study, the wetting behavior of water in n-hexane and toluene on different clay mineral surfaces at the nanoscale was systematically studied using Molecular dynamics (MD) simulation. And the influencing factors of wettability were analyzed. Through the analysis of the morphological changes of water, relative concentration of water, RDF and interaction energy, it is concluded that the following order of water wettability on the surfaces of clay minerals: montmorillonite > chlorite > kaolinite > illite. Through the analysis of interaction energy, it is concluded that the hydrophilicity of four clay minerals is stronger than that of lipophilicity. And the main interactions between water and oil and the mineral surfaces were van der Waals force and electrostatic force. In addition, the temperature, liquid hydrocarbon type, and mineralization of water affected the wettability of clay minerals. The concentration of water on the surfaces of montmorillonite, kaolinite, and illite decreased with increasing temperature, and the water wettability decreased. At 298 K, the hydrophilicity of the surfaces of the clay minerals in toluene follows the order montmorillonite > chlorite > kaolinite > illite. The higher the NaHCO3 concentration in water, the weaker the wettability of the clay mineral surfaces to water. Study of ss-DNA Adsorption and Nano-mechanical Properties on Mica Substrate with Surface Forces Apparatus

Many DNA?based devices need to build stable and controllable DNA films on surfaces. However, the most com?monly used method of film characterization, namely, the probe?like microscopes which may destroy the sample and substrate. Surface Forces Apparatus(SFA) technique, specializing in surface interaction studies, is introduced to investigate the e ects of DNA concentration on the formation of single?stranded DNA(ss?DNA) film. The result demonstrates that 50 ng/μL is the lowest concentration that ss?DNA construct a dense layer on mica. Besides, it is also indicated that at di erent DNA concentrations, ss?DNA exhibit diverse morphology: lying flat on surface at 50 ng/μL while forming bilayer or cross?link at 100 ng/μL, and these ss?DNA structures are stable enough due to the repeatabil?ity even under the load of 15 mN/m. At the same time, an obvious adhesion force is measured:/m at 100 ng/μL, respectively, which is attributed to the ion?correlation e ect. M-6.5 mN/m at 50 ng/μL and-5.3 mNoreover, the atomic force microscopy(AFM) images reveal the entire surface is covered with wormlike ss?DNA and the measured surface roughness(1.8±0.2 nm) also matches well with the film thickness by SFA. The desorption behaviors of ss?DNA layer from mica surface occur by adding sodium salt into gap bu er, which is mainly ascribed to the decreased ion?ion cor?relation force. This paper employing SFA and AFM techniques to characterize the DNA film with flexibility and stable mechanical ability achieved by ion bridging method, is helpful to fabricate the DNA?based devices in nanoscale.

Thermo-Mechanically Coupled Thermo-Elasto-Visco-Plastic Modeling of Thermo-Induced Shape Memory Polyurethane at Finite Deformation

A series of monotonic tensile experiments of thermo-induced shape memory polyurethane （TSMPU） at different loading rates were carried out to investigate the interaction between the internal heat production and the mechanical deformation. It is shown that the tem- perature variation on the surfaces of the specimens due to the internal heat production affects the mechanical properties of TSMPU remarkably. Then, based on irreversible thermodynamics, the Helmholtz free energy was decomposed into three parts, i.e., the instantaneous elastic free energy, visco-plastic free energy and heat free energy. The total deformation gradient was decomposed into the mechanical and thermal parts, and the mechanical deformation gradient was further divided into the elastic and visco-plastic components. The Hencky＇s logarithmic strain was used in the current configuration. The heat equilibrium equation of internal heat production and heat exchange was derived in accordance with the first and second thermodynamics laws. The temperature of specimens was contributed by the internal heat production and the ambient temperature simultaneously, and a thermo-mechanically coupled thermo-elasto-visco-plastie model was established. The effect of temperature variation of specimens on the mechanical properties of the material was considered in this work. Finally, the capability of the proposed model was validated by comparing the simulated results with the corresponding experimental data of TSMPU.

为实现海底沉积物在原位环境的模拟测量,设计海底环境模拟三轴加压系统。通过围压、反压、轴压3个加压单元,组合实现模拟海底沉积物所受的水深压力和埋深压力。建立液压加压单元的数学模型,通过水介质的割线体积弹性模量方程得出不同条件下水的体积弹性模量,研究不同温度、压力和海水盐度对加压系统加压性能的影响。经过分析与测试得出:每1℃温度变化、每1 MPa压力变化、每1‰盐度变化对加压系统加压效果的影响分别为0.36%、0.14%、0.21%;通过模拟环境波动引发水的体积弹性模量变化,导致测试仓产生0.6 MPa压力扰动变化,系统自动恢复稳定状态的调节时间不超过5 s。实验表明系统的超调量小于0.05 MPa,1~10 MPa的保压10 min内测试压力波动不超过±0.005 MPa。系统的压力控制特性和抗干扰性好,满足测量要求。

An inorganic-organic photoluminescence solid material was obtained by immobilizing N-benzylcarbazole compound to an amino-functionalized mesoporous SBA-15（designated as N-benzylcarbazole-amino-SBA-15）.XRD,SEM,and N2 adsorption-desorption measurements indicate that the mesostructure of parent material SBA-15 was preserved after introducing amino and N-benzylcarbazole *** absorbance and emission studies reveal that the fluorescent N-benzylcarbazole-amino-SBA-15 exhibited red-shift character in comparison to pure N-benzylcarbazole.

The Dayin’gezhuang gold deposit is located in the central part of the Zhaoping Fault metallogenic belt in the Jiaodong gold province-the world’s third-largest gold metallogenic *** is a typical successful case of prospecting at a depth of 500-2000 m in recent years,with cumulative proven gold resources exceeding 180 *** main orebodies(No.1 and No.2 orebody)generally have a pitch direction of NNE and a plunge direction of *** the ore-controlling fault,the Zhaoping Fault is a shovel-shaped stepped fault,with its dip angle presenting stepped high-to-low transitions at the elevation of -2000-0 *** gold mineralization enrichment area is mainly distributed in the step parts where the fault plane changes from steeply to gently,forming a stepped metallogenic pattern from shallow to *** can be concluded from previous studies that the gold mineralization of the Dayin’gezhuang gold deposit occurred at about 120 *** ore-forming fluids were H_(2)O-CO_(2)-NaCl-type hydrothermal solutions with a medium-low temperature and medium-low *** H-O isotopic characteristics indicate that the fluids in the early ore-forming stage were possibly magmatic water or mantle water and that meteoric water gradually entered the ore-forming fluids in the late ore-forming *** S and Pb isotopes indicate that the ore-forming materials mainly originate from the lower crust and contain a small quantity of mantle-derived *** comprehensive analysis shows that the Dayin’gezhuang gold deposit was formed by thermal uplifting-extensional *** strong crust-mantle interactions,large-scale magmatism,and the material exchange arising from the transformation from adakitic granites to arc granites and from the ancient lower crust to the juvenile lower crust during the Early Cretaceous provided abundant fluids and material sources for ***,the detachment faults formed by the rapid magmatic uplift and the extensional tectonism created favorable tem

Objective The aim of this study was to update the epidemic situation of dengue fever(DF) and provide new insights for the consideration of disease control in Fujian province,*** Details about DF cases in Fujian reported during 2004–2017 were collected and *** envelope(E) genes of isolates of dengue virus(DENV) were sequenced for phylogenetic *** The number of imported DF cases had increased dramatically since 2013,and the source regions expanded from Southeast Asia to South Asia,America,Oceania,and Africa,as well as the surrounding *** resulted in local outbreaks and indigenous cases of DF that occurred more frequently,with 10 of 13 local outbreaks and 85.9%(1,252/1,458) of indigenous cases reported in2013–*** with only two coastal cities before 2013,four coastal and one inland city in 2013–2017 experienced the local DF *** phylogenetic analysis of E genes confirmed that the import of DENV,not only from abroad but also from the surrounding provinces,played an important role in dissemination and local outbreaks of DF in *** The frequent import of DF cases from not only abroad but also the surrounding provinces resulted in increased incidence,frequent local outbreaks,and expansion of distribution in Fujian in recent *** is a need for urgent measures to improve disease control in this province.
