目的:基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer可视化软件对饮食限制(DR)调控炎症文献进行定量可视化分析,探索DR调控炎症领域的研究热点和趋势。方法:检索2010年1月1日至2022年9月29日Web of Science核心数据库中收录的DR调控炎症相关文献共1678篇,经筛查最终获得1344篇,使用CiteSpace和VOSviewer可视化软件对检索到的文献数据进行年发文量、国家、机构、作者、被引频次和关键词的定量和可视化分析。结果:最终获得的1344篇文献年发文量总体呈上升趋势,文献最高被引频次为1676次,美国(481篇)是出产文献数量最多的国家,中国(181篇)位居第二。DR调控炎症领域研究热点集中在热量限制(CR)、生酮饮食、衰老、代谢性疾病、脂肪组织及肠道菌群等方面。结论:DR调控炎症愈来愈受到国际和国内研究者青睐,未来研究热点可能是CR模拟物(CRM)、肠道菌群、神经退行性疾病和心血管疾病,总体研究趋势为进一步明确DR的抗炎机制,寻找新的治疗靶点,将更多经过体外和动物模型证实的有效方案进行更严格的临床试验。

RNA interference(RNAi)targeting lethal genes in insects has great potential for sustainable crop *** with traditional double-stranded(ds)RNA delivery systems,nanoparticles such as chitosan,liposomes,and cationic dendrimers offer advantages in delivering dsRNA/small interfering(si)RNA to improve RNAi efficiency,thus promoting the development and practice of RNAi-based pest management ***,we illustrate the limitations of traditional dsRNA delivery systems,reveal the mechanism of nanoparticle-mediated RNAi,summarize the recent progress and successful applications of nanoparticle-mediated RNAi in pest management,and finally address the prospects of nanoparticle-based RNA pesticides.

An approach is proposed to realize a digital channelized receiver in the fractional Fourier domain （FRFD） for signal intercept applications. The presented architecture can be considered as a generalization of that in the traditional Fourier domain. Since the linear frequency modulation （LFM） signal has a good energy concentration in the FRFD, by choosing an appropriate fractional Fourier transform （FRFT） order, the presented architecture can concentrate the broadband LFM signal into only one sub-channel and that will prevent it from crossing several sub-channels. Thus the performance of the signal detection and parameter estimation after the sub-channel output will be improved significantly. The computational complexity is reduced enormously due to the implementation of the polyphase filter bank decomposition, thus the proposed architecture can be realized as efficiently as in the Fourier domain. The related simulation results are presented to verify the validity of the theories and methods involved in this paper.

Variety distribution pattern and climatic potential productivity of spring maize in Northeast China under climate change

This study was based on the daily meteorological data of 101 meteorological stations from 1971 to 2000 and the 0.25°×0.25° grid data from 1951 to 2100 simulated by RegCM3 under the future A1B climatic scenario published by National Climate Center,in combination with the demand of climatic condition for maize growth in Northeast *** trajectory of agricultural climatic resources and the effects of climate change on variety distribution and climatic potential productivity of spring maize in Northeast China under future climate change were *** main agro-climatic resource factors include:the initial date daily average temperature stably passing 10℃(≥10℃),the first frost date,the days of growing period,the ≥10℃ accumulated temperature,and the total radiation and precipitation in the growing *** results showed that:(1) in the coming 100 years,the first date of ≥10℃ would be significantly advanced,and the first frost date would be *** days of growing period would be extended,the ≥10℃ accumulated temperature and the total radiation would be significantly ***,no significant change was found in precipitation.(2) Due to the climate change,the early-maturing varieties will be gradually replaced by late-maturing varieties in Northeast China,and the planting boundaries of several maize varieties would be extended northward and eastward.(3) There would be a significant change in the climatic potential productivity of maize in Northeast China with the high-value gradually moving towards northeast.(4) It was an effective way to increase the climatic potential productivity of maize by appropriate adjustment of sowing date.

As a class of newly emerging functional material,Gallium based liquid metals have attracted increasing attentions in many fields,such as chip cooling,printed electronics and microfluidics,***,the motion control of liquid metal droplet has been recently tried for its importance in microelectromechanical system(MEMS),microfluidics and potential use in micro-machine or reconfigurable soft *** paper is dedicated to explore the motion behavior of liquid metal droplet under AC electric *** quickly induced oscillation phenomena of liquid metal droplet and surrounding electrolyte solution were observed and the major factors to influence such behaviors are theoretically interpreted and experimentally investigated,including the size of the liquid metal droplet,electrode voltage,electrolyte solution concentration and AC signal frequency ***,some typical features to distinguish AC filed actuation with DC field are observed,such as intensive fluid waving induced by the resonance stimulation,and the efficient inhibition of solution ***,two important applications of adopting AC induced surface oscillation of liquid metal droplet to develop solution mixer as well as fluidic pump were demonstrated which successfully avoid gas generation inside electrolyte *** bulk oscillation effects of liquid metal as clarified here could be very useful in a variety of areas such as solution disturbance and mixing,and fluid oscillator or pump etc.

Difference in microstructural characteristics of stamp-charged coke and gravity-charged coke with approximate macroscopic performance

The microstructural characteristics including optical texture,porosity and pore structure and chemical structure of stamp-charged coke(SCC)and gravity-charged coke(GCC)with similar conventional macro-indicators were investigated,and the properties including micro-strength,reactivity of coke matrix and that after alkali enrichment were comparatively studied by various characterization *** anisotropic structure of SCC is composed of high content of fine mosaic texture,while the content of medium mosaic texture,coarse texture and fibrous texture is *** statistical average shows that the fine mosaic average of SCC(24.89%)is 3.78 times the GCC average(6.58%),and the coarse mosaic average(1.24%)is only about 1/3 of the GCC average(3.43%).The porosity of SCC is lower than that of GCC,but tamping process does not lead to the fact that the number of closed pores of SCC is significantly lower than that of *** the structure of SCC is compact,its pore number is large and the pore wall is *** of coke with diameter less than 150 nm seem unaffected by tamping *** aromatic structure of SCC was less ordered than that of GCC,which was speculated to be related to the addition of more low metamorphic coal in *** microscopic strength and structural strength of SCC are lower than those of *** reactivity of coke matrix is affected by the specific surface area,but it is not the determining factor of its *** improvement in dissolution reactivity of coke after potassium enrichment is independent of coke type.

The physical characteristics of Ni based superalloy powder with different particle sizes produced by plasma rotation electrode process (PREP) and the microstructure and mechanical properties of P/M superalloy products were investigated. The experimental results show that the optimum powder particle sizes should be in the range of 50-100 μm or 50-150 μm, which can reduce production cost, simplify process and guarantee P/M product quality.

The characteristics of wintertime volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in the North China Plain(NCP)region are complicated and remain *** measurements were conducted by a proton transfer reaction time-of-flight mass spectrometer(PTR-ToF-MS)at a rural site in the NCP from November to December *** ions measured by PTRToF-MS were quantified and the overall VOC compositions were investigated by combining the measurements of PTR-ToF-MS and gas chromatography-mass spectrometer/flame ionization detector(GC-MS/FID).The measurement showed that although atmospheric VOCs concentrations are often dominated by primary emissions,the secondary formation of oxygenated VOCs(OVOCs)is non-negligible in the wintertime,i.e.,OVOCs accounts for 42%±7%in the total VOCs(151.3±75.6 ppbV).We demonstrated that PTR-MS measurements for isoprene are substantially overestimated due to the interferences of *** chemical changes of organic carbon in a pollution accumulation period were investigated,which suggests an essential role of fragmentation reactions for large,chemically reduced compounds during the heavy-polluted stage in wintertime *** changes of emission ratios of VOCs between winter 2011 and winter 2018 in the NCP support the positive effect of“coal to gas”strategies in curbing air *** high abundances of some key species(*** aromatics)indicate the strong emissions of coal combustion in wintertime of *** ratio of naphthalene to C8 aromatics was proposed as a potential indicator of the influence of coal combustion on VOCs.

Background: Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) is a leading cause of cancer death worldwide and is char?acterized by numerous genetic mutations. TNM staging is not sufficient for predicting patient outcomes. Addition?ally, ESCC shows poor responsiveness to chemotherapy and radiation. Thus, there is an urgent need to find efficient therapy targets. Previous ESCC high?throughput genomic studies have lacked intensive survival analysis, particularly for copy number variation(CNV) and the genes *** body: In the study "Genomic Characterization of Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma Reveals Critical Genes Underlying Tumorigenesis and Poor Prognosis" recently published in the American Journal of Human Genetics, we comprehensively analyzed the effects of CNVs, mutations, and relative gene expression on patient outcomes. To validate our findings for our 67 sequencing samples, we collected a 321?patient retrospective cohort with detailed 5?year follow?up information and carried out univariate and multivariate survival analyses. In addition, the biological functions of the survival predictors in ESCC were investigated both in vitro and in ***: We found the independent ESCC survival predictors and potential therapy targets. Nevertheless, the effects of numerous low?frequency mutations need to be explored using larger sample sequencing. Overall, con?structing multi?gene prognostic signatures will remain a great challenge in the future.
