Highland barley is a well-known cereal in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau area with high nutritional value,which has been reported to be a health-promoting grain for the obesity and the *** by certain microbiota can improve the flavor property and nutritional *** the present study,Lactiplantibacillus plantarum and Saccharomyces cerevisiae were singly or jointly applied to ferment highland barley,and the profile of volatile substances and lipid-lowering effects of the respective extracts were *** indicated that either *** or *** or co-fermentation could consume the polysaccharides of highland barley to provide energy,and dramatically increase the contents of total protein and *** chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)analysis revealed that the presence of *** was critical for production of the pleasant flavors,especially for the ethyl ester substances including hexadecanoic acid ethyl,hexanoic acid ethyl ester and so ***,we found that fermented highland barley extracts by *** exhibited stronger lipid-lowering effects in Caenorhabditis elegans than that by ***,while the co-fermentation not only emitted pleasant odors but also exerted high hypolipidemic *** all,co-fermentation by *** and *** was proposed to be a promising processing to improve the flavor and functional properties of highland barley.

The Righi±Leduc heat flux generated by the self-generated magnetic field in the ablative Rayleigh±Taylor instability driven by a laser irradiating thin targets is studied through two-dimensional extended-magnetohydrodynamic simulations. The perturbation structure gets into a low magnetization state though the peak strength of the self-generated magnetic field could reach hundreds of teslas. The Righi±Leduc effect plays an essential impact both in the linear and nonlinear stages, and it deflects the total heat flux towards the spike base. Compared to the case without the self-generated magnetic field included, less heat flux is concentrated at the spike tip, finally mitigating the ablative stabilization and leading to an increase in the velocity of the spike tip. It is shown that the linear growth rate is increased by about 10%and the amplitude during the nonlinear stage is increased by even more than 10%due to the feedback of the magnetic field,respectively. Our results reveal the importance of Righi±Leduc heat flux to the growth of the instability and promote deep understanding of the instability evolution together with the self-generated magnetic field, especially during the acceleration stage in inertial confinement fusion.

在数字经济时代,用户需求快速迭代已成为驱动企业战略变革的关键力量,由此形成的持续性资源限制将严重影响企业的成长速度。在此背景下,企业如何实现高成长,成为学术界和理论界共同关注的话题。本文通过对嘉数高成长过程的案例分析发现,企业在持续适应用户需求过程中,通过匹配性评估选择战略变革的时机,然后采用战略跟进和战略迟滞两种行动逻辑进行战略适应,并在此基础上依据阶段性适应结果调整其战略变革的行动时机和行动逻辑,从而控制战略节奏,这是企业实现高成长的关键机制。其中,战略跟进能快速响应用户需求,有助于企业实现借势成长,战略迟滞则有助于企业获取一定的独占性优势后,在暂缓响应用户需求的过程中为未来的战略跟进蓄势聚能。在这一过程中,双元学习为企业快速跟进用户新需求提供了解决方案,探索式学习则为企业暂缓跟进用户新需求提供了新的认知基础。企业通过控制战略节奏能实现战略变革的应势而谋和张弛有道,有助于企业有效把握用户需求变化所带来的市场机会,并最大化释放战略变革的效能,从而借用户需求变化之势实现自身的高成长。本文的研究结论有助于推动企业高成长与战略节奏理论研究的进一步发展,还有助于指导企业高成长实践。

Objective This study aimed to analyze the clinical efficacy of the Jianpi Shengxue tablet for treating renal *** A total of 200 patients with renal anemia from December 2020 to December 2022 were enrolled and randomly divided into two *** in the control group were treated with polysaccharide-iron complex,and those in the experimental group were administered Jianpi Shengxue *** 8 weeks of continuous treatment,the therapeutic outcomes regarding anemia were compared between the two *** After treatment,the red blood cell(RBC)count,hematocrit(HCT),reticulocyte percentage(RET),ferritin(SF),serum iron(SI),transferrin saturation(TSAT),and serum albumin(ALB)all increased(Pbinding capacity decreased(P<0.01)in the experimental ***,the improvements in RBC,HCT,RET,SF,SI,TAST,ALB,and clinical symptoms(fatigue,anorexia,dull skin complexion,numbness of hands and feet)in the experimental group were significantly greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate for treating renal anemia was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The Jianpi Shengxue tablet demonstrates efficacy in treating renal anemia,leading to significant improvements in the laboratory examination results and clinical symptoms of patients with renal anemia.

CO_(2) electroreduction to formic acid/formate would contribute to alleviating the energy and climate *** work reports a bi-based catalyst derived from the in-situ electroreduction of bi_(2)O_(2)CO_(3) modified with iodine and pyrenyl-graphdiyne(PGDY)on the surface for efficient electroreduction of CO_(2) in acidic electrolyte,with a high partial current density of 98.71 mA·cm^(-2) and high Faradaic efficiency(FE)>90%over the potential range from^(-1).2 to-1.5 V *** hydrogen electrode(RHE),as well as the long-term operational stability over 240 h without degradation in H-type *** results and density function theory calculations show that the synergistic effect of surface iodine and PGDY is responsible for this active and extremely stable process of CO_(2) electroreduction via lowering the energy barriers for formation of*OCHO intermediate,suppressing the competitive HER by enhancing the concentration of both K+and CO_(2) at reaction interface,as well as preventing the dissolution and re-deposition of active bi atoms on surface during catalytic *** work provides new insight into designing highly active and stable electrocatalysts for CO_(2) reduction.

AIM:To evaluate the clinical effect of a new surgery technique(covering corneal stromal lenticule,CSL)for macular hole(MH)in pathological ***:This was a prospective non-randomized series case *** eyes of 14 patients whose axial length were more than 29 mm and suffered from MH and macular hole retinal detachment(MHRD)were included in this *** cases were treated with 25-gauge pars plana vitrectomy(PPV)with internal limiting membrane(ILM)peeling,covering CSL and C_(3)F_(8) gas *** cases were followed for 6mo,and the best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA),healing status of MH,the reattached rate of retinal detachment(RD),and reoperation rate were ***:All cases were successfully performed the surgery and the postoperative follow-up was *** surgery,MHs were healed in all 14 eyes(100%,14/14)after assessed by optical coherence *** reattachment of retina was achieved in all 6 eyes(100%,6/6)with *** was improved in 12 eyes(85.71%,12/14),and had no significant change in 2 eyes(14.29%,2/14).The overall mean BCVA was improved from 1.80±0.77 to 0.82±0.46 logMAR(F=10.46,P<0.01).No serious complications occurred in all ***:The new surgery technique(covering CSL)has high reattached rate of RD and high healing rate of MH in pathological myopia in the preliminary *** it can effectively improve the visual function of *** new technique offers meaningful new ideas for treating refractory MH in pathological myopia.

Objective To assess the use of evidence-based research(EBR)approach in randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of acupuncture-related therapies for primary dysmenorrhea(PD).Methods PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database,Chinese biomedical Database,and China Science and Technology Journal Database were searched from January 2013 to December 2022 for RCTs of acupuncture on *** full text and references of each RCT were read to assess whether systematic reviews(SRs)or other types of studies with similar research questions and end-users’perspectives were cited to justify and design the *** addition,the discussion section were analyzed to evaluate whether trials placed the new result in the existing SRs to draw a *** logistic regression was used to find variables that associated with 3 aspects of EBR approach:(1)citing clinical studies for justification,(2)citing relevant studies that obtain the perspectives of end users,and(3)citing clinical studies for results *** Of 473 RCTs included,45.67%(216)of the trials cited relevant similar studies,21.56%(102)referenced to the studies that collected end-users’perspectives,and 10.99%(52)placed result in the context of the previous *** RCTs appropriately applied EBR *** all the included studies,3.17%(15)of the trials used SRs to inform study questions but none of them used updated SRs with acceptable quality;1.05%(5)of the trials cited SRs of end-user’s perspectives in the justification and design of the study,and only 1 trial added results in existing SR to draw a *** of publication,language,funding,registration,ethical approval and number of sites were significantly associated with 1 of the 3 aspects of EBR *** Few RCTs in acupuncture-related therapies for PD used the EBR approach to minimize research ***,research institutes,funding agencies,ethics committees,journals and peer

背景:目前关于耳科干细胞研究的动物实验大多是将其他动物种属的干细胞用于豚鼠模型,而对于豚鼠本身来源的干细胞研究报道极少。目的:观察豚鼠脂肪间充质干细胞成骨、成脂肪、成神经细胞分化的潜能,并探讨其应用于耳科实验的可能。方法:取豚鼠脂肪,分离脂肪间充质细胞培养至第3代,检测第1～10天细胞增殖吸光度值;流式细胞仪检测细胞的免疫表型;并行成骨细胞诱导、成脂肪细胞诱导、成神经细胞诱导及鉴定。结果与结论:脂肪间充质细胞增殖的生长曲线近似"S"形,传代后经过3d的潜伏期,4d进入对数生长期,8d进入平台期;锥虫蓝染色细胞拒染率94%～98%,从P0～P5细胞的总产量扩增了约3600倍;其细胞免疫表型CD29表达率86.3%,CD44表达率55.5%,CD45表达率为0.4%。成骨细胞诱导后经特异性染色可见矿化结节形成;成脂肪细胞诱导后经油红O染色胞浆内可见脂质滴;成神经细胞诱导后细胞形态与神经细胞类似,Nestin、GFAP、NF200染色均呈阳性。提示豚鼠脂肪间充质细胞在体外易于分离、培养及扩增,具有间充质干细胞的"干性",是一种适用于耳科实验研究的理想干细胞。

Background:There is a need for effective and safe therapies for psoriasis that provide sustained *** aim of this study was to assess the efficacy and safety of tildrakizumab,an anti-interleukin-23p19 monoclonal antibody,for treating moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis in Chinese ***:In this multi-center,double-blind,phase III trial,patients with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis were enrolled and randomly assigned(1:1)to receive subcutaneous tildrakizumab 100 mg or placebo at weeks 0 and *** initially assigned to placebo were switched to receive tildrakizumab at weeks 12,16,and every 12 weeks *** in the tildrakizumab group continued with tildrakizumab at week 16,and every 12 weeks until week *** primary endpoint was the Psoriasis Area and Severity Index(PASI 75)response rate at week ***:At week 12,tildrakizumab demonstrated significantly higher PASI 75 response rates(66.4%[73/110]vs.12.7%[14/110];difference,51.4%[95%confidence interval(CI),40.72,62.13];P<0.001)and Physician’s Global Assessment(60.9%[67/110]vs.10.0%[11/110];difference,49.1%[95%CI,38.64,59.62];P<0.001)compared to *** 75 response continued to improve over time in both tildrakizumab and placebo-switching to tildrakizumab groups,reaching maximal efficacy after 28 weeks(86.8%[92/106]vs.82.4%[89/108])and maintained up to 52 weeks(91.3%[95/104]vs.87.4%[90/103]).Most treatment-emergent adverse events were mild and not related to ***:Tildrakizumab demonstrated durable efficacy through week 52 and was well tolerated in Chinese patients with moderate-to-severe plaque *** registration:***,NCT05108766.
