Epidemioiogical analysis of morbidity and mortality of population arises not only theoretical interest from populational human genetics point of view,but also is very important for public health, because it allows to plan correctly the capacity of medical and social help to patients and their families, including preventive *** of distant consequences of impact of small dozes of radiation on public health among regions,adjacent to the Semipalatinsk Nuclear Tests Site,is of special public interest. The dates of our research evidences the negative impact of chronic exposition to radiation in small doses on public *** of frequency of inherited pathology could be considered as one of the characteristics of genetical *** we will select frequently appeared indices,which are registered in Board Of Public Health and which have significant mutational component therefore upon the dynamics of their frequency we can consider about the status of mutational process in the *** s no necessary to conduct further deep accomplishment of genetical and cytogenetical monitoring of population in regions adjacent to the nuclear tests site,with detailed differentiation of factors which render mutational action. It is still actual to study mutational pressure in population by the help of systematical and dynamical observation and control of frequency and structure of the main indices of mortality and morbidity which is conditioned by necessarily of practical public health and needs of organization of medical and genetical consultation service.
