Aims:Alt.ough t.e applicat.on of ult.asound-guided vascular punct.re and Z-st.t.h hemost.sis t. manage femoral access has been widely ut.lized,t.ere is limit.d dat. on t.is combined applicat.on in adult.congenit.l heart.disease(ACHD)pat.ent. undergoing elect.ophysiological(EP)*** sought.t. evaluat. t.e safet. and efﬁcacy of ult.asound-guided punct.re and post.rocedural Z-st.t.h hemost.sis for ACHD pat.ent. under-going EP *** and Result.:t.e populat.on of ACHD pat.ent. undergoing t.ansfemoral EP pro-cedures at.t.e Universit. of Zurich Heart.Cent.r bet.een January 2019 and December 2022 was observed and *** t.e st.dy period,femoral access(left.right.art.rial/venous)was performed under real-t.me ult.asound *** t.e end of t.e procedure,a single Z-st.t.h was performed at.t.e punct.re *** eval-uat.d t.e incidence of in-hospit.l complicat.ons associat.d wit. femoral access punct.re in t.is *** 101 pat.ent. who had a t.t.l of 147 previous ipsilat.ral vascular punct.res(mean 1.5 per person),100 pat.ent. underwent.successful femoral vascular access for EP *** median age of t.e pat.ent. was 47±15 years and 34(34%)were male.Z-st.t.hes were performed aft.r t.e procedure in 100 pat.ent. wit. 303 femoral vascular accesses(mean 3 punct.res per person).No pat.ent.developed vascular punct.re relevant.inguinal hemat.ma,pseudo aneurysm,art.riovenousﬁst.la,venous or art.rial ***:In ACHD pat.ent. undergoing EP procedures,opt.mal femoral access management.can be achieved wit. ult.a-sound-guided punct.re and post.rocedural Z-st.t.h hemost.sis.

Physical rest.aint. are widely used and accept.d as prot.ct.ve measures during t.eat.ent.in int.nsive care unit.(ICU). t.is review of t.e lit.rat.re summarizes t.e adverse event. and out.omes associat.d wit. physical rest.aint.use, and t.e risk fact.rs associat.d wit. t.eir use during t.eat.ent.in t.e ICU. t.e PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar dat.bases were screened using predefined search t.rms t. ident.fy st.dies pert.ining t. adverse event. and/or out.omes associat.d wit. physical rest.aint.use, and t.e fact.rs associat.d wit. t.eir use in adult.pat.ent. admit.ed t. t.e ICU. A t.t.l of 24 art.cles (including 6126 pat.ent.) t.at.were published bet.een 2006 and 2022 were ident.fied. t.e described adverse event. associat.d wit. physical rest.aint.use included skin injuries, subsequent.delirium, neurofunct.onal impairment. and a higher rat. of post.t.aumat.c st.ess disorder. Subsequent.delirium was t.e most.frequent.adverse event.t. be report.d. No alt.rnat.ve measures t. physical rest.aint. were discussed, and only one st.dy report.d a st.ndardized prot.col for t.eir use. Alt.ough physical rest.aint.use has been report.d t. be associat.d wit. adverse event. (including neurofunct.onal impairment. in t.e lit.rat.re, t.e available evidence is limit.d. An int.rnal solit.ry wave of elevat.on in a t.o-layer densit. st.at.fied syst.m of an incompressible, viscous and homogeneous fluid was st.died. t.e run-up of a wave of elevat.on encount.ring different.slopes was invest.gat.d numerically based on solving t.e cont.nuit., Navier-St.kes and convect.ve-diffusion equat.ons wit.in t.e Boussinesq approximat.on. t.e commercial soft.are COMSOL Mult.physics was used t. conduct.t.e numerical simulat.ons. For gradual shoals, a bolus formed t.at.t.ansport.d dense fluid up t.e shoal. t.e bolus disappeared when it.reached it. maximum height.on t.e slope due t. t.e draining of t.e dense fluid. Various shoal angles were simulat.d t. det.ct.t.e crit.cal angle above which a bolus does not.form. An angle of 30 or less result.d in t.e format.on of a bolus. In addit.on, t.e simulat.ons demonst.at.d t.at.t.e size of t.e bolus induced by shallower slopes was larger and t.at.t.e vert.cal height.t.aveled by t.e bolus was insensit.ve t. t.e slope of t.e shoal.

Aeromagnet.c dat. over t.e Mamfe Basin have been processed. A regional magnet.c gridded dat.set.was obt.ined from t.e t.t.l Magnet.c Int.nsit. (t.I) dat. grid using a 3 × 3 convolut.on (Hanning) filt.r t. remove regional t.ends. Major similarit.es in magnet.c field orient.t.on and int.nsit.es were observed at.ident.cal locat.ons on bot. t.e regional and t.I dat. grids. From t.e regional and t.I gridded dat.set., t.e residual dat.set.was generat.d which represent. t.e very shallow geological feat.res of t.e basin. Processing t.is residual dat. grid using t.e Source Paramet.r Imaging (SPI) for magnet.c dept. suggest. t.at.t.e est.mat.d dept.s t. magnet.c sources in t.e basin range from about.271 m t. 3552 m. t.e highest.dept.s are locat.d in t.o main locat.ons somewhere around t.e cent.al port.on of t.e st.dy area which correspond t. t.e area wit. posit.ve magnet.c suscept.bilit.es, as well as t.e areas ext.nding out.ards across t.e east.rn boundary of t.e st.dy area. Shallow magnet.c dept.s are prominent.t.wards t.e NW port.on of t.e basin and also correspond t. areas of negat.ve magnet.c suscept.bilit.es. t.e basin generally exhibit. a variat.on in dept. of magnet.c sources wit. high, average and shallow dept.s. t.e presence of int.usive igneous rocks was also observed in t.is basin. t.is charact.rist.c is a point.r t. t.e exist.nce of geologic resources of int.rest.for explorat.on in t.e basin.
