We study a supply chain consisted of a supplier and both retailers,and the supplier sells a single product through a dominant retailer and a weak *** aggressive bargaining behavior of the dominant retailer brings the supplier much concern and two feasible strategies are presented to respond to that:difference-setting wholesale pricing contract and integration with the weak *** investigate the decisions of supply chain members under each solution and find that,compared to the traditional form,the supplier always benefits from announcing the difference-setting wholesale pricing contract for it not only raises the marginal wholesale profits of both channels but also reduces the market share of the dominant retailer,thus potentially weakening its channel *** addition,we show that combining with the weak retailer is not a wise choice for suppliers when the dominant retailer with relatively little bargaining power enjoys a large market ***,by comparing the equilibria of these two solutions,we find that the optimal choice for suppliers depends not only on the difference in market share but also on the dominant retailer's bargaining power in the negotiation.

Luminescent materials are everywhere in our daily life. However, most are not performing at their best performance because of the thorny aggregation-caused fluorescence quenching(ACQ) effect in molecular aggregates. Opposite to ACQ,aggregation-induced emission(AIE) describes the photophysical phenomenon in which non-luminescent molecules in solutions are induced to show bright emission upon aggregate formation, as a result of restriction of intramolecular motions(RIM) caused by intermolecular steric interaction(e.g. tetraphenylethene(TPE) in Fig. 1) [1].

The changes of electrical conductivity （resistance） between Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu solder joints and printed circuit board （PCB） assembly during aging at 125℃ were investigated by the four-point probe technique. The microstructural characterizations of interfacial layers between the solder matrix and the substrate were examined by optical microscopy and scanning electronic microscopy. Different types of specimens were designed to consider several factors. The experimental results indicate that electrical conductivities （resistances） and residual shear strengths of the solder joint specimens significantly decrease after 1000 h during isothermal aging. Microcracks generate in the solder matrix at the first 250 h. Besides, the evolutions of microstructural characterizations at the interface and the matrix of solder joints were noted in this research.

Software defect prevention is an important way to reduce the defect introduction *** the primary cause of software defects,human error can be the key to understanding and preventing software *** paper proposes a defect prevention approach based on human error mechanisms：DPe *** approach includes both knowledge and regulation training in human error *** training provides programmers with explicit knowledge on why programmers commit errors,what kinds of errors tend to be committed under different circumstances,and how these errors can be *** training further helps programmers to promote the awareness and ability to prevent human errors through *** practice is facilitated by a problem solving checklist and a root cause identification *** paper provides a systematic framework that integrates knowledge across disciplines,e.g.,cognitive science,software psychology and software engineering to defend against human errors in software ***,we applied this approach in an international company at CMM Level 5 and a software development institution at CMM Level 1 in the Chinese Aviation *** application cases show that the approach is feasible and effective in promoting developers＇ ability to prevent software defects,independent of process maturity levels.

In this work,the Gd^(3+)/Eu^(3+) activated Ba_(3)Y_(4)O_(9)(BYO)phosphors were successfully synthesized via coprecipitation method at 1400℃.The precursor composition,crystal structure stability,microscopic morphology,photoluminescence(PL)/photoluminescence excitation(PLE)spectra and fluorescence attenuation analysis of the phosphors are discussed in *** chemical composition of the precursor was determined by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and thermogravimetry(TG)analysis;According to field emission-scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM)analysis,it is found that the particle size of phosphor is uniform and the agglomeration is *** to PL/PLE spectra analysis,Ba_(3)Y_(3.28)Eu_(0.6)Gd_(0.12)O_(9) phosphors has the strongest excitation band at 260 nm and the strongest emission band at 614 nm,and the fluorescence intensity of Ba_(3)Y_(3.28)Eu_(0.6)Gd_(0.12)O_(9) is higher than that of Ba_(3)Y^(3.4)Eu^(0.6)O_(9).The quenching concentration of Eu^(3+)in Ba_(3)Y_(3.88–4x)Eu_(4x)Gd_(0.12)O_(9) phosphors is x=0.15 and the mechanism of quenching concentration of Eu^(3+)is electric dipole-quadrupole type *** lifetime value of Ba_(3)Y_(3.88–4x)Eu_(4x)Gd_(0.12)O_(9)(x=0.15)phosphors is 0.686 ms and decreases with the increase of Eu^(3+)*** addition,the CIE chromaticity diagram of Ba_(3)Y_(3.28)Eu_(0.6)Gd_(0.12)O_(9) phosphors is(0.66,0.34).Finally,the lamp beads assembled with Ba_(3)Y_(3.28)Eu_(0.6)Gd_(0.12)O_(9) phosphors have an ideal luminous ***,the Ba_(3)Y_(3.88–4x)Eu_(4x)Gd_(0.12)O_(9) phosphors designed in this work may hopefully meet the requirements of various lighting and optical display applications.

针对现有轨迹跟踪控制方法较难兼顾控制精度与稳定性的问题,提出一种基于Udwadia-Kalaba(U-K)控制理论的鲁棒控制方法。基于拉格朗日法建立机器人动力学模型,将动力学参数分为确定的名义部分与不确定部分;结合U-K理论与系统名义部分参数确定外骨骼机器人系统理想运动轨迹约束下的名义部分控制力矩;为消除机器人系统不确定部分的影响,引入鲁棒控制器,通过划分不确定性边界确定其应输出的额外控制力矩。仿真结果表明:相较于传统PID算法,基于U-K控制理论的鲁棒控制的外骨骼机器人髋关节、膝关节角度的轨迹跟踪控制精度分别提高了76.4%和96.8%。基于设计的下肢外骨骼机器人样机进行轨迹跟踪对比实验,实验结果表明:基于该方法的下肢外骨骼髋关节、膝关节角度的轨迹跟踪精度为0.467 0°和0.114 1°,相比作为对照的PID算法,分别提高了82.6%和86.8%,同时系统整体控制周期缩短了56.6%,该控制方法具有更高的同步性、控制精度与稳定性。

Three techniques of root pressure probe, pressure chamber and high pressure flow meter were used to measure the hydraulic conductivities （Lpr） of whole root systems of young maize （Zea mays L.） seedlings grown hydroponically under either drought or normal water conditions. Compared to normal water conditions, drought stress simulated by polyethylene glycol 6 000 （osmotic potential =-0.2 MPa） reduced Lpr in the root system by over 50%. It indicated that water permeability in the roots decreased significantly when plants suffered from water shortages. Moreover, there was no significant difference （P〈 0.05） on the Lpr values in the root systems developed under a given water stress regime among the three techniques used. Therefore, all three methods are acceptable to study the hydraulic conductivity of maize seedling root systems. We have also highlighted some of the technical limitations of each method. It can be inferred that the root pressure probe is preferable for young maize seedlings because it is subtle and has the additional ability to determine solute transport properties, but the method is time consuming. Other advantages and disadvantages of each technique are discussed in order to acquaint researchers with basic information that could contribute to their choice of an appropriate technique for future studies.
