Through microscopic analyses(e.g.,organic macerals,thin section observation,scanning electron microscope(SEM)imaging of fresh bedding planes via argon ion milling,and energy spectrum tests)combined with Rock-Eval analyses,this study systematically investigated the organic matter and pyrites in the continental shales in the 3^(rd)submember of the Chang 7 Member(Chang 7^(3)submember)in the Yanchang Formation,Ordos Basin and determined their types and the formation and evolutionary *** results are as *** organic matter of the continental shales in the Chang 7^(3)submember is dominated by amorphous bituminites and migrabitumens,which have come into being since the early diagenetic stage and middle diagenetic stage A,*** formation and transformation of organic matter is a prerequisite for the formation of *** Ordos Basin was a continental freshwater lacustrine basin and lacked sulphates in waters during the deposition of the Chang 7 ***,the syndiagenetic stage did not witness the formation of large quantities of *** the basin entered early diagenetic stage A,large quantities of sulfur ions were released as the primary organic matter got converted into bituminites and,accordingly,pyrites started to ***,this stage featured poorer fluid and spatial conditions compared with the syndepositional stage due to withdraw of water,the partial formation of bituminites,and a certain degree of *** a result,large quantities of pyrrhotite failed to transition into typical spherical framboidal pyrites but grew into euhedral monocrystal *** addition,pyrites are still visible in the migrabitumens in both microfractures and inorganic pores of mudstones and shales,indicating that the pyrite formation period can extend until the middle diagenetic stage A.

Carbon mitigation of buildings is critical to promote a net-zero *** international society has vigorously promoted‘‘Net Zero Carbon Buildings”across the globe,and accounting for building carbon emissions is critical to support this *** carbon,which represents carbon emissions from the entire lifecycle of the buildings,is fundamental for realizing the idea of zero ***,only limited studies have been conducted so far that take into account the city *** paper aimed to act as a first try to account for the embodied carbon emissions in buildings in 2020 for the Guangdong-Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area in China(GBA).We integrated remote sensing techniques such as night-time light data(NLT)and building material flows analysis to calculate and spatialize the newly generated building material stocks(MS).Based on the MS data,we further applied life cycle assessment(LCA)to assess the embodied carbon in the *** results highlighted that over 163 million tons of embodied carbon in buildings of GBA are expected to be generated,from 497 million tons of newly generated building MS in *** embodied carbon in each life cycle stage is valuable for further lifecyclebased policy designs for:(i)supporting the updating of the green building certification system with consideration of the embodied carbon;(ii)promoting the green building material application and certification;and(iii)reducing the embodied carbon intensity from compact urban planning policy,such as the urban agglomeration policies in *** goal of this paper was to shed a light on reducing carbon emissions from the perspective of the entire lifecycle and promote the development of net zero carbon buildings in China and Asia-Pacific.

With the implementation of China’s carbon-peaking and carbon-neutrality strategy,new energy will achieve leapfrog *** to the good economics of distributed new-energy generation,it can not only save users’own investment,but also help to achieve local consumption of new ***,it will also bring about a series of incremental costs to the power *** paper first enumerates the concept,development status and scheduling mode of a distributed new-energy storage *** on the above,it establishes a new-energy power generation model and an energy storage system charging and discharging model,and proposes a global optimization scheduling model for a distributed new-energy storage system,considering the time-of-use electricity price and taking the lowest total operating cost of the distributed new-energy power generation system as the objective ***,it proposes a distribution network incremental cost analysis model based on the penetration of distributed new *** calculation results show that the incremental cost of grid-connected distributed new energy is 1.0849,1.2585 and 1.3473 yuan/kWh,respectively,which indicates that the global dispatching model can optimize the power consumption structure of a distributed power generation system,and has the function of peak shaving and valley filling,but the incremental cost of the distribution network will also increase.

Deubiquitinases(DUBs)are a class of enzymes that are able to reverse the process of ubiquitination.1 Extensive research has revealed that there are more than 100 DUBs found in humans,which are classified into seven main families:ubiquitin-specific proteases(USPs),ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolases,the Machado-Joseph disease domain superfamily,the otubain/ovarian tumor-domain containing proteins,the ZUFSP(Zinc finger with UFM1-specific peptidase domain protein)family,the JAB1/MPN/MOV34 proteases,and the novel motif interacting with ubiquitin-containing DUB *** DUBs are cysteine proteases,except the JAB1/MPN/MOV34 proteases,which are Zn^(2+) metalloproteases.

There are numerous terminals in the satellite Internet of Things(IoT).To save cost and reduce power consumption,the system needs terminals to catch the characteristics of low power consumption and light *** regular random access(RA)protocols may generate large amounts of collisions,which degrade the system throughout *** near-far effect and power control technologies are not applicable in capture effect to obtain power difference,resulting in the collisions that cannot be *** fact,the optimal design at the receiving end can also realize the condition of packet power domain separation,but there are few relevant *** this paper,an auxiliary beamforming scheme is proposed for power domain signal *** adds an auxiliary reception beam based on the conventional beam,utilizing the correlation of packets in time-frequency domain between the main and auxiliary beam to complete signal *** roll-off belt of auxiliary beam is used to create the carrier-to-noise ratio(CNR)*** paper uses the genetic algorithm to optimize the auxiliary beam *** results show that the proposed scheme outperforms slotted ALOHA(SA)in terms of system throughput per-formance and without bringing terminals additional control burden.

Phosphogypsum has often been used as an effective and environmentally friendly binder for partial replacement of cement,improving the engineering properties of slurries with high water ***,the influence of phosphogypsum on the physicomechnical properties of stabilized soil subjected to wettingedrying cycles is not well understood to *** this study,the effect of phosphogypsum on the durability of stabilized soil was studied by conducting a series of laboratory experiments,illustrating the changes in mass loss,pH value and unconfined compressive strength(qu)with wettingdrying *** test results showed that the presence of phosphogypsum significantly restrained the mass loss in the early stage(lower than the 4th cycle),which in turn led to a higher qu of stabilized soil than that without *** the 4th cycle,a sudden increase in mass loss was observed for stabilized soil with phosphogypsum,resulting in a significant drop in qu to a value lower than those without phosphogypsum at the 6th *** addition,the qu of stabilized soils correlated well with the measured soil pH irrespective of phosphogypsum content for all wettingedrying *** to the microstructure observation via scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)tests,the mechanisms relating the sudden loss of qu for the stabilized soils with phosphogypsum after the 4th wetting-drying cycle are summarized as follows:(i)the disappearance of ettringite weakening the cementation bonding effect,(ii)the generation of a larger extent of microcrack,and(iii)a lower pH value,in comparison with the stabilized soil without phosphogypsum.

Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase is a transmembrane protein that has important roles in the maintenance of electrochemical gradients across cell membranes by transporting three Na^(+)out of and two K^(+)into ***,Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase participates in Ca^(2+)-signaling transduction and neurotransmitter release by coordinating the ion concentration gradient across the cell ***^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase works synergistically with multiple ion channels in the cell membrane to form a dynamic network of ion homeostatic regulation and affects cellular communication by regulating chemical signals and the ion balance among different types of *** re,it is not surprising that Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase dysfunction has emerged as a risk factor for a variety of neurological ***,published studies have so far only elucidated the important roles of Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase dysfunction in disease development,and we are lacking detailed mechanisms to clarify how Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase affects cell *** recent studies revealed that membrane loss of Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase is a key mechanism in many neurological disorders,particularly stroke and Parkinson's *** of plasma membrane Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase with an antibody is a novel strategy to treat these *** this reason,Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase acts not only as a simple ion pump but also as a sensor/regulator or cytoprotective protein,participating in signal transduction such as neuronal autophagy and apoptosis,and glial cell ***,the present review attempts to summarize the novel biological functions of Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase and Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase-related *** potential for novel strategies to treat Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase-related brain diseases will also be discussed.
