Adoptive cell therapy(ACT)is an immunotherapy strategy for cancer that has seen widespread clinical *** ACT,patient-derived lymphocytes are stimulated with the antigen of interest ex vivo,proliferated,then returned to the patient to initiate an antigen-specific antitumor *** effective,this process is resource-intensive and logistically impossible for many *** artificial antigen presenting cells(aAPCs)offer a potential“off-the-shelf”alternative to ex vivo *** particulate aAPCs perform well in vitro,they have had limited success in vivo due to poor bioavailability after *** to bioavailability include rapid clearance,unfavorable biodistribution,and inadequate interactions with CD8+T cells at sites of *** properties such as elasticity have been shown to vastly impact the bioavailability and particle-cell interactions,but this has yet to be investigated in the context of aAPCs for in vivo T-cell *** literature likewise indicates that biomaterial properties,especially elasticity,can modulate T-cell activation in *** the goal of creating a more biomimetic,next-generation particulate aAPC,we developed a poly(ethylene)glycol hydrogel particle platform with tunable elasticity to investigate the impact of elasticity on antigen-specific T cell activation for in vivo adoptive *** this knowledge,we were able to gain more precise control over in vivo T cell activation and investigate possible mechanisms including the effects of aAPC elasticity on T cell binding,macrophage uptake,and the protein corona.

In order to find a new way to improve the dispersion ability of nanometer material, an investigation on preparation of thin film with low surface energy on the surface of nanometer material by means of plasma polymerization has been done. Some physical behaviors and chemical constitution of prepared film as well as the influence of polymerized film on nanometer material were tested. All the experimental results showed that this is a possible way to improve the dispersion ability of nanometer materials.

New Schiff base Macrocyclic compound of 2,3: 11, 12:20, 21:29, 30-tetrabenzo-1,13,16,19,31,34-hexaoxa-5,6,8,9,23,24,26,27-octaaza-7,25-dithione-2,3:4,5:9,10:11,12:22, 23:27,28:29,30 cyclo-[36]ene (thione2B4[36] ene-O6N8) containing THF has been prepared. It crystallizes in the monoclinic, space group P21/n. with parameters a=9.829(5) b=24.23(1), c=10.181(9), β=92.93(5)°, Z=2, V=2422(3)3, Dc=1.25gcm-3. Data collection: Rigaku AFC-5R diffractometer,(MoKα, λ=0.71069), ω /2θ scans. θmax=25°, empirical absorption correction, 4658 measured reflections, 4387 independent, 1743 observed reflections [I≥3σ(I)]. The final R=0.056. RW=0.069,S=1 .54, (Δ/σ)max=0.01,Δρmax=0.36e-3.

Effects of Growth Temperature on Structural and Electrical Properties of Li-N-H Codoped ZnO

Effects of growth temperature on the structural and electrical properties of Li-N-H codoped ZnO thin films grown by DC reactive magnetron sputtering were investigated. Scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction results showed that increasing growth temperature could improve the crystalline quality. But Hall measurement results showed that growth temperature had a nonlinear influence on the electrical property. The variation of electrical properties with the growth temperature was found to be related to the activated concentration of N in ZnO and the evaporation of Li during the growth process, derived from the Hall measurement and the second ion mass spectroscopy measurement.

The joint European Space Agency and Chinese Academy of Sciences Solar wind Magnetosphere Ionosphere Link Explorer(SMILE)mission will explore global dynamics of the magnetosphere under varying solar wind and interplanetary magnetic field conditions,and simultaneously monitor the auroral response of the Northern Hemisphere *** these large-scale responses with medium and fine-scale measurements at a variety of cadences by additional ground-based and space-based instruments will enable a much greater scientific impact beyond the original goals of the SMILE ***,we describe current community efforts to prepare for SMILE,and the benefits and context various experiments that have explicitly expressed support for SMILE can offer.A dedicated group of international scientists representing many different experiment types and geographical locations,the Ground-based and Additional Science Working Group,is facilitating these *** include constructing an online SMILE Data Fusion Facility,the discussion of particular or special modes for experiments such as coherent and incoherent scatter radar,and the consideration of particular observing strategies and spacecraft *** anticipate growing interest and community engagement with the SMILE mission,and we welcome novel ideas and insights from the solar-terrestrial community.

A recent study by Adams and colleagues published in Nature unveiled more than one hundred genes that are involved in micronucleus formation,1 which is a biomarker for genomic instability and associated with aging,cancer,and other disorders.2 As an outstanding achievement,the authors identified DSCC1(DNA Replication And Sister Chromatid Cohesion 1)as a critical gene protecting against early developmental defects,genomic instability,reduced proliferative capacity,cohesinopathy-related phenotypes,and tumor development in vivo.

Wind power data pricing method based on an alliance cooperation game

To give full play to the value of wind power data and bring extra profit to a wind farm, this paper proposes a wind power data pricing method based on alliance cooperation game theory. First, a wind power data trading process and pricing approach considering third-party supervision are proposed. Secondly, adjacent station data is obtained through data trading, and a vector autoregressive model is used to improve wind power forecasting accuracy, thereby reducing imbalance costs in electricity market transactions, increasing the overall generation profit of wind power plants, and reflecting the value of the traded data. Then, the excess profit generated before and after data trading (i.e., the increase in generation profit using traded data) is distributed to the data sellers as the pricing of the traded data using an alliance cooperation game, quantitatively measuring the value of the data. Finally, considering the spatio-temporal characteristics of wind power, the data trading parties are determined by maximizing the data value, achieving fair and reasonable data pricing. The case analysis results demonstrate that the proposed method can enhance wind power forecasting accuracy, increase wind farm generation profits, and achieve fairness and rationality in wind power data pricing. © 2024 Power System Protection and Control Press. BACKGROUND Heterotopic mesenteric ossification(HMO)is a clinically rare condition characterized by the formation of bone tissue in the *** worldwide reporting of such cases is limited to just over 70 instances in the medical *** etiology of HMO remains unclear,but the disease is possibly induced by mechanical trauma,ischemia,or intra-left lower quadrant abdominal infection,leading to the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into ***,we present a rare case of HMO that occurred in a 34-year-old male,who presented with left lower quadrant abdominal *** SUMMARy We report the case of a 34-year-old male patient who presented with left lower abdominal pain following trauma to the left lower *** subsequently underwent surgical treatment,and the postoperative pathological diagnosis was *** We believe that although there is limited literature and research on HMO,when patients with a history of trauma or surgery to the left lower abdomen present with corresponding imaging findings,clinicians should be vigilant in distinguishing this condition and promptly selecting appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.

针对社会组织研究传统范式中过度强调政府与社会、组织与环境之间“二元对立”的倾向,文章以G省j市A协会为个案,试图从合作博弈和创新理论的双重视角,通过对其转型发展过程的系统考察,阐明合作与创新对社会组织可持续发展的深远意义。研究发现,A协会之所以能够从一个“草根组织”成功转型为当地发展势头强劲的志愿服务机构,关键在于它主动选择了合作与创新的行动策略。通过这一典型案例发现,一方面,社会组织的合作行为在中国具有独特的政治优势和文化优势,使之能够被纳入国家治理的总体框架而得以有效地实现;另一方面,社会组织创新在中国具有悠久的历史基础、深厚的文化积淀、迫切的现实需要和强大的实践主体,加之创新内容和形式的多元性特征,使之具备了可持续发展的更大可能性和可行性。因此,坚持合作与创新“两条腿走路”,是社会组织谋求可持续发展的必然选择。
