Deubiquitinases(DUBs)are a class of enzymes that are able to reverse the process of ubiquitination.1 Extensive research has revealed that there are more than 100 DUBs found in humans,which are classified into seven main families:ubiquitin-specific proteases(USPs),ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolases,the Machado-Joseph disease domain superfamily,the otubain/ovarian tumor-domain containing proteins,the ZUFSP(Zinc finger with UFM1-specific peptidase domain protein)family,the JAB1/MPN/MOV34 proteases,and the novel motif interacting with ubiquitin-containing DUB *** DUBs are cysteine proteases,except the JAB1/MPN/MOV34 proteases,which are Zn2þmetalloproteases.

Drought stress is a crucial environmental factor that limits plant growth,development,and *** of misfolded proteins can help alleviate the damage caused in plants experiencing ***,the mechanism of autophagy-mediated drought tolerance in plants remains largely ***,we cloned the gene for a maize(Zea mays)selective autophagy receptor,NEXT TO BRCA1GENE 1(ZmNBR1),and identified its role in the response to drought *** observed that drought stress increased the accumulation of *** sequencing and reverse transcriptionquantitative polymerase chain reaction showed that ZmNBR1 is markedly induced by drought ***1 overexpression enhanced drought tolerance,while its knockdown reduced drought tolerance in *** results established that ZmNBR1 mediates the increase in autophagosomes and autophagic activity under drought ***1 also affects the expression of genes related to autophagy under drought ***,we determined that BRASSINOSTEROID INSENSITIVE1A(ZmBRI1a),a brassinosteroid receptor of the BRI1-like family,interacts with *** analysis showed that ZmBRI1a negatively regulates drought tolerance in maize,and genetic analysis indicated that ZmNBR1 acts upstream of ZmBRI1a in regulating drought ***,ZmNBR1facilitates the autophagic degradation of ZmBRI1a under drought *** together,our results reveal that ZmNBR1 regulates the expression of autophagy-related genes,thereby increasing autophagic activity and promoting the autophagic degradation of ZmBRI1a under drought stress,thus enhancing drought tolerance in *** findings provide new insights into the autophagy degradation of brassinosteroid signaling components by the autophagy receptor NBR1 under drought stress.

The specific energy of Li metal batteries(LMBs)can be improved by using high‐voltage cathode materials;however,achieving long‐term stable cycling performance in the corresponding system is particularly challenging for the liquid ***,a novel pseudo‐oversaturated electrolyte(POSE)is prepared by introducing 1,1,2,2‐tetrafluoroethyl‐2,2,3,3‐tetrafluoropropyl ether(TTE)to adjust the coordination structure between diglyme(G2)and lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide(LiTFSI).Surprisingly,although TTE shows little solubility to LiTFSI,the molar ratio between LiTFSI and G2 in the POSE can be increased to 1:1,which is much higher than that of the saturation state,1:*** and experimental results prove that TTE promotes closer contact of the G2 molecular with Li^(+)in the ***,it also participates in the formation of electrolyte/electrode *** electrolyte shows outstanding compatibility with both the Li metal anode and typical high‐voltage ***||Li symmetric cells show a long life of more than 2000 h at 1 mA cm^(−2),1 mAh cm^(−2).In the meantime,Li||LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(NCM811)cell with the POSE shows a high reversible capacity of 134.8 mAh g^(−1 )after 900 cycles at 4.5 V,1 C *** concept of POSE can provide new insight into the Li^(+)solvation structure and in the design of advanced electrolytes for LMBs.

It remains a significant challenge to fabricate natural polymer(NP)hydrogels with anti-swelling ability and high strengths in the physiological ***,theβ-sheet-reinforced NP hydrogel is developed by copolymerizing methacrylated gelatin(GelMA)and methacrylated silk fibroin(SFMA)in aqueous solution,followed by ethanol treatment(named GelMA-SFMAAL).Theβ-sheets formed by SFMA can act as a stable physical crosslink to enhance the mechanical properties and prolong the degradation of the GelMA ***,the chemical crosslinking in the GelMA-SFMA hydrogel prevents excessive aggregation of hydrophobicβ-sheets,thereby avoiding the formation of brittle *** obtained GelMA-SFMA-AL hydrogels exhibit considerably enhanced mechanical properties(Young's modulus:0.89–3.68 MPa;tensile strength:0.31–0.96 MPa;toughness:0.09–0.63 MJ/m^(3);compressive modulus:0.78–2.20 MPa;compressive strength:2.65–5.93 MPa)compared with GelMA-SFMA hydrogels(Young's modulus:0.04–0.13 MPa;tensile strength:0.04–0.07 MPa;toughness:0.01–0.02 MJ/m^(3);compressive modulus:0.03–0.09 MPa;compressive strength:0.30–0.64 MPa).A bilayer osteochondral scaffold is constructed via digital light processing(DLP)three-dimensiaonl(3D)printing technology,comprising GelMA-SFMA@diclofenac sodium(DS)-AL as the top layer and GelMA-SFMA@bioactive glass(BG)-AL as the bottom *** bilayer hydrogel scaffold is demonstrated to support cell attachment and spreading,and facilitate osteogenic differentiation of rat bone marrow stem cells in *** vivo implantation experiment suggests this bilayer scaffold is promising to be used for osteochondral tissue regeneration.

非直线型浮式防波堤相较于直线型布置,其对多浪向的掩护效果更佳,但波浪载荷特性也更加复杂。本文提出一种弧型布局的浮式防波堤布置方案,基于三维势流理论对其进行波浪载荷特性分析,计算不同浪向下的一阶波浪力和二阶波浪力,给出了典型剖面载荷。并与直线型布局浮式防波堤进行对比分析。结果表明采用弧型布局能够有效降低浮式防波堤结构一阶波浪力与二阶波浪力,并且使得结构在斜浪下的剖面载荷与横浪工况下趋于一致。

BACKGROUND Primary sclerosing cholangitis(PSC)is characterized by chronic inflammation and it predisposes to cholangiocarcinoma due to lack of effective treatment *** adeno-associated virus(rAAV)provides a promising platform for gene therapy on such kinds of diseases.A microRNA(miRNA)let-7a has been reported to be associated with the progress of PSC but the potential therapeutic implication of inhibition of let-7a on PSC has not been *** To investigate the therapeutic effects of inhibition of a miRNA let-7a transferred by recombinant adeno-associated virus 8(rAAV8)on a xenobiotic-induced mouse model of sclerosing *** A xenobiotic-induced mouse model of sclerosing cholangitis was induced by 0.1% 3,5-Diethoxycarbonyl-1,4-Dihydrocollidine(DDC)feeding for 2 wk or 6 wk.A single dose of rAAV8-mediated anti-let-7a-5p sponges or scramble control was injected in vivo into mice onset of DDC *** sacrifice,the liver and the serum were collected from each *** hepatobiliary injuries,hepatic inflammation and fibrosis were *** targets of let-7a-5p and downstream molecule NF-κB were detected using Western *** rAAV8-mediated anti-let-7a-5p sponges can depress the expression of let-7a-5p in mice after DDC feeding for 2 wk or 6 *** reduced expression of let-7a-5p can alleviate hepato-biliary injuries indicated by serum markers,and prevent the proliferation of cholangiocytes and biliary ***,inhibition of let-7a mediated by rAAV8 can increase the expression of potential target molecules such as suppressor of cytokine signaling 1 and Dectin1,which consequently inhibit of NF-κB-mediated hepatic *** Our study demonstrates that a rAAV8 vector designed for liver-specific inhibition of let-7a-5p can potently ameliorate symptoms in a xenobiotic-induced mouse model of sclerosing cholangitis,which provides a possible clinical translation of PSC of human.

本文针对船舶机舱管系的振动问题,提出一种基于动力吸振原理的吸振装置。该装置结合悬臂梁吸振器的特点,通过调谐吸振装置固有频率,降低管路振动传递强度,改变管路振动特性,使管系振动处于安全范围,从而实现振动的吸收。本文将吸振装置引入到某船机舱滑油管系的振动区域,并基于正交法思想对装置的结构参数和质量配置进行优化,分析装置的有效范围和布置方式。在此基础上,通过有限元数值仿真分析吸振装置的减振性能。数值结果显示,本文吸振装置可有效降低管系振动的强度,加速度插入损失可达23.5 dB左右。

An extreme ultraviolet solar corona multispectral imager can allow direct observation of high temperature coronal plasma,which is related to solar flares,coronal mass ejections and other significant coronal *** manuscript proposes a novel end-to-end computational design method for an extreme ultraviolet(EUV)solar corona multispectral imager operating at wavelengths near 100 nm,including a stray light suppression design and computational image *** suppress the strong stray light from the solar disk,an outer opto-mechanical structure is designed to protect the imaging component of the *** the low reflectivity(less than 70%)and strong-scattering(roughness)of existing extreme ultraviolet optical elements,the imaging component comprises only a primary mirror and a curved grating.A Lyot aperture is used to further suppress any residual stray ***,a deep learning computational imaging method is used to correct the individual multi-wavelength images from the original recorded multi-slit *** results and data,this can achieve a far-field angular resolution below 7",and spectral resolution below 0.05 *** field of view is±3 R_(☉)along the multi-slit moving direction,where R☉represents the radius of the solar *** ratio of the corona's stray light intensity to the solar center's irradiation intensity is less than 10-6 at the circle of 1.3 R_(☉).
