Tests of discrete symmetry violation have played an important role in understanding the structure of weak interactions in the Standard Model of particle physics. Historically, these measurements have been extensively performed in experiments with large samples of K and B mesons. A high luminosity τ-charm facility presents physicists with the opportunity to comprehensively explore discrete symmetry violation and test the Standard Model using τ leptons, charm mesons, and charmed baryons. This paper discusses several possible measurements for a future T-charm factory.

This paper presents a comprehensive overview of the element-wise locally conservative Galerkin(LCG)*** LCG method was developed to find a method that had the advantages of the discontinuous Galerkin methods,without the large computational and memory *** initial application of the method is discussed,to the simple scalar transient convection-diffusion equation,along with its extension to the Navier-Stokes equations utilising the Characteristic Based Split(CBS)*** element-by-element solution approach removes the standard finite element assembly necessity,with an face flux providing continuity between these elemental *** face flux provides explicit local conservation and can be determined via a simple small post-processing *** LCG method obtains a unique solution from the elemental contributions through the use of simple *** is shown within this paper that the LCG method provides equivalent solutions to the continuous(global)Galerkin method for both steady state and transient *** numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the abilities of the LCG method.

Pseudomyxoma peritonei (PMP) is an uncommon "bor-derline malignancy" generally arising from a perforated appendiceal epithelial tumour. Optimal treatment involves a combination of cytoreductive surgery (CRS) with heated intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC). Controversy persists regarding the pathological classification and its prognostic value. Computed tomography scanning is the optimal preoperative staging technique. Tumour marker elevations correlate with worse prognosis and increased recurrence rates. Following CRS with HIPEC, 5-year survival ranges from 62.5% to 100% for low grade, and 0%-65% for high grade disease. Treat-ment related morbidity and mortality ranges from 12 to 67.6%, and 0 to 9%, respectively. Surgery and HIPEC are the optimal treatment for PMP which is at best a "borderline" peritoneal malignancy.

Anthracnose disease caused by the Colletotrichum gloeosporioides species complex is a major problem *** this study,we investigated the phylogenetic diversity of 207 Indian Colletotrichum isolates,associated with symptomatic and asymptomatic tissues of mango,belonging to this species *** analyses were performed based on a 6-gene dataset(act,cal,chs1,gapdh,ITS and tub2),followed by ApMat *** ApMat-based phylogeny was found to be superior as it provided finer resolution in most of the species-level ***,the ApMat marker identified seven lineages within *** sensu lato,including ***-sambac,***,***,*** sensu stricto and three undesignated,potentially novel *** this study,*** sensu stricto,***,***-sambac,*** and five undesignated,potentially novel lineages were found to be associated with mango *** is a need to develop a consensus among mycologists as to which genes should be used to define and delimit a Colletotrichum species and in the mean time mycologists should voluntarily restrain from describing new species based on inadequate datasets.

Tyrosine aminotransferase(TAT)catalyzes the transamination of tyrosine and other aromatic amino *** enzyme is thought to play a role in tyrosinemia type II,hepatitis and hepatic carcinoma *** objective of this study is to investigate its biochemical and structural characteristics and substrate specificity in order to provide insight regarding its involvement in these *** TAT(mTAT)was cloned from a mouse cDNA library,and its recombinant protein was produced using Escherichia coli cells and purified using various chromatographic *** recombinant mTAT is able to catalyze the transamination of tyrosine usingα-ketoglutaric acid as an amino group acceptor at neutral *** enzyme also can use glutamate and phenylalanine as amino group donors and p-hydroxyphenylpyruvate,phenylpyruvate and alpha-ketocaproic acid as amino group *** macromolecular crystallography we have determined the mTAT crystal structure at 2.9Å*** crystal structure revealed the interaction between the pyridoxal-5′-phosphate cofactor and the enzyme,as well as the formation of a disulphide *** detection of disulphide bond provides some rational explanation regarding previously observed TAT inactivation under oxidative conditions and reactivation of the inactive TAT in the presence of a reducing *** dynamics simulations using the crystal structures of Trypanosoma cruzi TAT and human TAT provided further insight regarding the substrate-enzyme interactions and substrate *** biochemical and structural properties of TAT and the binding of its cofactor and the substrate may help in elucidation of the mechanism of TAT inhibition and activation.

UAV marine monitoring plays an essential role in marine environmental protection because of its flexibility and convenience,low cost and convenient *** marine environmental monitoring,the similarity between objects such as oil spill and sea surface,Spartina alterniflora and algae is high,and the effect of the general segmentation algorithm is poor,which brings new challenges to the segmentation of UAV marine *** segmentation can do object detection and semantic segmentation at the same time,which can well solve the polymorphism problem of objects in UAV ocean ***,there are few studies on UAV marine image recognition with panoptic *** addition,there are no publicly available panoptic segmentation datasets for UAV *** this work,we collect and annotate UAV images to form a panoptic segmentation UAV dataset named UAV-OUC-SEG and propose a panoptic segmentation method named ***,to deal with the large intraclass variability in scale,deformable convolution and CBAM attention mechanism are employed in the backbone to obtain more accurate ***,due to the complexity and diversity of marine images,boundary masks by the Laplacian operator equation from the ground truth are merged into feature maps to improve boundary segmentation *** demonstrate the advantages of PanopticUAV beyond the most other advanced approaches on the UAV-OUC-SEG dataset.

近年来,交通规划软件所使用的方法从对交通量的宏观分配转变为对单个车辆的微观仿真。这一方法论的改变意味着需要对委任交通工程项目、项目管理以及对其结果进行解释等的职能部门的指导方针进行更新,以便能反映微观仿真的独特能力。与之前的模型相比,微型仿真能够更完整和详细地反映道路交通状况的内在变化。位于苏格兰的SIAS交通规划咨询公司就此编写了《微观仿真最佳咨询项目指南》和《交通微观仿真分析指南》,以帮助交通从业人员从事微观仿真项目和解释其结果。这些指导方针是基于该公司进行项目咨询和开发S-Paramics微观仿真软件的经验基础上编写而成的。

此项研究中,采用计算机视觉技术,通过普通照相机,在普通照明条件下连续拍摄秦兵马俑雕塑的局部,然后使用计算机软件生成3D模型,恢复陶俑雕塑,特别是陶俑耳朵的三维结构,并通过3D形态测量和生物特征对比,研究兵马俑雕塑中的个性化特征以及相关的雕塑方法。因为在过去学术研究中,就秦兵马俑的雕塑方法是模制,还是个性化雕刻,一直有很大的争议。本文以此为研究案例,旨在抛砖引玉,激发对于这一新研究领域的进一步讨论。
