On the two-layer high-level Green-Naghdi model in a general form

The traditional high-level Green-Naghdi(HLGN)model,which uses the polynomial as the shape function to approximate the variation of the horizontal-and vertical-velocity components along the vertical direction for each-fluid layer,can accurately describe the large-amplitude internal waves in a two-layer system for the shallow configuration(h_(2)/λ■1,h_(1)/λ■1).However,for the cases of the deep configuration(h_(2)/λ■1,h_(1)/λ=O(1)),higher-order polynomial is needed to approximate the variation of the velocity components along the vertical direction for the lower-fluid ***,however,introduces additional unknowns,leading to a significant increase in computational *** paper,for the first time,derives a general form of the HLGN model for a two-layer fluid system,where the general form of the shape function is used during the *** obtaining the general form of the two-layer HLGN equations,corresponding solutions can be obtained by determining the reasonable shape ***-amplitude internal solitary waves in a deep configuration are studied by use of two different HLGN *** of the two HLGN models shows that the polynomial as the shape function for the upper-fluid layer and the production of exponential and polynomial as the shape function for the lower-fluid layer is a good *** comparing with Euler’s solutions and the laboratory measurements,the accuracy of the two-layer HLGN model is verified.

Co_(3)V_(2)O_(8)/Co_(3)O_(4)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) composite was easily synthesized via one-step succinct-operated hydrothermal *** interconnected Co_(3)V_(2)O_(8)/Co_(3)O_(4) nanowires network can in-situ grow and anchor on the surface of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) via the strong Co-F bonds and contribute tremendously to depress Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) *** from the synergistically interplayed effect among the multiple interfaces and high conductivity of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) as well as outstanding stability of the as-designed nanostructure,the optimum Co_(3)V_(2)O_(8)/Co_(3)O_(4)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)electrode reaches a commendable specific capacitance(up to 3800 mF·cm^(−2)),great rate capability(80%capacitance retention after 20-times current increasing),and preeminent cycling stability(95.4%/85.5%retention at 7000th/20,000th cycle).Moreover,the all-solid-state asymmetric supercapacitor based on Co_(3)V_(2)O_(8)/Co_(3)O_(4)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) and active carbon can deliver a high energy density of 84.0μWh·cm^(−2) at the power energy of 3.2 mW·cm^(−2),and excellent cycling durability with 87.0%of initial capacitance retention upon 20,000 *** work provides a practicable pathway to tailor MXene-based composites for high-performance supercapacitor.

Objective:To investigate the changes of the AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK)/uncoupling protein 2(UCP2)(AMPK/UCP2)pathway in ovarian granulosa cells with PCOS and its relationship with mitochondrial ***:PCOS mouse models and normally fed mice,ovarian granulosa cells from the two mice were extracted,and the protein expression levels of AMPKα,p-AMPKαand UCP2 were detected by western *** ROS and ATP content of granulosa cells were determined by colorimetric and chemiluminescence immunoassays to assess mitochondrial *** correlation analysis was used to determine the correlation between AMPK/UCP2 pathway-related proteins,ROS and ***:P-AMPKα/GAPDH(0.12±0.09),AMPKα/GAPDH(0.35±0.40),P-AMPKα/AMPKα(0.56±0.33)and ATP(0.36±0.04)pmol/mg in PCOS model mice were lower than those in non-POCS groups,while UCP2/GAPDH(1.18±0.28)and ROS(48810.92±4498.08)were lower than those in non-POCS *** fluorescence intensity of DCF was higher than that of the non-POCS group(P<0.05).AMPK was positively correlated with ATP and negatively correlated with ***2 was positively correlated with ROS and negatively correlated with ***:There are abnormal changes such as decreased AMPK expression and increased UCP2 expression in ovarian granulosa cells of PCOS,and AMPK is positively and negatively correlated with mitochondrial function indexes ATP and ROS,while UCP2 is the opposite,suggesting that the imbalance in the expression and activity of AMPK/UCP2 pathway in PCOS may be one of the molecular mechanisms leading to mitochondrial *** of AMPK/UCP2 pathway activity may be a potential therapeutic target to ameliorate PCOS-related mitochondrial dysfunction.

Effect of Menopausal Hormone Replacement Therapy on Cytokine Patterns in a Perimenopausal Mouse Model Established by the Ovarian Castration Method

Objective: To investigate the effect of perimenopausal hormone replacement therapy(HRT) on cytokine patterns in a perimenopausal mouse model established by ovarian castration. Methods: The mice were divided into natural menopause group,ovariectomy group and HRT group, with 15 mice in each group, and the estrous cycle, estrous frequency and menopausal time of the mice were determined by vaginal cytology,and the estrous cycle, estrous frequency and menopausal time were compared among the three groups. The serum levels of estradiol(E2) and progesterone(P4) in each group were detected by double-antibody sandwich ELISA, and the levels of interferon gamma(IFN-γ), interleukin-2(IL-2), IL-4 and IL-10 in the spleen γ tissues of mice were detected by ELISA. Results: The time of menopause(53.07±3.99) d in the HRT group was between that of the natural menopause group(80.80±3.26) d and that of the ovariectomy group(16.27±4.35) d, with a statistically significant difference in the two-by-two comparison of the three groups(P<0.05). The levels of serum E2(694.4±128.3) ng/L and P4(14.2 ±6.0) ng/L in the HRT therapy group are between those of the ovariectomy group and the natural menopause group, with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05). The levels of IL-2(30.9±5.3) pg/ml, IL-4(9.4±1.6) pg/ml, IL-10(19.7±3.1) pg/ml, IFN-γ(22.0±3.7) pg/ml in the HRT group were all between those of natural menopause group and ovariectomy group. The Th1/Th2 ratio in the ovariectomy group was 7.55±1.57, higher than that in the natural menopause group(1.53±0.48) and HRT group(2.38 ±0.44), with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion:Menopausal HRT can partially correct the imbalance of Th1/Th2 cytokines, which is able to provide an experimental basis for the regulation of menopause-related immune imbalance by HRT.

Hierarchical networks are frequently encountered in animal groups,gene networks,and artificial engineering systems such as multiple robots,unmanned vehicle systems,smart grids,wind farm networks,and so *** structure of a large directed hierarchical network is often strongly influenced by reverse edges from lower-to higher-level nodes,such as lagging birds’howl in a flock or the opinions of lowerlevel individuals feeding back to higher-level ones in a social *** study reveals that,for most large-scale real hierarchical networks,the majority of the reverse edges do not affect the synchronization process of the entire network;the synchronization process is influenced only by a small part of these reverse edges along specific *** surprisingly,a single effective reverse edge can slow down the synchronization of a huge hierarchical network by over 60%.The effect of such edges depends not on the network size but only on the average in-degree of the involved *** overwhelming majority of active reverse edges turn out to have some kind of“bunching”effect on the information flows of hierarchical networks,which slows down synchronization *** finding refines the current understanding of the role of reverse edges in many natural,social,and engineering hierarchical networks,which might be beneficial for precisely tuning the synchronization rhythms of these *** study also proposes an effective way to attack a hierarchical network by adding a malicious reverse edge to it and provides some guidance for protecting a network by screening out the specific small proportion of vulnerable nodes.

Active reflectors are often used to compensate the surface distortion caused by environmental factors that degrade the electromagnetic performance of large high-frequency reflector *** is crucial for maintaining high gain operation in antennas.A distortion compensation method for the active reflector of a large dual-reflector antenna is proposed.A relationship is established between the surface deformation and the optical path difference for the primary reflector by geometric ***,employing finite element analysis,a polynomial fitting approach is used to describe the impact of adjusting points on the reflector surface based on the coordinates of each *** standardizing the positions of various panels on the reflector,the fitting ns can be applied to the reflector panels of similar ***,based on the distribution characteristics of the primary reflector panels,the adjustment equation for the actuators is derived by the influence matrix *** can be used to determine the adjustment amount of actuators to reduce the rms of the optical path ***,the least squares method is employed to resolve the matrix *** example of a 110 m aperture dual-reflector antenna is carried out by finite element analysis and the proposed *** results show that the optical path difference is reduced significantly at various elevation cases,which indicates that the proposed method is effective.

The special electronic characteristics and high atom usage efficiency of metal-nitrogen-carbon(M-N-C)materials have made them extremely attractive for oxygen reduction reactions(ORRs).However,it is inevitable that hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))will be formed via the two-electron pathway in ***,the Cu nanoparticles(NPs)have been encapsulated into Ni doped hollow mesoporous carbon spheres(Ni-HMCS)to reduce the generation of H_(2)O_(2)in *** tests confirm that the introduction of Cu NPs improves the ORR performance *** obtained Cu/Ni-HMCS exhibits a half-wave potential of 0.82 V *** hydrogen electrode and a limited current density of 5.5 mA cm^(-2),which is comparable with the commercial Pt/***,Cu/Ni-HMCS has been used in Zn-air battery,demonstrating a high power density of 161 mW cm^(-2)and a long-term recharge capability(50 h at 5 mA cm^(-2)).The theoretical calculation proposes a tandem catalysis pathway for Cu/Ni multi-sites catalysis,that is,H_(2)O_(2)released from the Ni-N_(4)and Cu-N_(4)sites migrates to the Cu(111)face,on which the captive H_(2)O_(2)is further reduced to H_(2)*** work demonstrates an interesting tandem catalytic pathway of dual-metal multi-sites for ORR,which provides an insight into the development of effective fuel cell electrocatalysts.

Mild traumatic brain injury(mTBI)-induced post-traumatic headache(PTH)is a pressing public health concern and leading cause of disability *** PTH is often accompanied by neurological disorders,the exact underlying mechanism remains largely *** potential biomarkers may prompt the diagnosis and development of effective treatments for mTBI-induced *** this study,a mouse model of mTBI-induced PTH was established to investigate its effects on cerebral structure and function during short-term *** indicated that mice with mTBI-induced PTH exhibited balance deficits during the early post-injury *** kinetics revealed that variations in neurotransmitters were most prominent in the cerebellum,temporal lobe/cortex,and hippocampal regions during the early stages of ***,variations in brain functional activities and connectivity were further detected in the early stage of PTH,particularly in the cerebellum and temporal cortex,suggesting that these regions play central roles in the mechanism underlying ***,our results suggested that GABA and glutamate may serve as potential diagnostic or prognostic biomarkers for *** studies should explore the specific neural circuits involved in the regulation of PTH by the cerebellum and temporal cortex,with these two regions potentially utilized as targets for non-invasive stimulation in future clinical treatment.

BACKGROUND Reflux esophagitis has an increasing prevalence and complex and diverse *** its risk factors is crucial to understanding the etiology,prevention,and management of the *** occurrence of reflux esophagitis may be associated with food reactions,Helicobacter pylori(***)infection,and metabolic *** To investigate the risk factors for reflux esophagitis and analyze the effects of immunoglobulin(Ig)G-mediated food intolerance,*** infection,and metabolic syndrome on reflux *** Outpatients attending the Second Medical Center of the PLA General Hospital between 2017 and 2021 were retrospectively *** patients’basic information,test results,gastroscopy results,*** test results,and IgG-mediated food intolerance results were *** logistic regression analysis was used to analyze risk factors for reflux *** mediation analysis was used to evaluate the effects of IgG-mediated food intolerance and metabolic syndrome on *** infection affecting reflux *** A total of 7954 outpatients were included;the prevalence of reflux esophagitis,IgG-mediated food intolerance,*** infection,and metabolic syndrome were 20.84%,61.77%,35.91%,and 60.15%,*** analysis showed that the independent risk factors for reflux esophagitis included IgG-mediated food intolerance(OR=1.688,95%CI:1.497-1.903,P<0.00001)and metabolic syndrome(OR=1.165,95%CI:1.030-1.317,P=0.01484),and the independent protective factor for reflux esophagitis was *** infection(OR=0.400,95%CI:0.351-0.456,P<0.00001).IgG-mediated food intolerance had a partially positive mediating effect on *** infection as it was associated with reduced occurrence of reflux esophagitis(P=0.0200).Metabolic syndrome had a partially negative mediating effect on *** infection and reduced the occurrence of reflux esophagitis(P=0.0220).CONCLUSION Patients with IgG-mediated food intol
