Background:According to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),drugs supplementing the vital energy,Qi,can eliminate tumors by restoring host *** objective of this study is to investigate the underlying immune mechanisms of anti-tumor activity associated with Qi-supplementing herbs,specifically the paired use of Huangqi and ***:Analysis of compatibility regularity was conducted to screen the combination of Qi-supplementing *** the MTT assay and a transplanted tumor mice model,the anti-tumor effects of combination TCMs were investigated in vitro and in *** content analysis and flow cytometry were then used to evaluate cellular immunity,followed by network pharmacology and molecular docking to dissect the significant active compounds and potential ***,the anti-tumor activity and the mechanism of the active ingredients were verified by molecular ***:There is an optimal combination of Huangqi and Danggui that,administered as an aqueous extract,can activate immunity to suppress tumor and is more effective than each drug on its own in vitro and in *** on network pharmacology analysis,PIK3R1 is the core target for the anti-tumor immunity activity of combined Huangqi and *** docking analysis shows 6 components of the combined Danggui and Huangqi extract(quercetin,jaranol,isorhamnetin,kaempferol,calycosin,and suchilactone)that bind to *** is the most important component against breast *** suchilactone/jaranol combination and,especially,the suchilactone/kaempferol combination are key for immunity enhancement and the anti-tumor effects of the ***:The combination of Huangqi and Danggui can activate immunity to suppress breast cancer and is more effective than the individual drugs alone.

针对部分对磁场干扰要求较高的海洋探测需求,本文设计了一种无磁浮力调节式水下实验平台。该平台结构采用无磁材料,并以高压气囊作为浮力调节装置来实现升沉控制。其浮力调节系统气囊体积小、调节精度高,且控制逻辑简单可靠。本文阐述了水下实验平台的工作原理及关键技术,基于刚体动力学方法及经典控制理论,建立了系统物理模型和控制器模型,结合Matlab/Simulink对控制过程进行仿真分析,并开展海洋试验验证。结果表明:无磁浮力调节式水下实验平台可实现4‰体积浮力调节,且控制算法稳定收敛,能够实现快速响应及6.6%深度精度控制,适用于所需求的工作环境,为浮力调节式水下实验平台的进一步研究提供了理论基础。

The effects of metformin treatment on soluble leptin receptor (sOB-R) levels in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) were *** prospective and open-label study was conducted by the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Union Hospital,Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology,***-five women with PCOS and insulin resistance (IR) were treated with metformin for 6 *** to body mass index (BMI),the patients were divided into two groups:lean PCOS group (BMI 23 kg/m^2,n=21).Before and after treatment,serum luteinizing hormone (LH),follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),testosterone (T),androstenedione (A),dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEAS),insulin and sOB-R levels were ***-one BMI-matched ovulatory women served as *** results showed:(1) The Homeostatic Model Assessment of Insulin Resistance (HOMA-IR),androgen levels and hirsutism scores were higher,and sOB-R levels were lower in PCOS groups than in control group.A subgroup analysis of lean and overweight or obese PCOS patients revealed there was significant difference in sOB-R level between lean PCOS group and overweight or obese PCOS *** were no significant differences in anthropometric parameters between lean PCOS patients and BMI-matched ***,sOB-R level was significantly lower in lean PCOS women than in controls.(2) There was no correlation between sOB-R level and BMI,waist and hip circumference,total testosterone,androstendione,DHEAS,LH or hirsutism scores in PCOS patients,but there was a significant negative correlation between sOB-R and HOMA-IR.(3) After treatment with metformin for 6 months,serum insulin levels decreased,and sOB-R levels increased significantly (P<0.01).It was suggested that considering low sOB-R levels supposedly compensate diminished leptin action,PCOS per se might cause leptin *** is likely that reduction of hyperi

土石坝坝料的合格性检测通常是通过判断现场筛分试验获得的级配参数是否满足设计要求来实现的,然而通过筛分试验获取级配参数的方法存在采样率低,操作过程繁琐,智能感知程度差等缺点以致检测结果代表性差。为了提高坝料级配参数的智能检测程度,依托辽宁某电站现场挖坑检测位置处的图像和级配数据,采用融合空间信息的直觉模糊C均值聚类(SIFCM)算法进行土石坝料数字图像的分割,并利用等效椭球体积的方法实现了土石坝料的三维体积重构,进一步通过基于BP神经网络的级配修正模型修正后,得到真实条件下的坝料全级配特征曲线,进而获得评价坝料合格性的4个指标:最大粒径、P5含量、曲率系数C_(c)和不均匀系数C_(u)。实际工程应用表明,本文建立的基于SIFCM_BP算法的坝料级配特征智能识别修正模型具有较高的识别精度,本文方法为大坝碾压施工前坝料合格性快速判别与施工过程中坝料压实特性的实时评价提供了重要支撑。

燃料燃烧、交通运输、化工生产等过程产生的挥发性有机污染物(volatile organic compounds,VOCs)是导致城市灰霾和光化学烟雾的重要物质.多相光催化反应因条件温和、直接利用太阳光驱动等优点而成为一种理想的VOCs降解技术.本研究采用密度泛函理论,计算掺杂非金属硫原子的单层多孔石墨烯(porous graphene,PG)的光催化性能,包括能带结构、能带边缘位置、分波态密度和前线轨道(highest occupied molecular orbital-lowest unoccupied molecular orbital,HOMO-LUMO)以及它的光学吸收谱,对O_(2)、H_(2)O和VOCs分子的吸附性能等,以探讨光催化降解VOCs的可能性.掺杂硫原子后,PG材料能带的带隙大幅降低,对O_(2)分子的吸附能显著提高,结合能带边缘位置的结果,表明PG材料能产生更多的光生电子,并且提高了产生超氧自由基的能力.对比原始PG材料,硫掺杂PG(S-doped PG)材料的光学响应向红外区偏移,光吸收波长阈值增大,表明硫原子的掺杂大大提高了原始PG材料对可见光的吸收.此外,对VOCs较大的吸附能也表明S-doped PG是一种很有前途的降解VOCs的光催化剂,多维度的计算分析将为多孔石墨烯在光催化中的实际应用提供理论指导.

Using Parikh＇s tunneling method, the Hawking radiation on the apparent horizon of a Vaidya-Bonner black hole is calculated. When the back-reaction of particles is neglected, the thermal spectrum can be precisely obtained. Then, the black hole thermodynamics can be calculated successfully on the apparent horizon. When a relativistic perturbation is applied to the apparent horizon, a similar calculation can also lead to a purely thermal spectrum. The first law of thermodynamics can also be derived successfully at the new supersurface near the apparent horizon. When the event horizon is thought of as a deviation from the apparent horizon, the expressions of the characteristic position and temperature are consistent with the previous viewpoint which asserts that the thermodynamics should be based on the event horizon. It is concluded that the thermodynamics should be constructed exactly on the apparent horizon while the event horizon thermodynamics is just one of the perturbations near the apparent horizon.

Reinforcement quality evaluation at the abutment is an important research direction. Prototype monitoring and theoretical derivation were integrated to study the replacement reinforcement quality in abutment contact zones of the Xiaowan ultra-high arch dam. The principles of monitoring layout and design are introduced in detail. Prototype monitoring shows that the increment of the interfacial compressive stress is much larger in the impoundment stage than in the regulating stage. The water pressure and time-effect are two main factors affeeting the interfacial stress. The time-effect is the key factor in the initial impoundment stage, and the water pressure is the key factor after impoundment. The contact properties are significantly improved by grouting. This study shows that there are three typical stages in the joint opening hydrographs, namely the compression stage, opening stage, and stable stage. There is a nonlinear relationship between the joint opening and temperature, which can be well described by the S-function. In conclusion, the reinforcement effect is satisfying, and the abutment is safe.
