This paper aims to standardize health, safety and environment（HSE） training matrices for effectively identifying training requirements and enhancing job competency of grassroots posts in petroleum and petrochemical enterprises. After an investigation into HSE training performance in petroleum and petrochemical enterprises, HSE training matrices templates for 239 grassroots posts involving 22 primary petroleum and petrochemical disciplines were developed based on the technical requirements of HSE training matrices templates and the studies of template development processes and technical methods at grassroots level. Applications of these templates in 12 companies demonstrate their effectiveness in improving HSE training and management for grassroots posts,strengthening risk control and promoting the application of HSE system and tools in grassroots units.

Thin-gauge non-oriented electrical steel sheets of 0.2 mm in thickness with high magnetic induction and low core loss were produced by a two-stage cold-rolling method with and without normalization *** through-process texture evolutions of the two processes were compared and studied by means of X-ray diffractometer and electron backscattered *** showed that excellent magnetic properties were attributed to strong η-fiber recrystallization texture in the final *** γ-fiber-oriented grains after intermediate annealing and medium cold-rolling reduction were considered key factors to obtain a strong γ-fiber texture given that a large number of shear bands within the γ-fiber deformed matrix provided dominant nucleation sites for η-fiber-oriented *** normalization annealing after hot rolling was favorable for the retention of cube texture,thereby decreasing the magnetic anisotropy of thin-gauge non-oriented electrical steels.

As the“throat”of the drilling well control system,ram blowout preventers(BOPs)can effectively prevent blowout ***,the ram shear mechanism under complex working conditions is unclear,and it is difficult to evaluate the ram BOP shear force,leading to frequent shear failure accidents in *** at the above problems,this paper takes the double-V ram BOP as the research object,and integrates the methods of theoretical analysis,simulation modeling,and test verification to analyze the shear force in the pipe shear process under both static and moving conditions.A ram BOP shear force evaluation method is proposed based on equivalent ***,by comparing with calculation data and experimental data,the error between them is less than 5%,demonstrating the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed *** research results can provide a theoretical basis for oilfield operations of ram BOPs.

In this paper, the magnetic Nd-Fe-B particles of different sizes were conducted under vacuum by the hot pressing, then cooled quickly to room temperature. Finally hot deformation was performed to get the anisotropy Nd-Fe- B magnet at a deformation rate of 70 % in the protection of argon atmosphere. NIM-2000 was used for the measurement of hysteresis loop of the samples. Meanwhile, scanning electron microscopy （SEM） was used to observe the surface morphology of the magnetic particles with different sizes and hot-deformed magnets, energy spectrum analyzer to analyze the composition of magnetic particles. The effect of magnetic particle sizes on the microstructure and magnetic properties of the hot-deformed anisotropic magnet was investigated. Anisotropic hot-deformed magnets produced from the maximum particle size of 200-350 μm have the highest magnetic properties of Br = 1.465 T, Hcj = 1,157 kA.m-1, （Bn）max = 425 kJ.m-3.

From the aerial part of Isodon serra, two new ent-6,7-seco-kaurane-type diterpenoids, 15α,20β-dihydroxy-6β- methoxy-6,7- seco-6,20-epoxy-1,7-olide-ent-kaur-16-ene （1） and 6α,15α-dihydroxy-20-aldehyde-6,7-seco-6,11α-epoxy-1,7-olide-ent-kaur-16- ene （2） were isolated. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic means.

Vibration and oil debris analysis are widely used in gearbox condition monitoring as the typical indirect and direct sensing techniques. However, they have their own advantages and disadvantages. To better utilize the sensing information and overcome its shortcomings, this paper presents a virtual sensing technique based on artificial intelligence by fusing low-cost online vibration measurements to derive a gearbox condition indictor, and its performance is comparable to the costly offline oil debris measurements. Firstly, the representative features are extracted from the noisy vibration measurements to characterize the gearbox degradation conditions. However, the extracted features of high dimensionality present nonlinearity and uncertainty in the machinery degradation process. A new nonlinear feature selection and fusion method,named kernel factor analysis, is proposed to mitigate the aforementioned challenge. Then the virtual sensing model is constructed by incorporating the fused vibration features and offline oil debris measurements based on support vector regression. The developed virtual sensing technique is experimentally evaluated in spiral bevel gear wear tests,and the results show that the developed kernel factor analysis method outperforms the state-of-the-art featureselection techniques in terms of virtual sensing model accuracy.

A method to extract inclusion particles from solid steel by electrolysis with organic electrolyte solution was introduced; meanwhile, thermodynamics of inclusion formation was calculated using FaetSage software. The results showed that there were two kinds of inclusions in the billet, i.e. Al2O3-MnO-SiO2-MnS （AMS-MnS） and Al2O3- MnO-SiO2 （AMS）. Most of AMS-MnS inclusion particles, with diameter of 10--30 μm, showed three-layer structures： SiO2-rich core with a small quantity of Mn, intermediate AMS layer, and MnS outer layer containing small quanti- ties of A1 and O. Most AMS inclusion particles were 50--90 μm and exhibited homogeneous composition. Thermo- dynamic results indicated that SiO2-rich core could form firstly by Si reacting with O in molten steel at temperatures above 1 923 K during Si-Fe alloy addition, and then, the SiO2-rich core could react with Mn and Al to form liquid AMS enveloping the SiO2 rich core at 1823- 1873 K. MnS began to precipitate from AMS when temperature reached 1 728 K. Liquid AMS could form by coupled reaction among Si, Mn, Al and O in molten steel.
