This pape. re.orts the.de.e.mination of stability constants for comple.e. of Pb(Ⅱ) with Gly, Ala, Asp and Gly-Gly using both micro-pH-me.ric titrations and the.application of convolution-de. convolution cyclic voltamme.ry at 25℃ and I = 0.10 ***^(-3)(KNO_3). Stability constants we.e.calculate. from pH-me.ric data using the.SUPe.QUAD compute. program and cyclic voltammograms we.e.colle.te., store. and manipulate. using the.e.G and G CONDe.ON 300 software. A conside.- ably large. ligand: me.al ratio (e.g. 50:1) was possible.using voltamme.ry. Unde. the.e.conditions, hydroxy comple. formation was minimise. and the.formation of bis-comple.e. optimise.. Compute. base. calculations we.e.carrie. out on PC-compatible.microcompute.s fitte. with mathe.atics co- proce.sors. e.aluation of re.ults from the.two te.hnique. sugge.ts that stability constants for the.spe.ie. Obje.tive. The.aim of the.study is to asse.s the.risk of post-ope.ative.outcome.in rhe.matoid arthritis (RA) patie.ts continuing ve.sus stopping combination the.apy of me.hotre.ate.(MTX) and hydroxychloroquine.(HCQ) or tumor ne.rosis factor α inhibitors (TNF) prior to surge.y. Me.hods: Using the.Unite. State. Ve.e.ans Affairs (VA) database., we.ide.tifie. surgical proce.ure. in a 17-ye.r cohort of RA patie.ts. Among those.patie.ts, those.on MTX + HCQ or MTX + TNF we.e.ide.tifie.. Post-ope.ative.outcome.variable. include.infe.tion, le.gth of post-ope.ative.hospital stay and de.th. Re.ults: We.ide.tifie. a total of 29,708 surge.ie. in RA patie.ts. Among the., we.ide.tifie. the.most re.e.t e.e.tive.surge.ie. without pre.ope.ative.infe.tion in 16,174 patie.ts. The.e.we.e.783 and 550 patie.ts on MTX + HCQ and MTX + TNF, re.pe.tive.y. The.rate. of post-op infe.tion we.e.5% and 4% for the.MTX + HCQ and MTX + TNF continuing me.ication groups, re.pe.tive.y, similar to the.ge.e.al RA population (5%). Se.sitivity analyse. at various time.points of discontinuation combination the.apie. prior to surge.y did not show significant change.in te.ms of infe.tion. Conclusions: The.pre.ale.ce.of adve.se.outcome.is low. The.proportion of post-ope.ative.infe.tion in continuing and discontinuing me.icine.groups is similar for both MTX + HCQ and MTX + TNF. While.we.we.e.unable.to formally compare.proportions of post-ope.ative.infe.tion among the.two groups, the.e.pre.iminary findings do not support the.hypothe.is that continuing e.the. MTX + TNF or MTX + HCQ combination during pe.iope.ative.pe.iod incre.se. post-ope.ative.infe.tion compare. with discontinuation prior to the.apy.

She.had a past me.ical history of bradycardia, hypote.sion and syncope.that re.uire. dual chambe. cardiac pace.ake. place.e.t 6 ye.rs e.rlie., and one.e.isode.of le.t uppe. e.tre.ity ve.ous thrombosis re.ate. to re.lace.e.t of the.pace.ake. wire.4 ye.rs e.rlie.. In the.e.rly se.ond trime.te., the.patie.t be.an e.pe.ie.cing light-he.de.ne.s and bre.thle.sne.s with e.e.tion. The.rate.se.tings of the.pace.ake. we.e.incre.se. with re.olution of the.patie.t’s symptoms. The.patie.t unde.we.t primary ce.are.n se.tion at 39 we.ks ge.tation with de.ive.y of a he.lthy te.m infant. Pre.pe.ative.ane.the.ia consultation was obtaine.. This study was imple.e.te. at the.Unive.sity of Khartoum to inve.tigate.the.prote.tive.e.fe.t of came. milk mixe. with came. urine.against alcohol-induce. live. damage.in Wistar albino rats. The.re.sons for combining came. milk and urine.toge.he. are.be.ause.that in Sudan this combination is use. e.te.sive.y in traditional me.icine.and the. claime. that this combination cure. a lot of dise.se. including live. dise.se.and jaundice.25 Wiste. Albino rats of both se.e. we.e.brought and divide. into 5 groups. Group 1 (control group) re.e.ve. normal saline. group 2 re.e.ve. e.hanol 10% at dose.of (0.5 g/100g body we.ght) and group 3 rats re.e.ve. Silymarin (5 mg/100g body we.ght) plus e.hanol 10% (0.5 g/100g). Group 4 re.e.ve. a mixture.of came. milk and urine.(1:1) at the.rate.of 2 ml/100g and group 5 rats we.e.administe.e. with the.mixture.of came.’s milk and urine.as in group 4 plus e.hanol 10% (0.5 g/100g). All tre.tme.ts give. by an oral intubation, e.pe.ime.t lasts for 28 days, rats we.e.e.thanize., se.um sample. and live. se.tions obtaine.. Oral administration of 10% e.hanol (0.5 g/100g) induce. live. damage.which was cle.r in group 2 in a form of ge.e.alize. ne.rosis, fatty change.and conge.tion, be.ide.high e.e.ation of se.um e.zyme. (AST, ALT, and ALP). Giving came.’s milk and urine.mixture.to group 5 with e.hanol 10% (0.5 g/100g), re.ulte. in significant re.uction of le.e.s of se.um e.zyme. (AST, ALT, and ALP) and in stabilization of se.um me.abolite. (total prote.n, albumin and bilirubin). The.de.re. of re.uction was lowe. whe. significantly compare. to (Silymarin + e.hanol) group, and all re.ults we.e.ve.ifie. by the.histopathological change.. He.atoprote.tive.e.fe.ts of came.’s milk and urine.mixture.we.e.re.orde. and this could be.attribute. to antioxidant activity or to its che.ate.e.fe.ts on toxicants. Drinking raw came. milk and urine.mixture. it was use. e.te.sive.y in traditional me.icine.in Sudan and it was found safe.without any ill e.fe.t.
