In this work,high quality uniform and dense nanostructured cobalt-doped zinc oxide(ZnO:Co)films were used as electron-transport layers in CH3NH3Pbl3-based planar heterojunction perovskite solar cells(PSCs)on a flexible conductive *** photo catalytically active ZnO:Co films were prepared by a low cost hydrothermal process using the aqueous solution of zinc nitrate hexahydrate,hexamethylenete-tramine and cobalt(II)nitrate ***:Co films were deposited on indium tin oxide(ITO)covered polyethylene terephthalate(PET)flexible *** growth was controlled by maintaining the autoclave temperature at 150℃for 4 *** CH3NH3Pbl3 layer was deposited on the ZnO:Co films by spin ***-OmeTAD was employed as a hole-transporting *** structural,morphology and optical properties of the grown ZnO nanostructures were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),field-emission scanning electron microcopy(FESEm),energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometry(EDX),ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis)and photoelectrochemical *** spectra showed that both ZnO and ZnO:Co nanorods had a hexagonal wurtzite structure with a strong preferred orientation along the(002)*** surface morphology of films was studied by FESEm and showed that both the pure and Co-doped ZnO films had hexagonal shaped *** the steady state,the ZnO electrode gave a photocurrent density of about 1.5 mA/***,the Co-doped ZnO electrode showed a photocurrent density of about 6 mA/cm^2,which is 4-fold higher than that of the ZnO *** on the above synthesized Co-doped ZnO films,the photovoltaic performance of PSCs was *** Co-doped ZnO layers had a significant impact on the photovoltaic conversion efficiency(PCE)of the *** latter was attributed to an efficient charge separation and transport due to the better coverage of perovskite on the nanostructured Co-doped ZnO *** a result,the measured PCE under standard solar conditions(A m 1.5G,100 mW/cm^2)r

Indium sulfide （InzS3） thin films were prepared by chemical spray pyrolysis technique from solutions with different [S]/[In] ratios on glass substrates at a constant temperature of 250 ~C. Thin films were characterized by X-ray diffraction （XRD）, scanning electron microscopy （SEm）, atomic force microscopy （AFm）, energy disper- sive X-ray spectroscopy （EDS）, Raman spectroscopy and optical transmittance spectroscopy. All samples exhibit a polycrystalline structure with a preferential orientation along （0, 0, 12）. A good stoichiometry was attained for all samples. The morphology of thin film surfaces, as seen by SEm, was dense and no cracks or pinholes were ob- served. Raman spectroscopy analysis shows active modes belonging to j3-1naS3 phase. The optical transmittance in the visible range is higher than 60% and the band gap energy slightly increases with the sulfur to indium ratio, attaining a value of 2.63 eV for [S]/[In] ： 4.5.

This investigation is an analysis of the influence of landform instability on the distribution of land-use dynamics in a hydrographical basin, located in the mexican Volcanic Belt mountain range (central mexico), currently affected by substantial changes in land use and deforestation. A landform map was produced, in addition to seven attribute maps - altimetry, drainage density, slope, relief energy, potential erosion, geology and tectonics - which were considered as factors for determining landform instability through multi-criteria Evaluation Analysis. Likewise, the direction and rhythm of land-use dynamics were analyzed in four dates - between 1976 and 2000 - and cross tabulations were made between them, in order to analyze the trends and processes of land-use dynamics. Afterwards, the databases obtained were cross tabulated with the landform variables to derive areas, percentages and correlation indices. In the study area, high-instability landforms are associated with most ancient volcanic and sedimentary landforms, where high altitude, drainage density, slope and potential to develop gravitational and fluvial processes are the major factors favouring a land-use pattern, dominated by the conservation of extensive forest land, abandonment of human land use and regeneration of disturbed areas. In contrast, low-instability landforms correspond to alluvial plains and lava hills covered by pyroclasts, where low potential erosion to develop fluvial processes, added to water and soil availability and accessibility, have favoured a land-use pattern dominated by the expansion of agroforestry plantations and human settlements, showing a marked trend towards either intensification or permanence of the current land use and with little abandonment and regeneration.

Thin hybrid films of ZnO/eosin-Y were prepared by electrodeposition at-0.8 and-0.9 V in aqueous and non-aqueous baths at temperatures ranging from 40 to 90 ℃ with dye concentrations of 100 and 400 μmol·*** films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEm),energy-dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX),and absorption *** films prepared in a non-aqueous bath were non-porous and did not adsorb dye molecules on their ***,the films grown in aqueous media were porous in nature and adsorbed dye during the deposition of *** growth of the film along the (002) face was observed,and the highest crystallinity was achieved when the film was deposited at 60 ℃.The maximum absorption was achieved for the films grown at 60 to 70 ℃,a deposition potential of-0.9 V,and a dye concentration of 100 μmol·L-1.
