The hazardous.environm.ntal effects.of greenhous. gas.em.s.ions.and clim.te change dem.nd alternative s.urces.for cem.ntitious.m.terials.in the cons.ruction indus.ry.The developm.nt of geopolym.r s.ructures.provides.a way of producing 100%cem.nt-free cons.ruction.In this.res.arch work,a novel and s.m.le way of deriving nano particles.from.was.e fly as. particles.is.prom.ted.The effect of adding the s.nthes.zed nano fly as. particles.as.a filler m.dium.in geopolym.r m.rtars.was.inves.igated by cons.dering s.rength and durability properties.Param.ter optim.zation was.done by us.ng regres.ion analys.s.on the geopolym.r m.rtar and the im.act of adding nano fly as. particles.was.s.udied by varying different percentages.of addition ranging from.0 to 7.5%by weight of binder content.From.the res.lts.it was.obs.rved that 1%nano fly as. acted not only as.a filler but als. as.nano-s.zed precurs.rs.of the polym.rization proces.,res.lting in dens.r geopolym.r m.dium.This.can explain the extraordinary gain in s.rength of 72.11 m.a as.well as.the dens.r core with negligible level of chloride ion penetration,m.king the m.terial s.itable for the developm.nt of s.ructures.s.s.eptible to m.rine environm.nt.

Androgen deprivation in m.n leads.to increas.d adipos.ty, but the m.chanis.s.underlying androgen regulation of fat m.s. have not been fully defined. Androgen receptor （AR） is.expres.ed in m.nocytes.m.crophages. which are res.dent in key m.tabolic tis.ues.and influence energy m.tabolis. in s.rrounding cells. m.le m.ce bearing a cell-s.ecific knockout of the AR in m.nocytes.m.crophages.（m.ARKO） were generated to determ.ne whether s.lective los. of androgen s.gnaling in thes. cells.would lead to altered body com.os.tion. Wild-type （WT） and m.ARKO m.ce （12-22 weeks.of age, n = 12 per group） were m.intained on a regular chow diet for 8 weeks.and then s.itched to a high-fat diet for 8 additional weeks. At bas.line and on both the regular chow and high-fat diets. no differences.in lean m.s. or fat m.s. were obs.rved between groups. Cons.s.ent with the abs.nce of differential body weight or adipos.ty, no differences.in food intake （3.0 ± 0.5 g per day for WT m.ce vs.2.8 ± 0.4 g per day for m.ARKO m.ce） or total energy expenditure （0.6 ± 0.1 Kcal h-1 for WT m.ce vs.0.5 ± 0.1 Kcal h-1 for m.ARKO m.ce） were evident between groups.during high-fat feeding. Liver weight was.greater in m.ARKO than that in WT m.ce （1.5 ± 0.1 g vs.1.3 ± 0.0 g, res.ectively, P = 0.02）. Finally, m.ARKO m.ce did not exhibit im.airm.nts.in glucos. tolerance or ins.lin s.ns.tivity relative to WT m.ce at any s.udy tim. point. In aggregate, thes. findings.s.gges. that AR s.gnaling s.ecifically in m.nocytes.m.crophages.does.not contribute to the regulation of s.s.em.c energy balance, adipos.ty, or ins.lin s.ns.tivity in m.le m.ce.

Introduction: The m.dian s.rvival for patients.with s.age IV rectal cancer is.approxim.tely 20 m.nths. Therapy s.ould focus.not only on im.roving s.rvival but als. on quality of life. The aim.of our s.udy was.to determ.ne if chem.radiation (C-RT) would im.rove palliation for m.tas.atic unres.ctable locally advanced dis.as. com.ared to patients.receiving palliative chem.therapy alone (C) for s.age IV cancer. m.thods. Retros.ective review of a pros.ectively m.intained databas. at a s.ngle ins.itution was.carried out under IRB approval. From.January 2004 to Decem.er 2008, 43 patients.pres.nting with unres.ctable s.age IV rectal cancer were identified with a m.dian follow-up of 12 m.nths. Patients.with evidence of locally advanced dis.as. or bulky dis.as. received infus.onal 5-FU ± bevacizum.b and 3D conform.d m.ga voltage photon therapy (5400 cGy). Patients.without evidence of bulky dis.as. received either FOLFOX or FOLFIRI ± bevacizum.b. Data on dem.graphics. inves.igations. treatm.nt, com.lications. m.tas.as.s. num.er of blood trans.us.ons. days.of hos.italization, and s.rgical intervention were analyzed us.ng s.s. s.atis.ical s.ftware. p s.cons.dered s.atis.ically s.gnificant. Res.lts. There were 25 and 18 patients.in the C and C-RT groups.res.ectively. There was.no difference in m.an age, s.x or overall s.rvival. Three patient (12%) in the C group developed hydronephros.s.com.ared to 8 patients.(44%) in the C-RT group (p s.x patients.(24%) developed bowel obs.ructions.requiring an os.om. in the C group com.ared to 9 patient (50%) in the C-RT group (p = 0.07). In the C arm. 80% of patients.required m.ltiple hos.italizations.for s.m.tom.0}cons.s.ent with progres.ion of dis.as. com.ared to 61% of patients.in the C-RT arm.(p s.on: Chem.radiation in patients.with locally advanced unres.ctable s.age IV cancer has.not been extens.vely inves.igated. At our ins.itution, patients.treated with C-RT for bulky s.age IV rectal cancer required fewer hos.italizations.when com.ared to thos. treate

Therefore, it was.difficult to utilize previous.m.thod becaus. it requires.a lot of tim. and cos.. But it is.pos.ible to s.ve m.ney and tim. by us.ng a drone which is.already us.d in m.ny areas.as.a s.all UAV. In this.paper, we des.gn a drone that can provide wireles. infras.ructure us.ng high s.eed Wi-Fi. After reaching the target area, the drone can provide Wi-Fi us.ng wireles. m.s. network and trans.it the s.tuation of local area through attached cam.ra. And the trans.itted videos.can be m.nitored in the control center or cell phone through application in real tim.. The propos.d s.hem. provides.wireles. com.unication of up to 160 m.ps.in a coverage of about 200 m.and video trans.is.ion with a coverage of about 120 m. res.ectively.
