A theoretical study on the elastic deformation of cellular p.ase and creation of necrosis due to the convection reaction p.ocess inside a sp.erical tumor

Several biolog.cal p.ocesses, such as convective nutrient transp.rt and convective drug.delivery in biolog.cal tissues involves the transvascular and interstitial movement of biofluids. This work addresses transvascular and interstitial transp.rt of nutrient inside a sp.erical tumor. Most of the biolog.cal tissues behave like deformable p.rous materiM and show mechanical behavior towards the fluid motion, due to the fact, that the forces like the drag. which is associated with fluid flow may comp.ess the tissue material. On the macroscop.c level, transp.rt of solutes like nutrients, drug.molecules, etc. within the tumor interstitial sp.ce is modeled. The hydrodynamic p.oblem is treated with bip.asic mixture theory under steady state and sp.erically symmetry situation. The transvascular transp.rt of nutrient is modeled with the modified Sterling.s equation. The p.esent model describes the overall nutrient distribution and p.edicts various criteria for the necrosis formation inside the tumor. p.esent study justifies that the p.rameters, which controls the nutrient sup.ly to the tumor interstitial sp.ce throug. the blood vessel network inside the tumor, comp.tes with reversible nutrient consump.ion kinetics of the tumor cells. This study also finds the role of some of those p.rameters on the deformation of cellular p.ase of the tumor as a consequence of interstitial fluid flow.

p.esent work evaluated the p.ssible imp.ct of choline on metabolic enzymes of cultured fish sp.cies into a semi-intensive p.nd culture system,reared with Catla catla(catla),Labeo rohita(rahu),Clarias batracus(mag.r)and Anabas testudineus(climbing.p.rch)for 90 days in two *** was added directly into the p.nd water p.riodically throug.out the exp.rimental *** water quality p.rameters of each exp.rimental p.nd were monitored and were analyzed in 15 days interval throug.out the exp.rimental tenure in both the *** were comp.red with treatment as choline-fed and control as non-choline-fed conditions during.breeding.June-Aug.)and dry(Nov.-Jan.)*** metabolic enzymes,viz.,LDH(Lactate dehydrog.nase),MDH(Malate dehydrog.nase),and g.p.H(g.ucose-6-p.osp.ate dehydrog.nase)activities in the muscle,liver,and AchE(Acetylcholine esterase)activity in the brain and muscle revealed maximum sig.ificantly(p.0.01),but ALT(Alanine aminotransferase)and AST(Asp.rtate aminotransferase)activity showed sig.ificant(p.0.01)dep.etion in the muscle and liver in treatment-breeding.TB)*** fishes under treatment-dry(TD)condition p.esented sig.ificant(p.0.01)hig.er elevation in HK(Hexokinase)activity in the muscle and ***,the result of p.incip.l comp.nent analysis(p.A)dep.cted the p.sitive as well as in some cases a neg.tive correlation among.the enzymatic activities both in dry and breeding.***,it can be inferred that choline enrichment in fishes can substantiate the well nutritionally balanced food-flesh for consump.ion under this farm culture and the choline behaved as a p.sitive contaminant into the p.nd eco-system under the semi-intensive culture condition.
