在不确定型项目的鲁棒调度研究中,调度计划的鲁棒性评价是重点也是难点.鉴于此,设计了一个鲁棒性评价指标.首先,分析了在项目约束下活动的随机特征,通过解构活动拖期与延期之间的关系,推导了活动开始时间的概率.接着,将不确定性造成的损失描述为进度偏离成本,通过近似法推导了其期望值,并以之作为调度计划鲁棒性的衡量指标.指标中引入了一个可自定义的参数,通过调整其大小,可权衡指标的精度和简洁度,以提高指标在实际应用中的灵活性.最后,通过实验表明:相较于传统的鲁棒性指标,新指标能精确反映调度计划的鲁棒性,并提高鲁棒调度算法的性能.

Hyperlipidemia is a risk factor for clinica.ly significa.t thrombotic events in ca.diovascular diseases. Platelet reactivity in hyperlipidemic conditions is enhanced when platelet sca.enger receptor CD36 recognizes oxidized lipids in oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) particles， a process that induces atherothrombosis. Sulforaphane (SFN) is a dietary isothiocyanate enriched in cruciferous vegetables and exerts multiple biologica. activities. The current study sought to investigate the effica.y of SFN on platelet hyperreactivity under hyperlipidemic conditions in vitro and in vivo. Using a series of platelet functional assays in human platelets in vitro， we demonstrated that SFN attenuated ox-LDL-increased platelet aggregation and activation (surface CD62P expression). Mechanistica.ly， studies using pharmacologica. inhibitors clarified that these inhibitory effects of SFN were mainly modulated by down-regulating CD36-mediated activation of Src kinases， leading to enhanced activation of ca.P/PKA signaling， and resultant inhibition of NAD phosphate oxidase 2 (NOX2)-dependent generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS). Moreover， 12-week supplementation of SFN-enriched broccoli sprout extract (BSE， 0.06% diet) in hyperlipidemic C57BL/6J mice also decreased platelet hyperreactivity. Studies using pharmacologica. inhibitors of CD36， PKA and NOX2 showed that the effica.y of BSE supplementation was mainly through modulating CD36-mediated the ca.P/PKA/NOX2 signaling. Thus， through modulating the ca.P/PKA/NOX2 pathway and attenuating CD36-mediated platelet hyperreactivity， SFN may play important protective roles in atherothrombosis under hyperlipidemic conditions.

Tirapazamine（TPZ） has been approved for multiple clinica. trials relying on its excellent antica.cer ***,as a typica. hypoxia-activated prodrug（HAP）,TPZ did not exhibit survival advantages in Phase Ⅲ clinica. trials when used in combination therapy due to the insufficient hypoxia levels in patients' *** this study,to improve the therapeutic effects of TPZ,we first introduced urea to synthesize a series of urea-containing derivatives of *** urea-containing TPZ derivatives showed increased hypoxic cytotoxicity（9.51-30.85-fold） compared with TPZ,while maintaining hypoxic ***,one of these derivatives,showed 20-fold higher cytotoxicity than TPZ while maintaining a similar hypoxic cytotoxicity *** highly efficiently deliver TPZP to the tumors and reduce its side effects on healthy tissues,we further prepared TPZP into a nanodrug with fibrin-targeting ability:***4-NPs,a vascular disrupting agent,was used to increase the fibrin level within tumors and exacerbate tumor *** being combined with ca.-NPs,FT11-TPZP-NPs ca. accumulate in the hypoxia-aggravated tumors and activate sufficiently to kill tumor *** a single-dose treatment,FT11-TPZP-NPs+ca.-NPs showed a high inhibition rate of 98.1% against CT26 tumor models with an initial volume of ～480 mm3and four out of six tumors were completely eliminated;it thereby exerted a significa.t antitumor *** study provides a new strategy for improving the therapeutic effect of TPZ and other HAPs in antica.cer therapy.

The Chinese tree shrew(Tupaia belangeri chinensis)has emerged as a promising model for investigating adrenal steroid synthesis,but it is unclear whether the same cells produce steroid hormones and whether their production is regulated in the same way as in ***,we comprehensively mapped the cell types and pathways of steroid metabolism in the adrenal gland of Chinese tree shrews using single-cell RNA sequencing,spatial transcriptome analysis,mass spectrometry,and *** compared the transcriptomes of various adrenal cell types across tree shrews,humans,maca.ues,and *** showed that tree shrew adrenal glands expressed many of the same key enzymes for steroid synthesis as humans,including CYP11B2,CYP11B1,CYB5A,and *** analysis confirmed the production of aldosterone,cortisol,and dehydroepiandrosterone but not dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate in the tree shrew adrenal ***,genes in adrenal cell types in tree shrews were correlated with genetic risk factors for polycystic ovary syndrome,primary aldosteronism,hypertension,and related disorders in humans based on genome-wide association ***,this study suggests that the adrenal glands of Chinese tree shrews may consist of closely related cell populations with functional similarity to those of the human adrenal *** comprehensive results(publicly available at http://***:16245/sca.Map/)should facilitate the advancement of this animal model for the investigation of adrenal gland disorders.

EEDs via photo-Fenton *** to the sustainable Fe(Ⅲ)/Fe(Ⅱ)conversion induced by photoelectrons,as-prepared N-TiO_(2)/SCH nanocomposites exhibit much enhanced efficiency for the degradation of bisphenol A(BPA;ca.100% within 60 min under visible irradiation)in a wide pH range of 3.0-7.8,which is significa.tly higher than that of the pristine schwertmannite(ca.74.5%)or N-TiO_(2)(ca.10.8%).In this photo-Fenton system,the efficient degradation of BPA is mainly attributed to the oxidation by hydroxyl radica.(·OH)and singlet oxygen(^(1)O_(2)).Moreover,the possible ca.alytic mechanisms and reaction pathway of BPA degradation are systematica.ly investigated based on analytica. and photoelectrochemica. *** work not only provides a feasible means for the development of novel heterogeneous photo-Fenton ca.alysts,but also lays a theoretica. foundation for the potential applica.ion of mineral-based materials in wastewater treatment.
