Effect of pyroxenite and olivine minerals as source of MgO in hematite pellet on improvement of metallurgical properties

Pelletization of hematite ore requires high fineness and very high induration temperature（~1325 ℃） owing to its poor diffusion bonding unlike magnetite ore. Further, high-alumina hematite pellets show very high reduction degradation index（RDI） during low temperature（500-650 ℃） reduction due to their volume expansion and lattice distortion. Noamundi（India） hematite ore contains very high Al2O3（2.3%） with adverse ratio of alumina to silica（~2） for which, it shows very high RDI. In this work, the acid pellets prepared from Noamundi ore fines of optimum Blaine fineness show good cold crushing strength（CCS）. However, it shows very high RDI（77%）. In order to reduce RDI, Mg O in form of two different gangue-containing fluxes, such as pyroxenite and olivine in varying quantities has been added. The optimum requirement and performance of these fluxes has been examined and compared. Both pyroxenite and olivine fluxed pellets show significant lowering of RDI（26% and 23%, respectively） and improvement of other properties, viz CCS, swelling indices etc with good reducibility（70%-77%）. Finally, a good quality acidic hematite pellet was developed from high-alumina ore without using any lime which is very important charge material in combination of basic sinter in blast furnace.

An optical device,consisting of a multi-mode Fabry-Prot laser diode（MMFP-LD） with two-stage optical feedback,is proposed and experimentally *** results show that the single-mode output with side-mode suppression ratio（SMSR） of21.7dB is attained by using the first-stage *** using the second-stage feedback,the SMSR of single-mode operation could be increased to28.5dB while injection feedback power of—29 dBm is introduced into the laser *** the case of up to —29 dBm feedback power,the outcome SMSR is rapidly decayed to a very low level so that an obvious multi-mode operation in the output spectrum could be achieved at the feedback power level of—15.5 ***,a transition between single- and multi-mode operations could be flexibly controlled by adjusting the injected power in the second-stage feedback ***,in the case of injection locking,the outcome SMSR and output power at the locked wavelength are as high as50dB and5.8dBm,respectively.

In this paper,we propose a novel algorithm based on Zidan’s quantum computing model for remotely controlling the direction of a quantumcontrolledmobile robot equippedwith *** proposed algorithm is based on the measurement of concurrence value for the different movements of the *** a faraway robot that moves in the deep space(e.g.,moves toward a galaxy),and it is required to control the direction of this robot from a ground station by some person *** sends an unknown qubitα|0)+β|1)via the teleportation protocol to the ***,the proposed algorithm decodes the received unknown qubit into an angleθ,that determines the motion direction of the robot,based on the concurrence *** proposed algorithm has been tested for four and eight *** simulators have been tested;IBM Quantum composer and IBM’s system,The two simulators achieved the same result *** motion of any part of the robot is considered,if it has a pre-existing sensor system and a locomotive system,.We can use this technique in many places like in space robots(16 directions).The results show that the proposed technique can be easily used for a huge number of ***,increasing the number of movements of the robot will increase the number of qubits.

Quantum-dot cellular automata (QCA) based on cryptography is a new paradigm in the field of nanotechnology. The overall performance of QCA is high compared to traditional complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) technology. To achieve data security during nanocommunication, a cryptography-based application is proposed. The devised circuit encrypts the input data and passes it to an output channel through a nanorouter cum data path selector, where the data is decrypted back to its original form. The results along with theoretical implication prove the accuracy of the circuit. Power dissipation and circuit complexity of the circuit have been analyzed.

In view of the geographically closest location to Andaman archipelago, Myanmar was suggested to be the origin place of aboriginal Andamanese. However, for lacking any genetic information from this region, which has prevented to resolve the dispute on whether the aboriginal Andamanese were originated from mainland India or Myanmar. To solve this question and better understand the origin of the aboriginal Andamanese, we screened for haplogroups M31 （from which Andaman-specific lineage M31al branched off） and M32 among 846 mitochondrial DNAs （mtDNAs） sampled across Myanmar. As a result, two Myanmar individuals belonging to haplogroup M31 were identified, and completely sequencing the entire mtDNA genomes of both samples testified that the two M31 individuals observed in Myanmar were probably attributed to the recent gene flow from northeast India populations. Since no root lineages of haplogroup M31 or M32 were observed in Myanmar, it is unlikely that Myanmar may serve as the source place of the aboriginal Andamanese. To get further insight into the origin of this unique population, the detailed phylogenetic and phylogeographic analyses were performed by including additional 7 new entire mtDNA genomes and 113 M31 mtDNAs pinpointed from South Asian populations, and the results suggested that Andaman-specific M31al could in fact trace its origin to northeast India. Time estimation results further indicated that the Andaman archipelago was likely settled by modem humans from northeast India via the land-bridge which connected the Andaman archipelago and Myanmar around the Last Glacial Maximum （LGM）, a scenario in well agreement with the evidence from linguistic and palaeoclimate studies.

Effects of Growing Conditions of Marigold in Ilam District, Nepal

Different growing conditions with temperature and sunlight variation could vary in flower growth and quality of marigold. Plant growth and flowering characteristics are compared in three different conditions viz. plastic house, shade house and open field. Three varieties of marigold viz. Marvel Yellow, Marvel Orange and Marvel Garland with similar cultural practices were grown and observed. Each variety with 6 replications was grown in three different growing conditions. Plant height, leaves formation, length of leaves, number of days to flower, number of flowers per plant and post harvest analysis were recorded. Plant growth characteristics followed by flowering behavior were found significantly better in plants grown under plastic house. During post harvest experiment Marvel Garland variety grown under plastic house with wet post harvest treatment was found significantly better compared to other conditions.
