Through microscopic analyses(e.g.,organic macerals,thin section observation,scanning electron microscope(SEM)imaging of fresh bedding planes via argon ion milling,and energy spectrum tests)combined with Rock-Eval analyses,this study systematically investigated the organic matter and pyrites in the continental shales in the 3^(rd)submember of the Chang 7 Member(Chang 7^(3)submember)in the Yanchang Formation,Ordos Basin and determined their types and the formation and evolutionary *** results are as *** organic matter of the continental shales in the Chang 7^(3)submember is dominated by amorphous bituminites and migrabitumens,which have come into being since the early diagenetic stage and middle diagenetic stage A,*** formation and transformation of organic matter is a prerequisite for the formation of *** Ordos Basin was a continental freshwater lacustrine basin and lacked sulphates in waters during the deposition of the Chang 7 ***,the syndiagenetic stage did not witness the formation of large quantities of *** the basin entered early diagenetic stage A,large quantities of sulfur ions were released as the primary organic matter got converted into bituminites and,accordingly,pyrites started to ***,this stage featured poorer fluid and spatial conditions compared with the syndepositional stage due to withdraw of water,the partial formation of bituminites,and a certain degree of *** a result,large quantities of pyrrhotite failed to transition into typical spherical framboidal pyrites but grew into euhedral monocrystal *** addition,pyrites are still visible in the migrabitumens in both microfractures and inorganic pores of mudstones and shales,indicating that the pyrite formation period can extend until the middle diagenetic stage A.

骨关节炎的氧化应激相关基因和免疫浸润分析

背景:目前对于骨关节炎的发病机制尚不清楚,缺乏有效控制疾病的手段,且研究多集中在免疫领域,对氧化应激领域研究较少。目的:探索氧化应激与免疫浸润在骨关节炎中的作用,并预测相关miRNA和治疗药物。方法:从GEO数据库中获取GSE55235数据集(10例骨关节炎样本和10例健康对照样本)和GSE55457数据集(10例骨关节炎样本和10例健康对照样本)进行合并,获取差异表达基因,并结合氧化应激基因得到差异表达氧化应激基因。对差异表达氧化应激基因进行KEGG、GO富集分析,并使用GSEA富集分析评价骨关节炎通路和生物过程。使用STRING在线平台和Cytoscape软件建立了蛋白质相互作用网络,运行Degree算法得到关键基因,从GEO数据库中获取GSE1919作为验证数据集,对关键基因进行差异分析及受试者工作特征曲线分析,得到核心基因。此外,用CIBERSORT对免疫浸润进行评估,并探索核心基因与免疫细胞的相关性,使用TargetScan对核心基因进行miRNA预测及使用DSigDB数据库对靶点药物进行预测。结果与结论:①确定了65个差异表达氧化应激基因和5个核心基因(IL1B、CXCL8、MYC、NFKBIA、JUN);②富集分析结果显示,差异表达氧化应激基因的主要聚焦点包括氧化应激、白细胞介素17、破骨细胞分化、流体剪切应力以及动脉粥样硬化等通路;③5个核心基因的受试者工作特征曲线下面积均>0.85,说明对诊断骨关节具有良好的特异性和敏感性,且与免疫细胞密切关联;④miRNA的预测结果是hsa-miR-3937,治疗小分子药物包括二甲双胍、离子霉素和塞来昔布等。结果表明:骨关节炎中存在氧化应激与免疫浸润,且免疫浸润参与激活氧化应激。核心基因及预测的miRNA可作为诊断骨关节炎的新型标志物,预测的小分子药物可治疗骨关节炎。

In order to study the effect of different CO2 contents on gas compressibility factor（Z-factor）,the JEFRI-PVT apparatus has been used to measure the Z-factor of dry natural gas with CO2 content range from 10.74 to 70.42 mol%at the temperature range from 301.2 to 407.3 K and pressure range from 7 to 44 *** results show that Z-factor decreases with increasing CO2 content in natural gas at constant temperature and increases with increasing temperature for natural gas with the same CO2 *** addition,the Z-factor of water-saturated natural gas with high CO2 content has been measured.A comparison of the Z-factor between natural gas with and without saturated water vapor indicates that the former shows a higher Z-factor than the ***,Peng-Robinson,Hall-Yarborough,and Soave-Benedict-Webb- Rubin equations of state（EoS）are used for the calculation of Z-factor of high CO2 content natural gas with and without water *** optimal binary interaction parameters（BIP）for PR EoS are *** measured Z-factor is compared with the calculated Z-factor based on three models,which shows that PR EoS combined with van der Waals mixing rule for gas without water and Huron-Vidal mixing rule for water-saturated gas,are in good agreement with the experimental data.

The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)outbreak is caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(ACE2)was rapidly identified as the critical functional receptor for ***2 is well-known as a counter-regulator of the renin-angiotensin system(RAS)and plays a key role in the cardiovascular *** that ACE2 functions as both a SARS-CoV-2 receptor and a RAS modulator,the treatment for COVID-19 presents a dilemma of how to limit virus entry but protect ACE2 physiological ***,an in-depth summary of the recent progress of ACE2 research and its relationship to the virus is urgently needed to provide possible solution to the ***,we summarize the complexity and interplay between the coronavirus,ACE2 and RAS(including anti-RAS drugs).We propose five novel working modes for functional receptor for SARS-CoV-2 infection and the routes of ACE2-mediated virus entering host cells,as well as its regulatory *** the controversy of anti-RAS drugs application,we also give theoretical analysis and discussed for drug *** will contribute to a deeper understanding of the complex mechanisms of underlying the relationship between the virus and ACE2,and provide guidance for virus intervention strategies.

土壤中金属元素生态安全阈值预测模型的构建

通过文献收集了31种中国土壤中8个元素对5个物种和3个微生物过程的616个毒理学数据,尝试构建土壤中数据有限元素毒性预测的新模型—定量离子特征活性关系(s-QICAR)模型.首先基于土壤性质归一化方法获得酸性、中性、碱性3种土壤情景下8个元素对5个物种和3个微生物的毒性值(logEC10;1.42~3.35),在此基础上分析了元素23个结构特征参数与对应生物毒性值的关系,并利用元素共价半径(CR)建立了24个s-QICAR模型(R^(2)=0.70~0.98;P=0.001~0.023).进一步利用s-QICAR预测了V、As、Se和Sn对8个物种的logEC_(10)(1.44~3.20),结合物种敏感性分布曲线计算了3种情景下这4种元素保护95%生物的HC5值.经过校正,4种元素在酸性、中性、碱性土壤情景下的预测无效应浓度分别为V:13,16,17mg/kg;As:10,13,15mg/kg;Se:4.9,7.2,8.4mg/kg;Sn:42,44,45mg/kg,进而绘制了这4种元素的生态风险阈值地图.本研究建立了一种适用于中国土壤元素生态风险的新方法,为土壤环境风险评估和管理提供科学依据.

In this paper, we introduce a novel reinforcement learning(RL) scheme for linear continuous-time dynamical systems. Different from traditional batch learning algorithms,an incremental learning approach is developed, which provides a more efficient way to tackle the on-line learning problem in realworld applications. We provide concrete convergence and robust analysis on this incremental-learning algorithm. An extension to solving robust optimal control problems is also given. Two simulation examples are also given to illustrate the effectiveness of our theoretical result.

采用GH738粉末对K417G合金基体进行激光沉积修复试验,研究了时效热处理温度对激光沉积修复GH738/K417G合金组织性能的影响。研究表明:沉积态与热处理态修复区组织均以外延生长的柱状枝晶为主,枝晶尺寸随时效温度的升高而增大,热处理态修复区顶部形成了明显的等轴晶晶界。热处理后修复区中γ′相尺寸与M_(23)C_(6)型碳化物的连续程度均随时效温度的升高而增大。当一级时效温度达到880℃时,γ′相平均尺寸显著增大,晶界处细小的M_(23)C_(6)型块状碳化物连续析出,并有向包膜状转变的趋势。与沉积态相比,热处理态修复区显微硬度显著提高,且高于基体硬度;摩擦系数远低于沉积态修复区的摩擦系数,磨损机理主要为轻微的磨粒磨损和氧化磨损。

Application of genetic BP network to discriminating earthquakes and explosions

We developed a GA-BP algorithm by combining the genetic algorithm (GA) with the back propagation (BP) algorithm and established a genetic BP neural network. We also applied the BP neural network based on the BP algorithm and the genetic BP neural network based on the GA-BP algorithm to discriminate earthquakes and explosions. The obtained result shows that the discriminating performance of the genetic BP network is slightly better than that of the BP network.
