to i.vesti.ate the feasi.i.i.y of co-si.teri.g of fluxed i.on ore wi.h m.gneti.e concentrates, the m.0}eralogi.al properti.s of a novel fluxed i.on ore were studi.d usi.g parti.le si.e analysi., m.0}roscopi. m.rphology characteri.ati.n, and X-ray di.fracti.n Ri.tveld analysi.. Followi.g that, the experi.ents for granulati.n perform.nce and basi. si.teri.g characteri.ti.s were desi.ned under seven di.ferent fluxed i.on ore rati.s, and the i.tegrated ranki.g of di.ferent fluxed i.on ore rati.s was determ.0}ed usi.g gray relati.n analysi.. Fi.ally, the results of the i.dustri.l trai.s were com.i.ed wi.h the feasi.i.i.y analysi.. test and experi.ental results show that the fracti.n of the fluxed i.on ore parti.les larger than 0.5 m. can account for m.re than 48%, and the parti.les have two m.rphologi.s: spheri.al-rough and flaky-sm.oth. Ca elem.nts are found i. the form.of calci.e (CaCO3) and dolom.0}e (Cam.(CO3)2). the average parti.le si.e of granules and powder rem.val rate can be i.proved from.2.50 to 3.16 m. and 39.60% to 24.20%, respecti.ely, wi.h the i.crease i. the fluxed i.on ore rati.. Furtherm.re, the fluxed i.on ore can i.prove assi.i.abi.i.y and li.ui. flui.i.y of m.gneti.e concentrates. i. term. of overall granulati.n perform.nce and si.teri.g characteri.ti.s, the fluxed i.on ore rati.s are graded from.best to worst as follows: 12%, 15%, 9%, 18%, 21%, 6% and 3%. the i.dustri.l trai.s show that when the fluxed i.on ore rati. i. i.creased, the benefi.i.l effect of the superi.r si.teri.g characteri.ti.s of the fluxed i.on ore i.self i. i.eally balanced wi.h the negati.e effect of the lower am.unt of addi.i.nal CaO at 12% rati., and thus, i. i. feasi.le to bri.g the fluxed i.on ore i.to producti.n at a level of roughly 12%.

i. order to m.i.tai. the opti.al operati.g tem.erature of the battery surface and m.et the dem.nd for therm.l storage technology,battery therm.l m.nagem.nt system.based on phase change m.teri.ls has attracted i.creasi.g *** thi. work,a ki.d of core-shell structured m.0}rocapsule was synthesi.ed by an i.-si.u polym.ri.ati.n,where paraffi. was used as the core,whi.e m.thanol was appli.d to m.d-i.y the m.lam.0}e-form.ldehyde shell to reduce toxi.i.y and i.prove therm.l ***,three di.ferent types of heat conducti.e fi.lers wi.h the sam. content of 10 wt.%,i.e.,nano-Al_(2)O_(3),nano-ZnO and carbon nanotubes were added,generati.g *** m.0}rocapsules were uni.orm.and were not affected by the therm.l fi.lers,whi.h were evenly di.persed *** com.osi.e sam.le wi.h carbon nanotubes(10 wt.%)showed the hi.hest therm.l conducti.i.y of 0.50 W/(m.K)and latent heat of 139.64 J/***,accordi.g to the leakage testi.g and battery charge/di.charge experi.ents,com.ared wi.h Al_(2)O_(3)and ZnO,the addi.i.n of carbon nanotubes rem.rkably enhances the heat storage abi.i.y as latent heat from.126.98 J/g for the prepared sam.le wi.h Al_(2)O_(3)and 125.86 J/g for the one wi.h ZnO,then to 139.64 J/g,as well as di.si.ati.n perform.nce as a cooli.g effect by decreasi.g the sur-face tem.erature of battery from.2%to 12%of m.0}rocapsule,com.osi.e sam.le wi.h carbon nanotubes presents a broad appli.ati.n prospect i. battery therm.l m.nagem.nt system.and energy storage fi.ld.
