Of the viruses, the least understood is thermophilic viruses. Viruses of thermophiles and extreme thermophiles can serve as model systems for understanding the biochemistry and molecular biology required for life at high temperatures. An anaerobic,Gram-stain-positive,spore-forming bacterium,designated DY30321 was isolated from a hydrothermal sulfides mixture sample collected during the cruise DY30 of R/V Da Yang Yi *** of strain DY30321 were rod-shaped with rounded ends,and were not *** DY30321 grew optimally at pH 8.0,30 ℃,with salinity(sea salts) of 30-40 *** principal fatty acids of strain DY30321 were C and summed Feature 1(comprising iso H-C/30H-C).The predominant polar lipids of strain DY30321 were diphosphatidylglycerol,phosphatidylcholine and *** respiratory quinone was *** G+C content of the genomic DNA of strain DY30321 was 33.4 mol%.Phylogenetically,strain DY30321 branched within the family Peptostreptococcaceae,with(misclassified) Clostridium halophilum Ml being its closest phylogenetic relative(94.6%similarity),followed by(misclassified) C caminithermale DVird3(92.1%).They show very low16 S rRNA gene sequence similarity(< 84%) to the type strain of C butyricum ATCC 19398,the type species of the genus Clostridium sensu *** the basis of its phenotypic,phylogenetic and chemotaxonomic characteristics,we propose strain DY30321(=KCTC 15549=MCCC1A01532) as a representative of a new genus and species in the family Peptostreptococcaceae,for which the name Wukongibacter baidiensis ***.,*** *** also propose the genus Maledivibacter *** accommodate Clostridium halophilum as Maledivibacter halophilus ***.(type species of the genus),and the genus Paramaledivibacter *** accommodate Clostridium caminithermale as Paramaledivibacter caminithermalis ***.(type species of the genus).

The first natural enolic glycoside,asterolloside(1),was isolated from the starfish Asterias rollestoni Bell together with two known *** structure of asterolloside was primarily elucidated by analysis of ID and 2D NMR spectroscopic *** absolute configuration was unambiguously determined by single-crystal Cu-Ka X-ray diffraction *** showed moderate a-glucosidase inhibitory activity with an inhibitory rate of 37.9%at a concentration of 0.12 mg/mL.
